Das Mobiliar rundum ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Angestellten beim Frühstücksbuffet dürften ein Hallo und ein Lächeln verschenken.

The Hotel is in need of updating inside. Our room had damp on all outside walls. Room smelt of and was damp all the time. Virtually no natural light. Swimwear never dried. Breakfast basic.

The hotel has every modern comfort and convenience but retains an old-world charm and elegance, befitting its location in the heart of the old town. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was the only meal included in my reservation. There was a wide variety of freshly prepared items, served in pleasant surroundings looking out onto the courtyard. The appeal of this hotel was partly what attracted me to a holiday in Antalya and it didn't disappoint in any way.

- Richard (9/5): Relaxing oasis amid the hustle and bustle of the old town. - Excellent location in the heart of the old town, near to shops, restaurants, bars and several ancient sights. The traditional buildings, rooms and furnishings of the hotel give it an authentic Turkish feel. Lovely garden and pool. Even has its own resident dog lying around the reception. It's a bit hidden away - even the local taxi driver had trouble finding it.

Upon entering there was a pile of dirt that the maid had left behind, The toilet was very low as was the bed. The mattress was thin and sagged badly the length of the middle. Just overall dingy and uncomfortable.

It is lovely and historical, in a good location in old town, on a quiet lane with no cars. The restaurants are superb in a garden setting. The rooms are somewhat dated, but definitely comfortable. No elevator.

They assisted to organize all our sightseeing journeys, and it was well organized. They had communicated with the taxi drivers, unexpectedly for us prepared take away breakfast packages and were reliable 100 percent. I encourage use their service help instead of any other apps or companies. The hotel and atmosphere were breathtaking. Calm place in the old town city centre. Can imagine better place. Bravo 😊 We stayed nearly week, I wish it could be longer :)
- Christina (9/5): Tuvana- a cozy and comfortable stay in old town Antayla - Tuvana is a lovely boutique hotel with close proximity to everything located in old town Antayla. Great cold and hot buffet breakfast served in or outside. This hotel has three restaurants. The staff is very accommodating. Lighting in our room was kind of dark and the shower was a bit challenging to negotiate but overall, a comfortable and cozy stay in a family run hotel.

The restaurant and pool area are very atmospheric – you can truly relax here, as it's beautiful. Breakfasts are also good. I recommend this hotel! Single beds a bit too small.

I know it's the central location but I found for me the noise travelled a bit so my room was quite noisy overnight (but I am a bad sleeper). Surprised there was no welcome bottle of water in the room on arrival and the connected restaurants do seem really expensive for a glass of local wine.

- Shekila (8/5): Well preserved gem in the heart of the Old city - Tuvana was in the centre on the old city close to restaurants and shops. The hotel is 185 years old and well preserved. The area the hotel was located in was lovely and the breakfast spread was amazing. There was a cocktail bar, PIO owned by the hotel that serves really good Margaritas.

- Mrh46 (8/5): Perfect for Kaleici - Tuvana Hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town of Antalya. It is small but nicely historic with a pool, loungers and outside bar which was perfect for winding down after sightseeing. Arriving late, the welcome was friendly and there were plenty of bars and places nearly to eat and grab some food, Breakfast was served in the Seraser restaurant in another old building with a courtyard setting. Lovely choice of food but the orange juice could be freshly squeezed which it didn't seem to be. AC was included and there was plenty of hot water.
- STELLA (10/5): A gem of a hotel with super nice owners - The two restaurants in the hotel with Italian and international food are superb and in wonderful romantic venues. The hotel itself is an amazing old home once belonging to the proprietor’s grandmother and is extremely charming with antiques and chandeliers. We loved our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Nothing but if I was being picky as a female traveler I would have liked to have more space/drawer/table to put my make up etc

- Teresa (10/5): Charming Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Location - Beautiful boutique hotel that was once an old house, giving it so much charm and character. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful and so helpful (they even carried our luggage up to the top floor where we stayed). There’s a designated car park space which makes it super convenient if you’re renting a car, and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. Breakfast each morning was served as a buffet in the main restaurant, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless. Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel!

I didnt like the fact that room we recived was on the 3rd floor so walking up on those stairs few times a day was a lot. Also it seemed as we were VIP section which was eligibility for room upgrate and nobody informed us about it.

We didn’t have a full nights sleep the entire time we were there because of other guests slamming doors into the early hours of the night or drunk people singing outside. It’s actually a lovely little hotel and the staff are fantastic but ultimately I can’t give a higher score because I literally didn’t sleep well once.

- laura11242016 (4/5): VERY NOISY - Location was good if you want to be in old town. Old town is VERY hard to navigate if you are driving. We never experienced noise like we did there! There was a wedding at the hotel that went to midnight and was SO LOUD and people coming and going at all hours slamming their doors shut. Bed was ok. Service was fair.
- Darcy (5/5): 10/10 for location but not for anything else - The positive part of the hotel is the pool/garden area, location and the bed being comfortable. Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. On arrival our bath was dirty with grime and we had to ask for it to be cleaned, which I don’t expect on arrival. Our room missed being serviced on one day of our stay and some items not replenished on other days. On our final day we were due to check out in 45 minutes and were packing up when housekeeping barged in with maintenance to sort something in our bathroom. We explained that we would be leaving within the hour but they still carried on. It was awkward and made for a rush to pack up in time to check out. The breakfast was in fact the same every day. Nothing tasted fresh and was just incredibly disappointing. The room is small and not as advertised; there is not enough space to turn around in the bathroom or bedroom. There are rooms across the street from the main building in a restaurant which is peculiar as the staircase to the rooms is right in the middle of the restaurant which was awkward when passing people eating dinner trying to get into your room. We were next to the terrace and directly above the restaurant which resulted in us being unable to open our curtains due to guests looking in whilst eating. The restaurant was noisy and played music until 12am every night which made it hard to sleep.

Back doors barely closed, no WiFi in the room, breakfast was really poor, especially seen as they served it from a ‘fine dining’ restaurant. Could never find anyone at the bar to get a drink, when someone came, we paid 20 euros for a prosecco, ouch! A shame because the location was very good and the staff were nice.

Unfortunately, our room was poorly maintained, and the hygiene iss - The hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere and the grounds are attractively presented, creating a charming first impression. We stayed in a Superior Room. Unfortunately, maintenance left much to be desired: the toilet flush did not work properly and, despite raising the issue, it was never repaired. Instead, we were offered to move to a smaller room. The bathroom light also flickered, which was inconvenient. More concerning, however, was that we found cockroaches in the room and even noticed one in the foyer – something that made us feel very uncomfortable in terms of hygiene. The minibar was also vastly overpriced. Breakfast was acceptable, though the overall quality felt rather cheap and underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. We dined at the in-house fine dining restaurant; while the food itself was of good quality, the pricing was far too high for what was offered. The same applied to the hotel’s two other restaurants. The service varied greatly depending on the staff – ranging from attentive and helpful to indifferent. On a more positive note, the pool area was clean and pleasant. At night, however, it could become quite noisy due to music and voices from outside, especially at weekends.

- Narges (8/5): If you want to stay in the center of the Old Town then this is definitely a nice place to stay. - The hotel has a nice pool where you can relax, it’s quiet and calm. The location of the hotel is very good; it’s in the Old Town (Kaleici) and close to shops, restaurants, bar and supermarket. The neighborhood has so many streets to explore. A private beach, Mermeli beach, is just a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was nice too; good variety of everything. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an Ottoman style and vibe which is quite nice. It can use a bit of renovation but it shouldn’t lose its style.

- Lisa (10/5): I highly recommend staying here when visiting Antayla! . - This is a charming lovely hotel in Old Town Antalya. The inner courtyard and pool is private and surrounded by lovely gardens. The decor is antique and beautiful; it feels like you’re staying in an historic mansion. Parking is free and right next to hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. There are 3 restaurants on the property - the buffet breakfast was delicious. The tram to the beach is a 3 min walk. Occasional late night noise, but this is expected if one stays in Old Town— it did not interfere with my sleep.

Friendly staff—in lobby greeted with chilled juice & a cool damp cloth on our arrival on a hot day. Have 3 restaurants & offer a 10% discount for guests. Breakfast was included with our room & it was a sumptuous buffet-also the best in our month of travel. And there is an inviting pool in the private courtyard. Highly recommend.

- Anastasiya (9/5): Nice place for a few days stay - Location is perfect - just in the Old Town, very comfortable for sightseeing. Hotel has parking, perfect for travellers with cars. Rooms are cosy, very nicely decorated. Good variety of dishes for breakfast, tables are served in a shady beautiful garden. We saw a cockroach in our room :-(

- Jason (10/5): Really lovely, friendly hotel right in the centre of the Old Town. - Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the centre of the Old Town. You could not be closer to all the shops and restaurants in this beautiful hotel. The service was superb. They have an absolute stunning pool which is a little oasis amongst all the humdrum of the town, where you can really relax. They also have deals with local restaurants where you get 10% off. The rooms were really well proportioned and ours had a lovely balcony. If you are visiting Antalya, do book this wonderful hotel. Everything was wonderful

- Elvira (10/5): Gorgeous castle - The property is absolutely exceptional castle in the center of old Antalya town and the property could not be any other hotels in that area for my opinion Customer service just excellent. The breakfast buffet is very reasonable and tasty. Price on reception could be much higher than on booking.com
- Jörg (9/5): Que du bonheur! - Nous avons tout aimé: propreté, comfort, petit déjeuné délicieux, emplacement top, personnel aimable et disponible. Un très bel établissement...! Si on parle de choses communes, par exemples: 1. de la piscine, 2. buffet du petit déjeuner et en général, 3. bar, X. etc... C'est insupportable et affligeant de toujours devoir constater, le non de respect, l'égoisme, l'incivilité des autres clients: qui pensent qu'ils peuvent: 1. se réserver des places et parfois ne même pas les utiliser, 2. qui se remplissent leurs sacs à emporter de tout comme s'ils étaient au supermarché, 3. là ces mêmes individus là courent aux supermarchés au lieu de commander au bar, X. etc... Que cela soit bien clair, ça n'est pas propre au, Tuvana Hôtel, ça se voit malheureusement partout. Il faut que les divers établissements peu importe la catégorie soient plus stricts!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Very rude front desk manager - Check-in was smooth and the front desk manager was polite. However, once we informed him that we are not going to use his restaurant and purchase his recommended boat trip..his polite manner changed in minutes. Also, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water inside the room after paying 250 dollars per night. I was told to go out and buy my own water. I'm a diamond and platinum member in several hotels. This is my first time being treated in very rude way special during our checkout time with my family. Please treat all properly and equally.
- Lorraine (9/5): Really lovely hotel in a great location. - The hotel was lovely and in a great location close to the Clock Tower. The courtyard area was beautiful with lots of little seating areas and shade. Amazing antiques everywhere. The staff were all really helpful and engaging, particularly the lovely young lad who was a great asset to the hotel. Sari the dog was a big hit. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
