- Telwest (3/5): - Personal amable, desayuno estupendo El hotel anuncia que dispone de aparcamiento, pero hay que reservarlo por separado. El ascensor lleva directamente al aparcamiento subterráneo que hay debajo, ¡pero no es posible aparcar allí a través del hotel! El hotel recomienda un aparcamiento subterráneo a 5 minutos. Se obtiene un «precio especial» si se es huésped del hotel. Sin embargo, quien lo reserve por adelantado en línea paga 10 euros menos. Incluso el aparcamiento subterráneo del hotel es más barato si se reserva con antelación. Pero eso ni siquiera se comunica. La solicitud de una plaza de aparcamiento fue respondida tras el cuarto correo electrónico. Luego, de nuevo, apenas seis semanas después de nuestra estancia. Si necesitas una política exterior para tu estancia, ¡echa un vistazo a las fotos de antemano! El Rolf Top Bar fue elegido el más bonito de Barcelona. Lo entendemos perfectamente. Una vista de 360° fantástica. ¡Pero eso no es un «bar»! Es un quiosco de autoservicio, algo totalmente inaceptable para un hotel de 4 estrellas, con vasos de plástico y una selección más que limitada. ¡Ni siquiera hay personal asignado para recoger los «vasos» vacíos! Cada dos horas viene alguien con una bañera de niños y simplemente empuja todo lo que hay sobre la mesa a la bañera haciendo mucho ruido. El acceso al bar de la azotea es público. Cuando pregunté cómo se garantiza que ninguna persona no autorizada acceda a las plantas de los huéspedes, me respondieron que «tenemos UN» guardia de seguridad en la entrada y que hay videovigilancia en las plantas. Además, el hotel ha conseguido ser el primero en 40 años de viajes de negocios en el que no se nos preguntó nada al hacer el check-out. Cita textual: «Todo está pagado. Ya pueden irse». No volveremos a considerar Barcelona.

- Alexander (6/5): Viel Design, wenig Funktionalität, extrem schlechte Umgebung. - Modernes Design Umgebung absolut schrecklich zwischen Obdachlosen und Drogenszene. Viele Polizeieinsätze um das Hotel herum und Abends sehr laut, Betrunkene und Obdachlose schreien sich gegenseitig an. Lage aber relativ OK um das meiste zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Dusche war leider schimmlig und die WC Tür war nur sehr schwer zu öffnen. Generell wenig Ablageflächen. Personal ist freundlich. Preis-Leistung absolut schlecht für die Umgebung. Nichts für Familien oder alleinreisende Frauen.

- Ivan (5/5): - The room is not bad but not very comfortable. The renovation is recent. The Wi-Fi is good. The view from the hotel roof is very good. The room is quite clean. It's noisy. Someone was watching football, and we heard everything. The cleaning ladies were constantly talking to each other outside the door. You could really hear the neighbors slamming their doors. The location is really bad, with homeless people all around and prostitutes in the alley behind them. There were constant fights, and the police would come.

- Mirjana (10/5): Klare Empfehlung! - Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön stylisch und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar hoteleigenes Security Personal ist vor Ort. Aus den Zimmern weiter oben hatten wir einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Barcelona. Die 360 Grad Terrasse ist der absolute Hammer. Das Viertel an sich war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber das wussten wir ja im Vorhinein. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

- Regina (10/5): - Das Hotel ist super. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Gegend ist aber für 2 Frauen eher gefährlich, vorallem abends. Daher würde ich bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt eher ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen.

- Aline (4/5): Hotel bruyant et inconfortable, très décevant - La decoration La description est mensongère, ce n est pas une piscine c est un bain de pieds! Nullissime. De plus l hôtel est situé dans un endroit très très bruyant la nuit, le quartier est sale, la rue de prostitution est derrière l’hôtel. Une des chambres est très inconfortable avec les toilettes dans un placard et la porte des toilettes très lourdes à manœuvrer. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.

Especially like the rooftop viewing area. The beds were extremely comfortable at our entire stay just like we wanted to stay another month. The neighborhood is a little shaky, with homeless guys out arguing with each other late at night, but no big problem at all. I wouldn’t walk around the hotel after dark much though.

Meinem Sohn wurde die goldene Kette vom Hals gerissen. Das geschah in der Carrer L‘Hoptal. Die Touristen sollten unbedingt gewarnt werden und besser zur Metro-Station Parallel gehen anstatt zu Liceu!

- MANALE (4/5): A fuir sincèrement ! - Rien c’est juste de belles photos sur le site mais l’expérience est horrible L’hôtel est sombre et grillagé, on se croirait dans une prison. La chambre est aussi grillagée, une cage c’est extrêmement moche. Le quartier est sale. Bref cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un Barcelo. Et les réceptionnistes, deux hommes ordinaires, le sourire absent, j’ai cru être à l’accueil d’une auberge.

Хороший кондиционер. Хороший душ. На верхних этажах прекрасный вид на Барселону. В номере есть кофеварка. Капсулы, чай, вода обновляются каждый день. Есть утюг, доска, отпариватель👍 Нет биде или гигиенического душа. Плохая звукоизоляция, особенно если есть соседи за стеной. Гостиница находится в «криминальном районе». Но всё это не критично, если вы на позитиве😁

Viele gute Cocktails. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung des Hotels fast keine spanischen Restaurants oder Bars mehr. Im Zimmer gab es sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeit für die Kleidung.

- Cheryl (6/5): First impressions were great but shower problem solving was poor - Very clean and modern superb facilities and very friendly informative staff Our shower ran scolding hot then freezing cold we did bring it to the attention of the front desk. Unfortunately nothing was done about it and we were given no alternative room or gesture of good will to reflect the room prices.
