• mroe (9/5): Charmantes und ruhiges Hotel mit Art Deco Flair für Städtetrip mitten in Neapel - Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt. Eine versteckte Oase der Ruhe in einem begrünten Innenhof. Art Deco Flair und der kleine Pool im Hof machen den Ort zu einem Juwel. Sehr freundliches ud hilfreiches Personal. Für Neapel einmalig: Es war möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen..! Gute Betten und zweckmässiges Zimmer. Metrostation Dante in 10 Min. Gehdistanz. Waschtisch im Bad nur mit heissem Wasser; Kaltwasser wohl falsch angeschlossen. Duschen nur umständlich möglich, Spritzschutz ungenügend, kein Dampfabzug im Bad.

• Helen (10/5): Fantastic oasis in heart of Naple - Property located beyond a gated courtyard, with a second door to reveal a magical hidden garden and hotel. The location has multiple objects of interest and tastefully arranged, to provide great charm. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent for both travel around Naples (two metro stations within 5 minutes walk - we used the Dante station on line1) and enjoying the happy hour culture and eating out.

• Nigel (10/5): Wonderful boutique oasis in the centre of the chaos of Napoli - Boutique hotel, perfectly located within the city tucked away in an unassuming courtyard that under-sells the hotel itself... More like staying in a private villa than a formal hotel - no separate bar and it initially felt a bit different ordering drinks from reception to be taken on the terrace or around the pool, but the staff were all amazing and very warm and friendly and it was never an issue. As it is in the central area it could be a little noisy around the property in the evenings - the locals like a party!
• Anthony (9/5): A very pleasant week - An interesting "attic" room but with all facilities. An excellent breakfast and welcoming and helpful staff. A great garden with a pool for the summer months. The location on the Piazza Bellini meant we were close to restaurants and the sights of Naples More detailed directions to the hotel entrance once inside the courtyard would be helpful for those, like us, arriving after dark. The option of a softer pillow would have been welcome.

We asked for a room change which they did Im sure this must have happened before so they need to invest in goos secondary/soundproof glazing In room 105 the sink did not have cold water The shower seal on the inside was dirty as and looked terrible The silicone seal around the bath had been redone very poorly and without the surface first The bath at the shower and was soft and and felt unsafe The breakfast was average. Tinned fruit and poor machine coffee I can only assume they are doing ok don’t care about their customers. The detail and thoughtfulness are important but they clearly don’t care

Et le personnel très gentil, une mention spéciale pour la gentille dame du buffet qui était aux petits soins et nous conseillait même les produits à prendre au petit déjeuner ! Merci à elle de nous avoir fait découvrir le gâteau napolitain et, à notre demande, de l’avoir remis au buffet le surlendemain !

• Norbert (8/5): Spokojnosť. Pomer cena - kvalita - lokalita 👍 - Veľmi dobrá poloha v centre. Blízko pešo ku všetkým atrakciám a pamiatkam. Veľmi milý a zdvorilý personál. Izba priestranná, vybavená všetkým podstatným k úrovni hotela. Vybavenie a zariadenie izieb je v historickom - južanskom štýle talianska. Nie je * ako * inde v Európe. Treba s tým počítať. Počas pobytu sa prerábalo. Ranné zvuky vŕtačky. Raňajky trebalo hlásiť deň vopred a vyškrtať čo chcete. Kvôli prerábke neposkytovali bufet. Zrejme ale len krátkodobá záležitosť.

• Dagmar (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft! - Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte Flair! Das Frühstück war lecker und das Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam! Durch die Lage am lebhaften Zentrum war in der Nacht die Feierlaune der Partypeople in meinem Zimmer kaum zu überhören. Da ich das jedoch vermutet hatte, habe ich es nicht als schlimm empfunden. • Marie (9/5): - Super freundliches Fruehstueck, sehr freundliches Personal, in der Naehe des Archaeologischen Museum, fuer mich perfekt. leider funktionierte in meinem ersten Zimmer die Dusche nicht, dann habe ich ich neues Zimmer bekommen, in dem alles funktionierte. Man darf kein leichter Schlaefer sein, die Umgebung ist waehrend des Wochenendes etwas laut.

Nous avons apprécié le jardin central pour faire une pause dans la journée. Personnel très sympathique Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle mais la baignoire mériterait un petit rafraîchissement !

Les chambres n'étaient pas dans l'hôtel mais dans une dépendance à côté au rez de chaussée donc avec un vis à vis. Mauvaise odeur liée certainement à la piscine située juste à côté de la chambre.

• Luisa A. (10/5): Come ben soggiornare al centro di Napoli - Proprio un bel hotel, nulla da dire sulla struttura tutto molto gradevole, ho apprezzato il gusto. Ottima la colazione, personale gentilissimo. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Se vuoi visitare la città sei proprio al centro. Nulla. Unico neo è stato arrivare con l'auto, anche a causa di lavori stradali, ma contattato l'hotel ci hanno prontamente aiutati

Le quartier est vibrant de vie . Tres difficile a trouver quand on utilise sa voiture . Aucune pasncarte exterieure indiquant l hotel . Seulement une sonnette avec le nom de l hotel a cote d un portail metallique ou on entre avec sa voiture . Astuce : apres une heure de conduite dans le vieux Naples je me suis informe a l hotel Bellini , qui lui est indique a l exterieur . Le Costantinopoli 104 c est le portail suivant en remontant la rue

L’accoglienza è stata sempre impeccabile e molto disponibile, sia alla reception che al mattino per la colazione. Un ringraziamento speciale a Rosaria e Adelaide, che ci hanno fatto iniziare la giornata con prodotti locali eccezionali e tanta gentilezza. • Anna (3/5): Vi var inte alls nöjda med vår vistelse. - Hotellet låg bra och hade en fin innergård. Vi var ett stort sällskap som reste och ingen var nöjd med hotellet. Det levde inte alls upp till priset. Ett sällskap fick ett rum som hade ett minimalt fönster och ganska ofräscht badrum. I rummet fanns också luckor på en vägg, tryckte man på dom så kom man in till hotellets förråd med gamla möbler mm. Frukosten var ganska tråkig.
