• ΔΕΣΠΟΙΝΑ (8/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, το κατάλυμα είναι ένα συγκλονιστικό διατηρητέο κτίριο, η σουίτα ήταν πολύ άνετη και πεντακάθαρη (με εξαίρεση τη μοκέτα του δαπέδου) λόγω του ότι δεν υπάρχει χώρος τραπεζαρίας ,μας προσφέρθηκε το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο που ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο (μέσα σε ένα ξύλινο κουτί περιέχονταν ψωμί, βούτυρο , μαρμελάδα, μέλι, αυγό, κρουασάν, φυσικός χυμός που ήταν όλα ποιοτικά και εύγευστα). Το μόνο αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας ήταν ο διαρκής εξωτερικός θόρυβος - μάλλον από μονάδα κλιματισμού διπλανού ξενοδοχείου - αλλά αυτό ίσως αφορά την συγκεκριμένη σουίτα που μας δόθηκε. Εάν εξέλειπε αυτό το μειονέκτημα θα φεύγαμε πραγματικά ενθουσιασμένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Ο εξωτερικός διαρκής θόρυβος μάλλον από μονάδα κλιματισμού διπλανού ξενοδοχείου

• elias (1/5): Would not stay here again. - Location is excellent , breakfast totally inadequate . When I first walked into the room I was shocked by how filthy the carpet was , stains all over . When I informed the desk , I was told that in fact they were planning to change it at some point .... , the elevator is an antique that is difficult to operate , you have to hold the inner wooden doors while pressing the floor button for it to operate .

• Fla_cracker (7/5): A warm welcome and tranquil leafy setting made our stay comfortable and relaxing - The staff were delightful and could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed the terrace and were glad we booked a hotel in such a leafy, pleasant suburb. We took the train into the city using the excellent public transit system. Although the staff did their best to keep the room clean, the carpet was dirty and in need of a deep steam clean. We understand that the hotel is to be refurbished but in the meantime, there’s really no excuse for leaving grubby carpets which are easily cleaned.

• Vivek (9/5): Overall a great stay and we look forward to coming back! - Very good amenities and great location. The breakfast box was a great idea but it lack variety in the menu. Over the days we stayed it became boring with the same items. Suggest to make a variety in the menu.
• SHAY (8/5): פוטנציאל גדול לשים לב לפרטים - מלון מקסים בבניין מקסים בשכונה יפה מאוד ונעימה , אבל מדובר על מלון בוטיק וצריך לשים לב לדברים הקטנים לדוגמא השטיח מוכתם , אין אור במרפסת , וארוחת הבוקר אינה ארוחת בוקר אלה מיני ארוחה שניתנת באדיבות המלון - חשוב לסדר את הנושא מול הפרסום בBOOKING גם שהמיני ארוחת בוקר באדיבות המלון חשוב לספק לחם טרי ולא לחם מיום לפני הצוות שירותי מאוד ויש רצון אמיתי לרצות את האורחים רק חשוב לסדר כמה נקודות שיהפכו את החוויה למושחמת. ארוחת הבוקר החינמית - לחם לא טרי שטיח מוכתם אור במרפסת
• Agoston (3/5): Noisy & dirty - huge negative surprise - Locaton Extreemly dirty carpet in the room. Never seen such stains before. Our suite was facing the restaurants’s fire wall where all the kitchen piped ended. It was not only smelly (couldn’t open a window) but extreemly laud as well. Staff was helpful, offered two alternatives. Sadly one had a tiny bed (140 cm max) the other was even dirtyer (even the curtain had huge yellow stains on). Overall one of my biggest dissapointment ever. Can’t imagine how this place has rating above 8…

• Floor (4/5): Heel teleurstellend - Ligging We boekten de deluxe suite. Bleek een krappe kamer op de tweede etage, bereikbaar met een gammele lift. De vloerbedekking op de kamer was ontzettend vies. Er zaten vochtvlekken in de gordijnen. Er zou een groot tweepersoonsbed moeten zijn, maar het bleek een doorgezakte twijfelaar van 130 breed. De kussens waren hard en vlokkerig. Toen we iets zeiden van de belofte en de daadwerkelijke staat van de kamer, werd er nauwelijks gereageerd. Hele nacht liggen draaien en hoesten (huismijt?). Heel teleurstellend. We laten de volgende ochtend in een brief die op de kamer bleek te liggen dat er gerenoveerd gaat worden, maar dat is geen excuus om zulke kamers toch gewoon te verhuren.

• George Lab (9/5): - Ευγενέστατο το προσωπικό, η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη και το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο με καλό στρώμα. Ίσως θέλει μια αλλαγή στις μοκέτες. Αυτό σε γενικές γραμμές δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω και θα το επισκεπτομουν ξανά.

Big room nice comfortable bed friendly staff nice location Generally the hotel had a nice breakfast but it was a set breakfast. And as someone who enjoys coffee with fresh milk to be prepared on spot the machine coffee was not to my taste for this amazing boutique hotel

• Iliana A. (10/5): Εξαιρετική επιλογή. - Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, σου παρέχουν πολλά πράγματα δωρεάν, οπως καφε, φρούτα, κουλουράκια και νερά. Το δωμμάτιο πολύ άνετο και σε πολύ καλό σημείο στην Κηφισιά. Η μοκέτα στο πάτωμα του δωμματίου ήταν τραγική! Στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ καλύτερη. Είναι κρίμα μια μοκέτα βρώμικη και φθαρμένη να χαλάει όλη την εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου.

L’eau chaude n’a pas fonctionné deux jours sur six

Faltou a água no último dia, mas a reação foi bastante rápida e a comunicação eficaz. O pequeno almoço tem bastante qualidade mas é em box, pelo que não existe a apção de alimentos quentes-
