• Galip (8/5): - Gute Lage, alles sauber und gut zu schlafen. Frühstück war sparsam, wie es bei vielen Hotels der Fall ist. Jedesmal ist es unvergleichbar hoch, was als Angebot vorkommt.
• Solveig (7/5): Solides Hotel nahe am Hauptbahnhof. - Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Ausstattung entspricht den Erwartungen. Logistisch gut angebunden und der Stadtkern ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Lobby ist deutlich kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint. Es gibt bessere Hotels der Leonardo-Kette (z.B. Düsseldorf). Die Gegend Rund um den Hauptbahnhof ist nicht besonders schön bzw. wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

• Manfred (4/5): Lage ok, Zimmer schlecht. - Die Lage. Aufzug alt und nicht vertrauensvoll. Betten nicht wie bestellt getrennt. Zustellbett knüppelhart, obwohl als Bett ausgegeben. Toilette mit Schiebetür. Nicht ordentlich verdunkelbar.

• Diane (9/5): Great quiet hotel near everything you could want to do - The Leonardo is only blocks away from historic Munich and an easy walk for our tours. There are so many great restaurants to chose from all located near the hotel. Yet, the hotel is on a side street, not on the main drag, so it was quiet. Breakfast was good; it had a lot of variety. It was the best buffet from all the hotels we stayed at on our vacation. I wish the coffee maker near the reception was available all day instead of just breakfast.

• Tiger (7/5): - Gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer groß genug für München. Freundliches Personal. Kaffeemaschine und Wasser am Zimmer sind ein nettes Plus. Die Lage ist zentral aber das Viertel macht einen heruntergekommen Eindruck. Viele Bettler und Obdachlose. Viele Spielhallen mit dazugehörigem Klientel.

• Toni (6/5): Fast check-in and helpful staff, but poor cleanliness and heavily inflated event pricing. - Overall, my stay was decent and there were several things I appreciated. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, and the receptionist provided very useful information during my arrival. The coffee in the room was excellent, and I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily. Breakfast was great. There were also some disappointing aspects. The cleanliness of the hallways and especially the carpet leading to the room was poor and clearly in need of deep cleaning. The room itself had a stale smell, as if it had not been ventilated properly before my arrival, and overall cleanliness could have been better. I also do not support the hotel’s pricing policy during local sports events and trade fairs. The room rate was approximately three times higher than normal during this period, which unfortunately seems common among hotels in Munich. In my case, I definitely did not receive good value for money. A lower price would have reflected the actual quality of the hotel much more fairly.

• Ian (1/5): Hotel overbooked so could not stay there. - I was taken by taxi to the new hotel and offered a drink while I waited. The concierge was polite. Do not have anything else to comment on. I did not like that I had booked an hotel 1 minute from the train station and in the city centre and when I arrived there was no room as it was overbooked and I was taken to an hotel 42 minutes from the train station.

Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio era pieno ma, grazie all'hotel, abbiamo usufruito di uno sconto per quello affianco. Colazione buona e varia. La sera il quartiere potrebbe risultare un po' pericoloso. La camera era davvero molto piccola per tre persone, ma ho preferito sceglierla comunque per risparmiare qualche soldo.

Firstly, they assigned me very small room. Then, I requested and they changed it. The new room is similar what has been described in booking. Moreover the elevator is old, but it is ok Only thing that I do not like regarding the location as the neighborhood is full of foreigners (not like a German city)

En la habitación tienes tazas y máquina de café, como así una botella con agua cada día. El servicio de hoteles Leonardo siempre es genial, lo hemos utilizado en varias ciudades. El desayuno podría ser más variado y contener opciones gluten free. La habitación es realmente muy pequeña. Por el precio esperaría una habitación más amplia y cómoda.
