The location was in a more quiet area which I appreciated and about a 10 minute walk to metro stations. They did offer a breakfast for a reasonable cost but we didn’t partake in it.

Make sure you have a translator app (if you don't speak Japanese) as the staff does not speak English. Rooms are small but comfortable. In a quiet neighbourhood. 10 min walk from the subway. Breakfast is typical Japaneese. Every day the choice is the same. There are ample restaurants and small foodplaces nearby. There is also a Seven Eleven across the street (open 24/7) where you can get sandwiches etc...

- Verified traveler (10/5): 다이와 로이넷이라는 브랜드가 주는 신뢰 - 객실은 클래식하지만 깔끔하고 다른 일본 비지니스 호텔보다 넓다. 요츠바라는 동네가 주는 느낌또한 편안한 마음을 가질수 있게 해준다. 출장시 필요한 넓은 책상과 빠른 인터넷, 넓은 객실이 참 마음에 든다. 신사이바시까지는 걸어서 10~15분 걸리며, 번잡한게 싫으면 이 동네만이 주는 로컬맛집들과 가게들을 둘러보는것도 좋을것 같다.
