Guest Reviews
- Julie (8/5): -
- Janet (8/5): A lovely little hotel, the staff make it a welcome place to stay - The staff were fabulous, very good English spoken and so helpful. The shower room was tiny but the floor did have under heating which was nice
- Emin (6/5): Minimalism - Location is good Extremely small room, no wardrobe, no shelves. Too much time spent at the reception for check-in
- Inmaculada (10/5): -
- Lavrovanna (5/5): - The rooms were designed to make you miserable with the light that turns on when a fly passes by at all times of night and day, with a metal step at the toilet entrance that cuts your foot if you don't see it at night; beds and pillows were not comfortable, room was very hot and breakfast was the saddest breakfast I ever saw
- Graham (1/5): I will never return - I liked leaving. We waited over one hour at the reception to check in. The young Girl seemed inexperienced she charged me a extra one hundred euros as a deposit which I still have not got back. One of our group was refused a room and forced to pay eighty five euros for one night stay, then was told it's booked up for the addition two days. When we asked to speak to a manger no one arrived.
If you wanted clean towels, there is a sign in the toilet that states it's an additional five euros which I didn't find funny. The room was fine we had to go and hunt for some milk for the coffee. I said to my room mate you'd better take your wallet as there might be charge.
On check out there was a different young Girl who would not give me my deposit back because it did not match the cards details. I showed the young Lady my bank statement and the date of the transaction. She was not interested as it was not the same card number.
The experience was a difficult one we was glad we didnt have to go back.

- Pramod (6/5): Good experience and the hotel can improvise the facility. Prices are too much. - Hotel is at the good location and decent staff Overpriced, staff can be a little faster, facilities are not so good
- Marcel (8/5): -
- Hana (8/5): - Výborný přístup paní recepční. Poloha blízko centra. -
- Soliman (4/5): - L’absence de geste commercial alors que l’erreur de réservation aurait pu être vérifié par l’hotel
- Thais (8/5): - Tudo perfeito, porém o quarto é um pouco pequeno, apesar de muito confortável e limpo.
- brains67 (10/5): Lovely hotel , clean great location - What a lovely 3 night stay we had, stayed on floor 5 room 57, room was immaculate so clean. Modern and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, lovely selection. About a 15 minute walk into the main centre. We used the metro stop lots! I.P Pavlova. Highly recommended
- Lenka (5/5): -
- X3634AAkarenb (8/5): Good hotel - Great location, rooms quite small but ample enough for a short break, breakfast pretty good nice coffee, only downside we had was milk was not replenished when room was serviced, had to ask at reception every day for it to be replaced,
- Claire (8/5): Lovely spacious room available a great price. - Good spacious room with comfortable beds and great facilities including kettle, hairdryer, safe, water, tea and coffee. Very friendly receptionist. Appreciated being able to store my bag for the day after check out. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Bathroom is compact, but was clean, functional and nice fittings. Would have liked to have a bedside table. Could sometimes hear a bit of noise from the corridor.
- bethand375 (10/5): Great stay - Hotel is about 15 minute walk from the centre, quiet hotel that doesn’t have group bookings so no noise at all. Our room was small but comfortable with fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had booked as room only but paid at reception for breakfast which had a wide variety of food available at about £10 each. I would recommend this hotel.
- Michael (6/5): - Clean & comfortable. Reception staff and housekeeping woke me up and came to my room twice telling me I had to check out. I had already extended my stay for one more night. I had to go to reception to clarify it, and only then they realized that my stay had been extended. It was quite inconvenient to be woken up because of this mistake.

- tasham74 (4/5): Average stay - Just stayed here Monday to Friday, the room was clean upon arrival, however we did find that the air conditioning did not work!
We had a TV in the room, which also didn’t work and had a completely different remote for a different brand of TV!
The hotel was generally quiet, however our room was on the front of the hotel and the noise from the road and sirens were awful, especially from around 7am!
The walls in the rooms were also very thin, and we could hear the guests in the next room!
The maids were also very early when cleaning the rooms and were usually knocking on the door around 7:30-8am, we got disturbed a number of times.
The hotel is in a good location, around 15 minutes walk from the centre.
- P5668QDpatm (10/5): Great place too stay - Had a great time at this hotel staff are fantastic very helpful. Rooms are very good. Spotlessly clean great location. 10 minute stroll to heart of the city. Stayed four nights nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. Tea coffee in room also a fridge & hairdryer. Clean towels daily. Nice comfy bed.
- W7252KVjenniferm (10/5): Fantastic - Just back after spending 3 nights had a great experience staff were very nice and helpful …room was at the front wasn’t overly noisy but didn’t bother us at all (they do supply earplugs ) didn’t use. We liked our accommodation enough for two people they have a kettle and fridge in room with supplies of 2 small bottles of water and sachets of coffee/ tea bags a wee biscuit (2) will replenish if they get into your room to clean. Was out and about mostly location was great once you found your way about Prague (google maps was fab 😊 ) be prepared to walk and enjoy the many sights. Loads of places to eat and drink . Would definitely return to this hotel 🤩
- hollybD2015PE (10/5): Great stay! - Lovely hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights, clean room, friendly staff and great value. It was a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go!
Thank you
- caitlinparkin1 (10/5): Good stay - Clean and spacious rooms. Very good value, sometimes a bit Loud on a morning. The location was good, around 10 mins walk to train and main streets.
They upgraded our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and left a lovely note in the room. Thank you for a good stay :)
- Cristofer (10/5): -
- Molly (4/5): - It was a very clean hotel about 30 minutes from what we wanted to visit. Staff were nice enough but no one there to check us out even though I checked. I was also charged €2 for an adapter and then €6 later that day for the same adapter.
Air con did not work
We were not told about the lift hidden at the end of the corridor until day 2 of 3

- alishah518 (2/5): Do not stay at this hotel - I checked in on the 4th January and I was disgusted when I walked in and saw my room. It had two stickers on the door one saying "Mercedes parking only" and the other saying "have a coffee" both of which were peeling off. In the corner of the room the carpet was lifted and floor boards were on show. The bathroom door doesn't open properly and hits the shower door. There was also nowhere to store our clothes/belongings as well as two waterfall/palm tree pillows on the bed which I thought was highly unprofessional. I asked the reception for a room change willing to pay for an upgrade but was told there was none available. I was that horrified that I lasted half an hour in the room before booking and paying for a different hotel for the next 3 nights. I was told to email for a refund and they have still not answered me it has been 10 days and I have phoned and I have been told to wait for a response
- David Jelínek (10/5): -
- henrye713 (10/5): A friendly hotel for walkers - This is a friendly and modern hotel with great staff who will always help. I had a Prague castle ticket that I had to print, and the reception helpfully printed this after I emailed it across. The room was a great size for a solo traveller and the room was warm and relatively quiet. I’d definitely stay here again, although the hotel is 25 minute walk to the main sites, but if you like walking (like I do) then this is fine. There’s a supermarket nearby, if you turn right as you step outside and if you turn right again, head up 100 meter and left down steps, which I found very convenient. The area felt quite safe too and there was only a bit of traffic noise.
- Danka (10/5): Quiet and clean - Great location, friendly service, parking as a bonus, quiet and clean room. Thank you

- Nikki_numpty (8/5): A pleasent stay - Just returned from a three-night stay at the Royal Court Hotel and overall, we had a great experience.
Positives
The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was compact but thoughtfully designed — the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and there was just enough space for luggage for a couple of days.
The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, which meant minimal noise and a peaceful stay. It’s approximately a 25-minute walk to the Old Town, which we actually enjoyed as a nice way to start and end each day.
The reception staff were particularly accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and for the entire day after check-out due to our late-night flight — a huge convenience. Tea and coffee-making facilities in the room were also a welcome bonus, as this seemed to be lacking in many alternative hotels we considered.
Negatives
The automatic hallway light in the room would occasionally switch on during the night for no apparent reason, so it may be best to keep the door between the hallway/bathroom and bedroom closed. One morning we also woke up to find the front door open — not sure how this happened, but it’s worth remembering to lock the door from the inside.
While we were comfortable with the room size, those looking for a more spacious room may find it too small. Similarly, although we enjoyed the walk into town, the distance and slight inclines may not suit guests with mobility issues or those who prefer to stay closer to the centre.
- cristian mihaita (10/5): -
- Sherry (5/5): Rude staff set sour note for entire stay - Like the room a lot. The location was fine. Easy transit to the center. The front desk staff who was there when my friend and I arrived was beastly, and set a sour tone for my entire stay. No smile, no welcome, just brusquely told us the tax we had to pay and shoved forms at us. I have been traveling extensively for decades, and NEVER have I been so rudely treated. When we complained to a nicer person the next day, I expected to hear from the manager, but nothing. Why stay here when there are so many comparable hotels in Prague. No excuse. I deserved better. PLEASE do not send me a scripted apology now. My second and last trip to Prague. We encountered many brusque people throughout. They don’t want tourists? Fine. I will stay away and tell others to do the same.
- ZhenJia (9/5): -
- Alessandro (6/5): - Kind and nice staff Old room and 5 euro to change towels everyday is too much
- londonb63 (10/5): Super stay - Just got back from 2 nights away . Lovely place ! Clean ,cosy and everything you need in a room . Yes a bit noisy at night from traffic but no complaints.
Receptionist lady was lovely 😍 coffee shop next door .
We will be back thank you

- alice 0224 (10/5): - 暖房がとても暖かかった。
フロントの方も丁寧で優しかった。 なし
- Klára (1/5): - Vstup na pokoj bez mé přítomnosti a prolézaní kufru.
- Karina (10/5): -
- sadiem721 (6/5): 3 nights in Prague - Located away from old town. Found we couldn't have the window open at night as it was far too noisy lots of sirens and traffic. The standard room was clean and tidy but nowhere to store clothes just a 4 or so coat hangers. Breakfast was ok bread rolls, bread for toast, cakes, pastries, fruit, cold meats, cheese, scrambled and poached eggs, either sausages or bacon alternative days, porridge, jams, marmalade, nutella, tea, coffee, juices. Reception staff were lovely especially the young lady who checked us in on Friday 5 December and our again on the morning of 8.December. She also gave us a recommendation of where to eat nearby the hotel which was just perfect.
Slečna na recepci rychle vyřídila check-in a podal doplňující informace.
Ráno snídaně formou švédského stolu, výběr studených i teplých jídel bohatý. Káva, čaj a džus samozřejmostí.
- cathycake (10/5): A great location for our weekend away - Easy to find after arriving at I.P.Pavlova on the bus. A short walk from there to the hotel. The gent on reception was very helpful and spoke good English, as did the ladies we saw on the second and third day. Our room was on the 4th floor, easily accessed by the lift which was very welcome as I was on crutches! The room was a twin, ideal for myself and my daughter. The toilet/shower room was very clean. Towels were provided and we did not need to get any extra ones as we were only staying two nights although they would change them at a cost of 5 euros. As we onlyi stayed the tow nights we also didn't ask for the room to be tidied as there was no need. A safe was provided in the room although we didn't use it. Although some reviews mentioned noise, we didn't hear any from outside - same can't be said about the ignorant guests who were shouting at 3am - not the fault of the hotel though! We had a kettle, tea and coffee and a couple of biscuits in the room which was welcome. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. A TV in the room which had a selection of channels including sky news in English. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the restaurant was well set out with a buffet style breakfast of eggs - scrambled, poached and hard boiled, sausage, cold meats and cheese slices, salad, fruit, yogurt, cereals, pain au chocolat, marble cake, lemon cake, bread for toasting and butter/jam/nutella. All in all good value for money and we would be happy to return.

- ztvx (6/5): Just ok don't think i would stay again. - Reception staff were friendly & helpful on arrival.Room was ok bed so uncomfortable after walking all day you want a nice comfy bed to get into.Room was clean but no clean tiwels provided the whole time we were there.Cleaner was a miserable sod.No bar at hotel.Didn't book breakfast. It is not central at all.Wouldn't recommend i am sure there are better hotels.
- Jamesy85 (10/5): Enjoyable stay in Prague making memories! - What a lovely stay!
Staff were friendly, Couldn’t believe the kind and unexpected gesture of a bottle of wine for my birthday- even though I didn’t inform them. Icing on the cake for my 40th birthday. Lovely stay in Prague- a beautiful city!
- Digory (10/5): -
- darrendM4899PI (4/5): Not a great experience - Shower was terrible and no shower mat nearly broke myself up slipping in bath having shower. Beds were not comfortable staff didn't understand when asked about a shower mat I had to use towel. Location is good but very loud on busy road hard to get good sleep.
- tashah940 (10/5): Weekend trip - Just returned from a 2 night stay. Hotel is very clean and about 20 min walk to old town. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Stav (3/5): I will not return or recommend the hotel, it is more of a small motel - The staff was nice. The shower was great :) The room was much smaller than we saw in the pictures, there wasn't even a place to sit. It wasn't worth the price. It was hot in the room with no air conditioning and you couldn't leave the window open because of the noise from the street
- David Jelínek (10/5): -
- 734asterg (10/5): Nice people - We had a great 3 night stay here. Had 2 rooms, one double and one single. Rooms were comfortable and good for a 3 star. Location was good for us, just a 20-30 minute walk to the old town. But metro/tram links good too. If you want to eat or drink nearby, go to bar LEGENDA. Fantastic!
Two of our party were vegan and the breakfast team pulled out the stops to accommodate them. Thank you so much for your care and attention. All the staff were lovely too. Just one minor point, for me our bed was a bit too firm for me. Ok for the other two though. So what do I know!
- girl102 (2/5): Room 71 is NOT an upgrade! - Room at first glance looks lovely, but please don’t be deceived. The bathroom is not fit for purpose. A jacuzzi bath, which doesn’t have a plug. And one wont be provided either when you ask. So it’s neither a jacuzzi or a bath really. But it does come complete with a hand held shower head with absolutely nowhere to hang it. But that doesn’t really matter, because the walls slope in so badly that unless you’re 4’5 or under you won’t be able to stand upright and use it anyway. Only really suited for an octopus or a contortionist, juggling toiletries and trying to have a decent wash with your one remaining free hand is a challenge for ordinary humans.
More sloping walls and ceilings in the bedroom makes for plenty of concussions if you try and stand upright somewhere that isn’t in the middle of the room.
I’d love to say the big double bed is comfy, and it probably is if you’re not lying in melting degree heat trying to sleep. There’s an air conditioning unit, but surprise surprise, this doesn’t have any controls either. Just a pretty bracket on the wall where it should be.
Two velux windows which we kept open for the duration of our stay did absolutely nothing to cool the room down, but they did have the added bonus of bringing the sounds of the outdoors in and making it feel like we were in a remake of Fast and Furious each night.
We did ask to be moved, but amazingly this hotel was fully booked.
There’s better rooms out there.
- KELLY (10/5): Excellent hotel, great staff - would visit again - Staff were great - especially Vallerie - Everything was clean - Great area to stay as quieter - Room very spacious
Only had breakfast once due to us getting up late but had plenty of choice. Let us leave our luggage in the hold for the day while we explored our last day and collected before going to to the airport, as check out was 11 and we were not flying until 9.30
- Marco (9/5): -
- Voinitchi (6/5): - Personal foarte amabil Patul foarte incomod. Lumina in coridor activitat din mișcare si nu poate fi deconectat.
- 904declanf (2/5): Avoid at all costs if you are a group. Horrid staff - Avoid at all costs, horrid staff, terrible beds
The woman behind the desk at first was just so incredibly rude. She dealt with 2 women in front of us with smiles and great customer service, once they moved from the counter and she looked at us (5 men ranging from 25-61), she took a huge deep breathe and her facial expression went instantly negative.
The holiday was booked as a package holiday by 1 person (me) for 6 people, 2 rooms. She tried to say it was booked by 2 people for the 2 rooms (it wasn’t) and before she would say the name of who the 2nd booker was, she realised only 5 of us were stood in front of her. She quickly demanded our passports and miraculously, the only person who wasn’t with us, it was him that booked the other room.
She blamed EasyJet for the issue and We were asked if we were a stag party a couple of times, which we weren’t. Thats when she introduced the hotels ‘Group Policy’ which included slapping a €50 security deposit on each person (€250 total). She blamed EasyJet for the issue and said that’s why we weren’t privy to their group booking policy. Just a ploy to get as much money out of you as possible.
Then we get to the rooms. Small at best and minimal facilities. If you like black coffee and black tea you’re fine, as no long life or milk powders is given with the drinks selection in the room. If you book for more than 2, the ‘sofa bed’ is what can only be described as a glorified camping bed that constantly collapsed in the night and was almost impossible to sleep on. 2 singles beds were put together by putting a 3 inch thick wooden board under the mattresses and that made it unbelievably uncomfortable.
We asked to replace the camping bed, NO all they’ve got, for extra pillows, NO, our 2nd room asked for an iron, NO you can share it (thought we weren’t a group though?), extra room key on day 1 of a 4 day stay, YES, but bring it back ASAP. They had the rule of €100 fine for loud noises after 10pm, while on one of the nights I had a video of the receptionist and a guest being loud at the counter at 00:40. It’s also supposed to be daily cleaning, we had 1 day of no cleaning.
Never once on the way in or out of the hotel did the staff even say good morning, hello, nothing, just like we were an inconvenience to them. But you’d hear them interact with other customers.
At checkout the receptionist was in frantic text messaging and making sure we didn’t try to leave yet. We quickly found out it was with the cleaner to check out our rooms for anything to fine us with, nothing was found and we were told the €250 security deposit would be sent back to us in 5-7 days and we went on our way.
JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. Honestly, it was so close to ruining the whole holiday.
- davidmN2788OI (10/5): Recommended - Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was really nice and clean. Short walk from local transport. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

- AnnieG7216 (10/5): Perfect for my first ever solo trip. - I loved this hotel. It was just what I needed for my first solo trip abroad. The room was lovely and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were just what I needed. The shower was really nice.
I stayed for 3 nights and had 3 of the best sleeps I've had in ages. When I woke up I'd go for breakfast and had a choice of hot and cold food, sweet and savoury. The filter coffee was great.
I would definitely recommend and visit here again.
- KJwilson76 (6/5): Basic - NOT worth the money - Nasty room, so small you could not get in or out of the bed either side, bathroom smelt of drains constantly, Tv did not work any channel!
20 mins walk to city centre, breakfast very basic, only cook minimal and you have to wait for everything to be replenished
Wouldnt return - better options available closer to the centre
- Dot (8/5): -

- 644priyanshug (2/5): Worst hotel ever, please triple check your booking confirmation because it might not be real. They overbook all the time - Ridiculous hotel with the worst staff ever. Confirmed the booking online and on call and then sent us away saying they are booked. The receptionist is the worst, showed no empathy and respect instead laughed on our faces. They provided no solution and all of this happened to 2 women at 10pm on a saturday. So make your choice wisely. You can not even trust the confirmation you receive on phone and email. Please spend your money on a better hotel with a professional service.
- matilde12345 (2/5): Illegal, left 2 women on the street - They messed up our booking and left us (2 girls) on the street at 10pm after complaining for 2 hours, calling the manager. The receptionist was very unprofessional, had 0 empathy as she was laughing in our face and did not give us any written confirmation nor provided us with the name and surname of the manager. Ridiculous and illegal. We want to report this to authorities, please be aware of this!!!!
- Matthew (9/5): - I was quite satisfied with the room, but what made the difference for me was the staff, specifically the receptionists. They're the true stars of this hotel. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning.

- W8017FPchrisa (10/5): Attentive Staff, Well Kept Facility and Relaxed Location - Clean room, good breakfast and really helpful and attentive staff. There was plenty of flexibility, regarding the free left luggage facility; which takes away all the first and last day hassles. In addition, the location albeit @ 20 minutes walk from the city centre, is removed from the noise, hustle and bustle ... I would very much recommend it ...
- Danni1234567 (8/5): Nice amd clean room - Our hotel rooms were small and clean. Perfect walking distance (15/20 mins to the old town). My only issue was when it says it has aircon in the room, It doesn't! The "fan" only goes down to 17° it says but it only circulated the warm air in the room. When we were in Prague it was 36° so the 2 rooms were boiling. Plus our sons room had a heated floor in the bathroom it was on with no way to turn it off. We had so much planned and loved our time in Prague. The hotel was just to put our head down and wash.
Staff were lovely and tried to help by giving us fan's so honestly could not fault the staff at all. Always friendly and welcoming.

- annagM9162JI (10/5): Great stay. - We stayed here for 5 nights to explore Prague. This was our first visit in Prague. We had great time, the location is perfect, close to all public transport. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Coffee shop next door perfect spot for delish breakfast or lunch. It could be a bit noisy during the night and be prepared to pay deposit. The girls at the reception very friendly and informative. Overall, we would recommend.

- Amihai (10/5): Amazing staff and great value for money! - It's was my second time here - and it was just as my previous one - amazing!
This place has great value for money and great facilities, but the real highlight is their staff - who's there 24/7 for your convenience, and would go out of their way to help you in a any way they can - especially the lady worker who worked on our departure date (22/07/25) - during the day, she has helped us so much with the questions we had and the luggage storage!
- Jack (10/5): 19-23 July - Clean and friendly staff. Break should be better for what you pay.
- Dinamick1 (6/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the city of Prague. Our first time here in Prague. It is our second country to visit in our Europe city tour package.
The hotel slightly did not disappoint us. Good room and pleasant staff. Breakfast was continental which was okay (I believe there were cooked sausages and scrambled egg but we preferred English breakfast). The location is slightly okay too (A 20 minute walk to the hotel but we arrived in the early evening so we got the taxi outside Prague train station and we were ripped off by the driver. We paid him 20 euros when in fact, the fare would only cost us nearly 5 euros from the station to the hotel. We were charged three times more than the actual price! Our lesson learned: booked a taxi via BOLT or UBER app. We booked our taxi via UBER on our departure from this hotel to the same train station and it only cost us nearly 5 euros.)
We did the hop on hop off bus tour and we booked it via the reception of this hotel. However, when we got to the location where the bus tour was situated, we were told by them that we were not allowed to get off the bus. We would have to stay in the bus continuously and we did not get off till the end of our journey. In other words, it was a miscommunication or maybe a language barrier of the receptionist in the reception when we booked the ticket. It was really disappointing when this things happen and it made the situation worse when the audio speaking guide in that bus tour was not working at all too.
However, on our one day exploring Prague, we got the chance to see the old town, the different and unique architectures.
- ryanw127 (8/5): Just right for us as a couple - We have just checked out after a 4 night stay at this hotel, and overall we cannot really fault it. Yes, there are a few things that could have been better, but generally this place is bang on for what you need in Prague.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was lovely and helpful. Even though we were not able to check in until 2pm, she allowed us to place our hand luggage into a secure room down stairs, which was helpful.
The room itself was adequate for what we needed it for. At the end of the day, the hotel is perfect for you if you just want to lay your head down after a walk around Prague, plus it was always clean.
The only things for improvement we felt were:
- There was no iron or ironing board, however we did ask for these and they were delivered to reception. Although it would have been nice to already have these without asking.
- The shower did leak a little, as there was no stopper at the bottom. We found placing a towel when you came out sorted the problem though.
- The light at the side of my bed didn’t work, but overall not a big deal.
- The traffic is a little noisy, but at the end of the day, you are in a city, so what else would you expect.
The location is a little out of the centre of Prague, however we are walkers, so this wasn’t really an issue. We found it around a 30 minute walk to Charles Bridge.
Towels are a charge to replace, but we didn’t do this as we coped.
Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel if you were to visit Prague.
- Oleksii (9/5): Superb -
- suzannebN7162GB (10/5): Amazing - This hotel was so lovely the pillows are the best I’d love to know where they get them from. The staff were so lovely and helpful Alexanda was amazing. We shall be staying here again 10/10
- Lemonia (8/5): Very good - The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Oleksandra at Reception!
- adamfay89 (4/5): Frustrating - Arrived at the hotel early, checked in and left our luggage at the hotel and headed into town as the room wasn't ready. When we came back we were left standing at the reception area as we were questioned about who and how many we came with on the trip. After left standing for 10 to 15 mins while the receptionist texted her boss I'm assuming on her phone she said she wouldn't let us enter the room until she had the whole party at the hotel so she could have a look at us before letting us in. Left feeling embarrassed and frustrated we stood at the entrance of the hotel to wait on the rest to arrive. Eventually a girl came down and told us they would require 100euro for each room before letting us in. The room itself was tiny and cramped, the shower door seal was coming off which stopped the door from closing over causing the shower floor to flood. Not a great experience at all.
- Christo (6/5): Comforable hotel, good location. - It is a very nice hotel in a good location. The road the hotel is in is quiet but the roads either side of the hotel are quite busy as they are main roads in and out of Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room (54) was very noisy. It is an automated system that starts up when the room reaches a certain temperature. I didn't get around to mentioning it to the staff.
- David (8/5): Very good - Staff on desk excellent
