Выходишь из лифта встречает Старбакс, все в пешей доступности. Пару станций до всех достопримечательностей. Было чисто, опрятно все как надо. Большинство работников на ресепшене не знали английский, и в целом не были заинтересованы решать наши проблемы или просьбы. Отнекивались короткими ответами. Типо у вас есть такой-то сервис? Они такие Нет. И точка, без попытки чем-то предложить взамен. К персоналу внизу и к уборщикам вопросов нет, все было отлично.
- Birgit (8/5): Super Location für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Metro, einer Mall und dem Zhongshan Park. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon morgens im Hotel und konnten schon einchecken. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank an die Dame von der Rezeption. So konnten wir nach einer Pause unsere Entdeckungstour durch die Stadt starten. Beim Frühstück gibt es einen westlichen Bereich und einen asiatischen. Beide empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles sauber.

- Журавлев (8/5): Я бы сюда вернулся) - Мы приезжали на выставку Hotelex 2026 поэтому один из критериев выбора отеля это близость метро и станция проходящая по зеленой ветке чтобы ехать без пересадок и тут отель по расположению 10 из 10 потому что из отеля есть выход в очень большой торговый центр где вообще все есть и даже есть выход в метро прямо из него. Если путешествуете первый раз, то это крайне удобно. Внутри центра есть Старбакс на выходе из отеля есть супермаркеты где можно купить еду, очень много ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек, а так же много магазинов Zara, Uniclo, LEGO, Nike и так далее. рекомендую посетить популярный ресторан суши Sushiro, это современный формат где заказ делается через экран за столиком, а суши приезжают к вам по конвейеру) Про сам отель. Мы жили на 31 этаже, вид потрясающий, а лобби отеля находился на 25 этаже. На 26 этаже находится ресторана где можно позавтракать с видом на город. Завтраки в тайские и европейские, есть все что нужно ,без супер изысков, но вкусно. В номерах было просторно и чисто, но убирались каждый день тут все супер. Рядом находится парк там красиво) а еще куча всяких магазинов и вокруг и мет где можно попробовать местную еду) Были проблемы с возвратом депозита, но все решили. Видимо нам не повезло
- 沈 (8/5): - 位置真的很方便，旁邊就是龍之夢商場，吃的問題都解決了，而且裡面還有小超市，買東西真的很方便，到地鐵站也不用出去，直接從龍之夢商場的地鐵出入口直接搭地鐵就可以，完全不用怕小雨會淋到雨、太陽太大會曬到頭昏。走到外面也有許多美食，也有銀行，機能真的很好。 行李寄放的地置太沒安全感了。
- 439yangx (2/5): The whole floor stinks. - I thought I got a good deal on the price of a suite on the 28th floor there. But I was wrong. The moment I opened the door, the whole place smelled like public bathroom on the street. And long moment after, they sent a staff over and all she had offered is to spray the room with a deodorizer spray. So I requested for a new room and another long wait later, the room smelled slightly better but still not in livable condition. I had to request the front desk manager to grant me a waiver on last minute cancellation for which she complied. And I talked to the other guests who happened to be cutting their stay short and they said the same thing to me, "the room smells really bad". I think the hotel need to inspect their ventilation system as a whole so it does not suck in the foul smell from the food stalls and bathrooms downstairs in the mega shopping center. Otherwise I don't think it's livable.

- Susana (7/5): Hotel moderno y bien ubicado pero mejorable en sus instalaciones - La ubicación buena teniendo en cuenta los grande que es Shangái, en cuanto a que tenía el metro en zona comercial del mismo edificio del hotel. Era parada muy cercana al área turística, pero tampoco está en el bund. Si no coges el desayuno tienes muchas opciones en el centro comercial. Si tienes tiempo hay piscina aunque es interior. Está en un piso elevado con buenas vistas por la noche. El hotel está bien pero parece más bien de 4 estrellas en cuanto a las instalaciones, especialmente una de las habitaciones.

- 609stephaner (2/5): A terrible experience - The rate seemed attractive, I should have known better. The room was small and tired, and the furniture had multiple stains. A guest next door kept his door open, talking loudly and smoking, which made the experience even worse. The AC struggled to cool the room, which stayed around 27-28° and had a lingering smell of smoke. The staff appeared as tired as the décor—there wasn’t a single smile, not even a simple “good morning” or “good evening.” The breakfast was mediocre at best. I deeply regret choosing this hotel. For just a few extra RMB, there are much better five-star options available.

The location is excellent — very convenient and close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. The staff are friendly, polite, and always helpful, making the whole stay smooth and comfortable from check-in onward. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a reliable, good-quality hotel that offers great value. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

- bensonc278 (8/5): No fuss and comfortable hotel for a quick business trip - Was here for 2 nights on a quick business trip. Hotel had all amenities and services that gives you a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the only issue I had was the heating could not be properly toggled so the room was at times warmer than usual. The breakfast service is skewed to be more Chinese in terms of variety. Limited Western or non-Chinese cuisines. The hotel is about an hour (depending on traffic) from the Pudong airport and closer to the Hongqiao airport area. We chose this because most of our meetings were near the Hongqiao area. The hotel is also close to the Zhongshan Park subway which makes it very convenient to go around the city. I feel the hotel is in the more expensive side as it's only a tier lower than your typical Marriott hotel.

- howardxp1 (10/5): This is one of the best value hotels in Shanghai. - I’m happy to say that the combination of soft linens, good food, as well as the gym, pool, steam room and sauna all make this hotel a special one to revisit each time we return to Shanghai. Not costing an arm and a leg is also a big factor. Finally a hotel with a working steam, sauna and pool that’s nice and mild in temperature. I do have to report that the hot tub seemed to be out of commission for many months, so not 100% but enough for 5 stars. Can’t go wrong and Executive Lounge enhances your stay that much more - including dinner happy hour! Howard S.

It is also near the East China University of Political Science and Law as well as the nearby business districts. The hotel has good amenities with a spacious room but is a bit dated . The hotel is situated right in a shopping mall. the concierge is on the first floor and the reception is on the 25th floor. there is a lot going on as people from the shopping mall are passing constantly through the hall of the 1st floor of the hotel. moreover many time I wanted to ask something to the concierge I had to look for him and many times he just was not there. to get to you room you have to take the elevator to the 25 floor and than change elevator and get to you room. no nice hotel atmosphere comes up in this place. the western 2 channels during my stay did not work. the shower was old and i you could not switch from handshower to roof shower even idk I tried very hard. the knob was so rusty or full of limestone that it was impossible to switch it. it was also not possible to regulate or switch off the airconditionig. the temperature was set to 25 degrees and I could not sleep the night. on the last day I asked at 10.00 o'clock in the morning if I could still use the swimming pool for 1 hour a little bit later. the lady said that I had already checked out and said no. I told her that I have never met such a policy in any hotel around the world but she insisted and repeated her no. overall my first very bad impression in a hotel with my over 25 years in Shanghai.

- AzitiZ (8/5): Good Shanghai hotel - Good hotel in Zhongshan park, which is a lively area with enough to do or its not far from other areas if wanting to explore. Hotel itself is pretty good. Room okay although some small inconveniences such as no toiletries by the bath, aircon that cannot be adjusted and a TV with about 50 channels and only 1 in English (CGTN). TV does not appear to have USB or HDMI ports. The evening buffet was good and lasts until 10pm. Breakfast in the same area with the sunny side open. This side is catering for Asian, whereas the other side is Westen cuisine. Pretty good both times, not crowded. Location is really good and the mall next to it has really developed over the years. Good value for money in this area with only 1 other hotel in the vicinity in the same class.

Beds: very comfortable; Shower: strong and comfortable; Friendly staffs; Very good breakfast: Chinese and western style. Carpets on the lower floors smell; Room temperature cannot be regulated individually. The rooms we stayed were often too hot when the weather was warm. The windows are mostly locked and can’t be opened due to high rise building conditions.

- symbiosis379 (8/5): Good, but some disappointing parts - Rooms are nicely decorated in the typical Renaissance style, and but are showing signs of wear and tear. My room was clean, but minor maintenance issues were clearly overlooked. The bathroom has windows to the room with privacy blinds that were broken and didn't close, so if I were staying with anyone else in the room, I'd have no privacy in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, not too firm. Check-in was slow, not very welcoming, and no recognition of Marriott status. Breakfast was extremely overpriced and mediocre, and the part of the sign describing the pricing was only in Chinese. On the second day I took the time to translate it and realized that the adult price is 210 RMB (~$30 USD), so I went out for breakfast instead. Location is very conveniently on top of 3 metro lines and a large shopping mall, and the views from all rooms are great.
