• Kristina Dineva (6/5): Just okay - The terrace had a great view and the location is wonderful. Staff was nice. Way too expensive for the quality of the stay and the room. It was very, very cold and you we were not able to turn on the heating because of some local restriction, the beds were okay, the room needs renovation and some love. Just a bunch of old furniture in a big room.

• Cristina (5/5): Buena localización pero muy mejorable la habitación - Buen desayuno relación calidad-precio, permiten dejar tu equipaje durante el día de salida para poder aprovechar el día en la ciudad, muy buena ubicación (cerca del centro andando y de parada de tranvía) Paredes sucias con manchas de mosquitos de huéspedes anteriores, habitaciones viejas con paredes desconchadas y mango de la puerta del baño completamente roto (se sale del todo), muy malas almohadas (dolor de cuello asegurado).

Nikt nieuzupełniał jedzenia. Brudne naczynia, jajecznica sucha jak wiór. Nie polecam kupowania śniadań w tym hotelu. Koc zamiast kołdry, twarda poduszka.

La zona colazione è molto bella, e la colazione sufficientemente diversificata da soddisfare le esigenze di tutta la clientela. Ci sono diverse cose che mi hanno fatto storcere il naso, a partire dal rapporto qualità prezzo che non è a mio avviso valido. Poi altre piccole cose, come ad esempio la regolabili del miscelatore della doccia, che con la rotazione di 0,5 gradi faceva passare l'acqua da freddo polare a temperature infernali. Inoltre, nella stanza praticamente non c'erano prese di corrente accessibili...

Pensando che fossero spenti, ho provato ad azionare le manopole ma non si sono accesi. Solo quando ho fatto presente la cosa in reception, mi hanno detto che erano rotti e che potevo accendere il climatizzatore- In bagno c'era solo dispenser con sapone sul lavabo e nella doccia (niente cuffia , ecc,,), e come sopra, il riscaldamento non funzionante, Niente bollitore nè armadio. Era presente uno stand aperto con tre grucce senza la possibilità di appendere pantaloni. Colazione essenziale, il tavolo lo devi sparecchiare tu (te lo scrivono al tavolo). Le fotografie presenti su Booking del bar con divano non sono corrispondenti, il divanodi pelle è vergognosamente consunto, le foto non sono corrispondenti.

• Serena (7/5): Gradevole ma non raffinato - Ottima posizione in centro con bella visuale dalla terrazza sulla cattedrale. Per quato riguarda il personale ottimo servizio 24 ore su 24 con tanto di bar. Larredamento antiquato e molto improvvisato. Ad esempio il lampadario principale della nostra camera è stato fatto utilizzando tappi del latte, linguette e tappi dell lattine. Per non parlare del rivestimento della testata del letto fatto con pagine di un libro. Mi aspettavo di piu da un hotel in centro ma apparte questo ci siamo trovati bene.

Frukost gick inte att äta någåt och dricka kaffet det va så äckligt att vi va tvungnaatt äta frukost på baren vid torget, nej aldrig mer på detta hotell.

• Sérgio (8/5): Nice 3 starts hotel, very located, perfect for short stays. - The hotel is located at a 12-minutes walk from the Duomo, 4 minutes walk from the Accademia Gallery and 25 minutes to Uffizi Gallery. It has several supermarkets and restaurants close by, as well as bus, tram and taxi stops in 2 minutes. The staff was always smiling and friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast room - the breakfast starts at 8.00 and I asked if it was possible to have mine at 7.30. She opened the door earlier and had everything ready, always smiling. The wifi is good, and the room has AC, a fridge and a small desk. The building is ancient, but it was refurbished, so the interior looks good. However, the rooms are somehow small and packed with furniture that could be renovated. The sound isolation is not the best I've had, because the corridors are narrow and the rooms are very close. Take into consideration that the elevator is really small, so if you have one trolley bag, only one person fits inside with it. It stops on the 4th floor, and if you stay at the 5th, you have to go one floor by the stairs, carrying your luggage. Overall, perfect for short stays, if you don't expect a lot.

• Salome (8/5): Good place for short trip - Good value for money if you are staying for a short trip. It is an efficient place, close to the train station and the center, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. But it is not a very "cosy" place to hang out in your room. The staff is very lovely and available. They are in the hotel all night so very convenient for late check in :)

• Carmen (8/5): Aggiornamento en el mobiliario, lo demás de 10 - Comenzando con lo que me gustó: la ubicación excelente, tiene ascensor (a veces no hay y no lo aclaran), recepción las 24 horas. Los recepcionistas muy amables y cordiales, Rebeca de entrada me explicó en un mapa los lugares a recorrer, Andrea muy atenta y dispuesta, como así también un recepcionista al que no le pregunté el nombre. El desayuno, con un costo de 7 euros muy rico, desayuno buffet, completo. Muy atentas las señoras de la cocina. Se sirve en un lugar con terraza con buena vista. Me gustaron muchas cosas, pero por qué no un 10? Por el mobiliario, muy antiguo y sin onda, deprimente diría. Por favor archiven esos cuadros, y pongan algunos más cálidos, armónicos. O solo pinten las paredes de blanco. Aggionarlo sería la palabra. Es un buen lugar, con buena ubicación, y personal destacado, bien vale la pena que sea lindo y acogedor también.

Мы попросили две односпальные кровати, в итоге у нас двуспальная кровать 3. Постельное белье имело очень неприятный запах и было непонятно влажным 4. Конечно я не специалист по отелям, но мое мнение, данному отелю очень далеко от 3 звезд
• Lola (10/5): Safe et agréable - La chambre est idéale pour une personne. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La vue est magnifique. La vue de la terrasse l’est encore plus, j’aurais aimé avoir plus de temps pour en profiter. Le lieu est sécurisé pour les voyageuses solo, le personnel est très gentil, un service de dépose bagage est disponible ce qui est très pratique. L’appartement est très bien situé près de tout, des transports, de la cathédrale, des commerces… La VMC qui se met en route dès qu’on allume la lumière de la salle de bain, pas très pratique la nuit.

Het ontbijt is erg simpel voor een prijs waarvoor je beter ergens buiten de deur je ontbijt kunt halen, dus dat zou ik een volgende keer overslaan.
