Guest Reviews
- Sandra (10/5): - We had a great stay at Radiance suites. We had a two bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms en-suite and a separate washroom off the lounge. The kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine.
There was a supermarket across the road and lots of various restaurants nearby.
The hotel was very clean and room service was offered every day .
The staff were all very friendly, especially George who greeted us with a big smile each time we saw him .
We will return .
- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible - It's not a good place at all they ask for an extra money as security deposit which is jot not written in there policy. The only provided the bottles of water ONLY when we arrived. Not working washing machine, refold the towels and not changing them. Very bad WiFi . The entrance is clean and smells good but the place it self is terrible. With a bad service. There is alot of Apt. With the same price or less. And they are much more better. We didn't prolong our stay and we even left early morning. Noisy place, dirty windows. No cleaning, too expensive with no reason.
- Verified traveler (8/5): a place for family and friends - room was spacious and nice. worth what you paid for. very near to metro so no need to worry about not having a car. mall of emirates in one station away.

- Yasser (8/5): Good but need some improvement in services - The hote was good but there was no breakfast .
The air condition was aimed to my head where ever i sat and no one understand me to make the air direction little up .

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay here - the apartment was great and not far from Dubai Marina. The Metro very close also
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice basic property, not far from attractions in a taxi. staff helpfull.
Apartment was large and well equipped for our needs
- Shunda (8/5): - Everything was AMAZING!!!! The room sizses, the staff and comfort!!! Only thing that was a bit disappointing..,the staff would clean our bathrooms and not replace face cloth after taking the towels. Other than that.....if you need somewhere to stay this is the place to be! And it’s in a central location close to everything!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect - Very pleasant stay. Hotel staff very accommodating. Nice and clean and close by to 24hr shops. Would highly recommend and will be staying again here.
- Colin (10/5): Comfortable and friendly. Very happy with my stay. - I can highly recommend this apartment hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpfull, the room was spacious and comfortable. Located very near to a metro station the whole of Dubai is accesable. I will definately stay here again.
- Zoher (10/5): Excellent Hotel Apartement - It was a great staying here again
- Arun (10/5): Super - Very comfortable apartment as compared to hotel rooms. Only surprising part is that the local rates was less than half of the online rates through hotels.com
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location. Excellent staff - Located less than a 1 k from Mall of the Emirates and less than 100 meters from a Metro station this property is Ideally located. The staff and management are knowlegeable and accessible. Definitely reccomend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, Great staff - Ideal locaton, Less than 1 k from the Mall of the Emirates and less than 100 mtrs from a metro station. Rooms were clean and the supplied cooking utensils were more than adequate. Staff were very helpful with local infor and acquiring transport. Would definitely stay again.
- Larisa (8/5): - Close to the metro station.
- Verified traveler (10/5): v good hotel - its nice and clean comfortable , i recomend it for any one
- Agnes (8/5): - The hotel apartment is close to the metro station Sharaf DG, very practical. The apartment is big, very clean. The employees are very polite, smiling and available. It was very pleasant :) The only complaint could be the balcony: to small and without view. Fortunately, the swimming on the top is perfect to refresh us ;)
Thank you!
- Muni (8/5): - Very spacious apartment, close to Emirates Mall and metro station. 15minutes drive to Madinat Jumeirah Souk.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, extremely large apartment with balcony - Close to many attractions and next to metro station, 10 mins stroll to mall of emerates. Taxis outside both hotel and metro and very cheap. Hotel offers free bus to mall of Dubai and beach
- Mary Carmel (10/5): Perfectly Positioned Dubai Appartment Hotel - A very relaxing apartment with lots of room and comfortable furniture. It is not in the heart of the really busy touristy areas but as it is just 200 metres or so from a Metro station it enabled us to see a lot of places very easily and cheaply. Dubai is much bigger than we thought and is still growing. Taxis are fine but the traffic was always busy and it can sometimes be a white knuckle drive. We asked the hotel staff for help on quite a few occasions and they were very accomodating. The pool is smallish but beautifully formed and kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
- Lee (8/5): Awesome stay - Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staffs are spontaneous to respond
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel for a great price - This hotel is nice and has a great location. The apartment is big the only downside was the slow internet connection
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel apartment - Very good location . Next to metro station. Easy access to places in Dubai
- mazen (6/5): Nice apartment hotel next to the mall of emirates - Hotel was ok, they are actual big apartments with full kitchens so you can enjoy the space. The only problem was the internet and the tv. The internet is way too slow and on a couple of days when I was there at night it completely stopped working.
Overall is better then the hotels right on sheikh zayied because it s quite and you don’t hear the traffic
- Bharat (8/5): Close to Metro Station - We booked a one bedroom apartment that was clean and well furnished.
All the staff were very friendly and would definitely stay here in near future.
Thanks.
- Verified traveler (10/5): spacious apartment and very clean - close to Mall of Emirates
helpful staff
a nice home away from home.
- Paulina (10/5): It’s such good and comfortable hotel. - It’s
- Eranga (10/5): Good stay - The place was very much better than I was expecting. WIFI wasn't good though.
- Elochukwu (10/5): Great holiday - Was a family trip and it was generally an awesome time here.
- Christina (8/5): Fab hotel - Huge two bedroom apartment with 2 en suites and another seperate toilet. Full kitchen, dining room, washing machine (with clothes horse - yah!!), super comfy beds. Practically across the road from metro station, a few restaurants within a block, and lots of supermarkets to stock up on supplies. Only a few blocks away from Mall of the Emirates, this hotel is in a superb location. Highly recommended
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything is perfect. Great apartment with 3 bathrooms for 3 people :) Excellent service.
- Saeeda (6/5): - staff in desperate need of training,as a host.
you can get a better customer service on a border if you are an illegal immigrant.
- Asim (6/5): Hotel from Hell - We book this Hotel because it was cheap and decent looking, to honest Hotel wasn't as bad as the staff on the counter
made our life hell, these staff are from back home and treat you like animals, we arrived at the hotel after a long flight of
12 Hrs. It was 6 0,clock in the morning and we have were 5 people including children, by a Taxi from the Airport, when the staff on the counter told us that our booking starts from 12pm and he will not let us in, we argued that we are from England and no where to go and most importantly we have booked a package with Expedia Flight plus Hotel. We have children who haven't slept for 14 hrs, please let us stay in the Lobby as we don't know where to go at this time in the morning, He rejected all the reason and told us to move from the desk. This was the start of our Holiday, We spent next 6 Hrs at nearby Starbucks sleeping in shame on their lobbying sofas, Big credit to Starbucks they did not lift an eyebrow. And it was just the start unfortunately , Long story short , at the end of our trip we were forced to pay the huge tip which was included in the bill for the '' CUSTOMER SERVICE.'' Lol.
One Word '' Hotels From Hell''.
Thank You Expedia.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice and clean hotel, according to there advertised description, highly recommend for families.
- CHANDRAJITH (8/5): Centrally located apartments. - The property is located in a central place close to mrt station and the mall of Emirates. Needs upgrade to the place as it looks dated. The house keeping staff does a good job at keeping it clean and are very friendly. Free WiFi is available.
- Verified traveler (8/5): value for the price - At first the look and feel wasn't great but as we stayed there, it was all fine. The rooms were great value for the money and had all essentials available in kitchen. The service people were very nice and friendly and helped greatly for solving our problem with wifi and provided us alternate access which worked really well.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice apartments - Close to metro station sharaf dg about one minute walk. In a good location. 10 minutes walk from mall of emirates. Clean and big sizr rooms. Friendly staff.
- Siti Yusirah (8/5): A home in dubai! - The rooms and toilets were big and clean.Everything was in very good condition. They have practically everything a home will have. Walking distance to MOE. 5 STOPS from Dubai mall. Short driving distance to most of the tourist area like wild wadi waterpark, jumeirah beach, burj khalifa and the old/gold souks. 3-5 mins walk to the metro. Very near the supermarket and is surrounded by food restaurants.
To improve-
1) quality of pillows. wakes up every morning having neck pain.
2) its always good to start the morning with a little greeting, staffs need to be trained in this.
- Trevor (8/5): Tried it once and will happily go back 👍🏿 - I landed in Dubai on an early morning flight, my wife only later that evening. I arrived at the hotel at 10am and was promptly allowed access to an apartment by Iroshini, although stated check-in is only for 2pm. The apartment was clean, fragrant and welcoming, and save for the hum of a nearby generator, I managed a good 3 hours of peaceful sleep. I cannot speak more highly of Iroshini and Witney at the reception desk for their attentiveness, always pleasant and smiling ; Rahool at the activities desk for his suggestions, advice and leaflets on what to do in Dubai. While the hotel does not have its own dining facilities, there is a rather spicy independent restaurant on the same floor as reception - one can order for delivery to your apartment or dine in the restaurant. There are numerous other restaurants and takeaways within a short walk, and a supermarket to the rear of the hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great clean secure large apartment very comfortable
- Karen (6/5): Clean apartment, friendly, helpful staff. - Clean facilities, spacious, staff helpful. Little off the beaten track although taxis readily available from outside back entrance. Metro and buses close by. Pool and gym rarely used so generally had them to ourselves, which was great although there is no view from the pool area. Supermarket directly opposite, which was great. Unfortunately water (so shower) ran cold/tepid otherwise would have rated higher. There is also a lot of construction in the area and while it is not the apartments fault we were woken at 7.30 each morning by the construction workers opposite. If you want to be downtown, near beaches, western restaurants this is probably not for you. If you don't mind local restaurants and catching bus, metro or taxi to tourist areas this is good value.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Over all good experience however it was hectic to call someone to open the parking fence and also the water heater was not working fin.
- Coleen (8/5): Comfortable appartment with excellent amenities - This appartment is located very close to our son & daughter in law.
- Jackie (6/5): Central hotel.. shame about the dated interior. - Good central hotel next to the metro station. Rooms really large . Bathroom is dated and tired. Could do with some tlc. The kichen is not fully equipped. No teatowel to dry when you want to wash up or big bowls for breakfast cereal..and very small tea cups. Bed was kingsize and comfy but because of the noisy aircon and building work next door the room was noisy. A restaurant is next to the hotel so the garlic smell was around alot including by the pool area on the roof. Clean and tidy but could do with more sunbeds .staff friendly and helpful.. wifi very slow and you have to log back into the wifi every 24hours.
- Jilly (10/5): Nice hotel central location - we spent 10 days at the hotel apartments visiting family in Dubai
- Bashir Ahmed (10/5): - Top top top very very Exlent
- Gerardo (8/5): UAE stay - The stay was good the location is a little bit scary but okay. The hotel staff was okay and the hotel was clean but different from what I'm use too
- Richy (10/5): Brilliant hotel in Al Barsha - Me and my wife stayed here for 16 nights in July while I was working. Our room had a full kitchen an en suite bathroom and another toilet. It was perfect for an apartment on a budget while working in Dubai. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's plenty of shops/takeaways within a 2 minute walk and taxis are easy to flag down in the street behind the hotel. The mall of emirates is about a 10-15 minute walk away and only cost the equivalent of £3 in a taxi and is well worth a visit. Sharaf DG metro station is also 2 minute walk away. The gym is good enough for a quick workout and the rooftop swimming pool never got too busy so we could always get a sun lounger. Overall a nice hotel in a decent location and I would definitely book again.
- Jan (10/5): Dubai Best location ever - Diamond in the ruff...We had the best stay in Dubai. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. This location across from the metro made it easy to travel around the city. 10 minute walk to the Mall of Emirates 5 stops to Dubai Mall...to visit Burg Khalifa..Grocery store just behind the hotel and I can't brag any more on this hotel...Futures visits will be here.
- Alaya (8/5): Almost perfect! - Very spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms, large kitchen, living area with separate dining and 3 bathrooms, convenient location, 24hr supermarket just behind apartments. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The apartments were VERY spacious! A real bonus to have all that space whilst on holiday! WIFI was only real let down, limited usage didn't last long at all! Pool could have been open till longer in the evening as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice space - All good. Except that is a bit far from the airport.
- Georgia (8/5): Convenient location, spacious rooms, comfy beds - Stayed here for work for a week with colleagues and the apartment was serviceable for our needs. Plenty of bathrooms which helped with sharing our space and the living and dining areas were useful for eating and working.
- splendour (10/5): Very close to Sharag DG station in the Green line - It is about 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The Green line from the airport .
The house keeping staff are so efficient and effective.
Although when we arrived the wifi was limited to 250 mb when I complained I was given unlimited access by the receptionist.
My son was so glad that he wanted to stay back in Dubai.
The hotel is so comfortable and the staff are all friendly
- I R (8/5): Great position - The apartments were huge with loads of room to relax in. Cannot fault anything other than that the kitchen could do with un upgrade in utensils.
The position of the Hotel allowed us to walk to Mall of the Emirates or even closer catch the Metro. For getting around in Dubai this is essential.
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much of a problem.
One concern was that the tiled floor from the pool area needs to be looked at especially when wet. Accidents can and do happen!
- Hadi (6/5): over all nice hotel . - the hotel is clean . TV is small . there was difficulty with internet , only one of us could use wifi .it is close to grocery . Friendly staff /
- Verified traveler (8/5): So Good! - Wow! Beyond impressed by this place! The apartment was huge and had plenty of space for just me. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The pool on the roof is great (though it could use some extra beds as it got busy up there). The fitness center is solid and well maintained. Parking garage in the basement is accessible by elevator from your floor, so you can from your room straight to your car! Stars across the board. 1 drawback is the location in regards to it being well-known by taxi drivers and people in Dubai. If you direct someone to Al Barsha Hotel Apartments, they likely won't know where you are talking about because it's not well-known. It's also not in the middle of the action like Downtown or the Marina is. But it's worth the stay in my opinion.
- Mohammad (8/5): Nice apartment hotel near almost everything - This hotel is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, subway. We never had a problem to get a taxi. Short walk to the Mall of Emirates . We also kept our luggages at Hotel's storage after checking out from the hotel.
- fabrice (8/5): - Facilities: Modern; Value: Affordable; Service: Courteous; Cleanliness: Faultless;
- Rod (10/5): NYE in Dubai - Great place to stay, if you do not want to be in the thick off it, but close enough to still enjoy it. The Emirates Mall is only a 5-10 min walk and the closest train station is a 3 min walk
Staff were very accommodating, even letting us on the roof to view the NYE fireworks.
- Business Person (6/5): The hotel is good. - The hotel is good and location is accessible from all main landscapes. However, I shall not recommend to stay here for next 6 months at least as the next building is under construction and it wakes you up too early and never lets you sleep all day.
- Jas (10/5): Great Experience - We very much enjoyed our stay at Al Barsha Apartments. For a family of 5 we required space and the apartment was perfect for it. Very spacious 2 b/d apartment. The service staff right from entry/reception was very professional, courteous and helpful. Only hiccup in 4 day stay was apartment washing machine wasn't working but was replaced within couple hours which was good. The accommodation, utensils & linen were all good. Overall - Definitely recommend the hotel for your visit to Dubai and if & when we visit Dubai again will be staying there. Good value for your money. Location is good as well being close to Mall of Emirates (10 mins walk) and train station (2 min walk).
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good and sufficiently comfortably for the price - Good and sufficiently comfortably for the price
- Marty (8/5): Good value for money and in a great location! - Good value for money and in a great location! Near the Emirates Mall and a metro station. Clean and inviting. The only drawback is a limit on data transfer so the 'free internet' claim is not really true.
- Fabian (4/5): Bad internet poor service - Never could get a smile from the reception. Their free internet is just for 150MB then they charge you big time and for a very low speed. Very poor customer service was definitely the worst I encounter in Dubai. I will definitely never go back there. Specially, there is next door some excellent hotels. Otherwise location is good near Sharaf DG metro and new area in Dubai.
- Ta (10/5): Deluxe Apartment - We had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious. All rooms were in imacculate condition. The master bed was a king size and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and were knowledgeable about the area. They were very quick to assist us when the iron stopped working. The location was 5 minutes from sharaf DG metro station literally opposite the station. There was a supermarket at the back of the hotel and if you carried on walking down an even bigger one at the back. There were some local shops if you turned right out of the hotel.
- Ancm83 (8/5): Great apartment - Great location, beside the metro. Very clean and spacious apartment.
- Daniella (8/5): Very good value for money - We spent three nights at Al Barsha Hotel Apartments. We arrived at night and check in was easy and the staff friendly. The room was recently renovated, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. It was a 2 bedroom with 2.5 baths and a full kitchen, living and dining room. It also included daily cleaning, which we hadn't expected and was a welcome surprise. Only negatives - we had to turn on the hot water and wait for it to warm up before showering and there was no dish detergent in the kitchen. Both minor inconveniences. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell in the lobby - a combination of restaurant cooking smells and chemical cleaners - though this was contained to the lobby level only. Location is handy to the metro station but there is not a lot in the way of restaurants or places of interest within walking distance. A 24 hour convenience store is directly across the road which was handy. The pool on roof level was clean but a bit cold (it was March) and from memory, there were only about 5 lounge chairs so could easily get crowded. Tiles around the pool are VERY slippery! We were in Dubai for 2 full days and spent both those days outside of the hotel from morning to evening. It wouldn't be a place i'd choose to stay and hang out (due to minimal facilities and average location) but as a base and place to come home to, it was comfortable, clean and great value for money.
- Morgan (10/5): Really Great spot, great price and value! - Stayed here the night on a 28 hour layover. The hotel let us keep the bags at front desk while we explored the city. Located right next to one of the transit metro stops- easy access for about $3usd train ride. Taxi costs $35usd. The rooms are large and everything you need is there. they give you wireless code for free internet that works well. Good restaurant and good prices next to lobby.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Below Standards - I guess this was the worst hotel apartments i ever visited in Dubai for this cost per night. I usually pay the same for 4 start hotel, but looks like all prices have been increased in Dubai
- Abdullah (6/5): Only if you're tight on money - Stayed for one night. A funny smell was coming from the kitchen. Using hotel shampoo was a bad decision. I would only stay there if I'm broke and alone.
- Kat (8/5): Expansive Apartment - Although the hotel was difficult to find, it's in a convenient location. All of the malls can be easily accesible within minutes. There is a convenient 24 hour store across the street. The apartments are spacious and clean.
- Evangeline (10/5): - Excellent service! The staffs are all very helpful and patient. And it's located near the Metro which makes it easy for me to travel.
- Diego (8/5): Good hotel - Good hotel, comfortable 2 bedrooms apt to 5 people, good location, only issue faced was internet, wifi is very slow and unavailable some times.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Happy Gust - I like the Hotel, I had great stay. front desk & housekeeping was excellent.
- Allaban (6/5): Ordinary but economical - In summary, large room in a good location for train and not far from the city. Seemed very reasonable tarrif but everything else was ordinary.
Location is very good as long as you use the train or taxis to access the city or Mall of the Emirates etc. The rooms were very large but the shower was luke warm at best, the lounge was shabby and the curtains looked grubby. There was a washing machine but no drier, a cd/dvd player but no discs. No instructions for washer or TV. The restaurant looked pretty dodgey and I only saw a few people that looked like local workers eating - no tourists. No wifi in rooms (avail. in reception area) but network cable available in room. We stayed 2 nights and none of the room supplies were replenished on the 2nd night.
- Russell (8/5): - Facilities: Everyday; Value: Economical, Excellent apartment ;
Great little resurants close by
- Bobbie (6/5): - As a monthly traveller to Dubai, in my opinion Al Barsha apartments must be one of the most difficult locations for taxi drivers to find! Always mention Cassels hotel, which is nearby and walk the last few metres. The reception at the apartment has an appalling smell emanating from the food hall next door, is dark , dingy un-appealing and understaffed. There is no coffee shop or resturant, and although breakfast was included in my rate, this had to be requested to reception, sent out for and delivered on polystyrene plates to your room.one delivery was enough, as we declined further delivery after day ones offering, which was disgusting. The first room shown on my arrival had a huge iron burn in the sofa, rusty old kitchen appliances, and was totally depressing in view and natural light. I will give praise to the young receptionist who offered another room, which was, much more acceptable, and after requesting the few hundred cigarette butts to be cleaned up from the balcony, asked daily if everything was ok. The housekeeping staff are to be highly complimented for their attention to detail also. The location is 0.7 miles from the Emirate mall, which had a choice of restaurants, unlike the one ethnic range to be found in the vicinity of the apartment.. May be good value for money for some, but I found the apartments sadly lacking in the basic needs for a visitor in Dubai.
- N SOMARU (8/5): a great family hotel apartment - i chose Al Barsha Hotel Apartments not knowing what to expect. we are a family of 5 and i must say, we were not dissapointed. we booked the 2 bedroom apartment which was large, spacious, neat and clean. the one bedroom had a king size bed, the other, 2 single beds and there was a sofa in the lounge. The apartment has a very homey feeling, perfect for my kids who do not like being in the confined space of hotel rooms. the kitchen was nicer than expected and had most of the cutlery and crockery, however utensils such as preparation and dishing up bowls are not available. its perfect for breakfast and whipping up light meals. (there is a stove, a large fridge and microwave as well as a washing machine.) fortunaltely there is a great restaurant in the hotel and they are very reasonably priced, so we had them send up our meals. there are also many restaurants in the vicinity within walking distance. we unfortunately didnt use any of the hotel amenites as we spent most of our time out, having so much to see and do. the Mall of the Emirates is walking distance away, and the Metro is half a block opposite the hotel. taxis are freely available. the service at the hotel was prompt and effecient and the reception desk most helpful in arranging tours and advising on places of interest. overall, we had a great apartment and a wonderful stay at Al barsha. WILL MOST DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE ( please note that the taxi drivers refer to it as Cassels Al Barsha for some reason.)
- JG (10/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay. the staff were very helpful, good location with a supermarket just around the corner and an easy walk to the mall of emirates and a metro station. Our only problem was not all taxi drivers knew where it was so print out the address to take with you to get from the airport to the hotel and then the staff can print a map and give you a card when you are there to show taxi drivers. The hotel was really excellent and the rooms very clean and the beds comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by my teenagers. I would stay there again.
- Julie (6/5): Good value for money - This is a good hotel for location near Mall of the Emirates (although not easy to find by car!!) and provides good access to the train which gets you around really easily. Our room was spacious and clean and gave us a good base although breakfast wasn't brilliant. The pool area is small with only 5 sun loungers so you have to get there early if you want to spend time sun bathing in comfort. Overall not bad for the price :-)
- Talal Malki (10/5): We loved it, we would have stayed more but it was sold out ! - After trying other places, really it can't get better than this place. We got a 2 bedroom apt. This place was clean, nice, cool, nice living room (Sweede Couch with wide head rest like in cars), clean bathrooms, working quite AC including bedrooms and very close to Mall of the Emirates for shopping, bars, restaurants and kids play areas. The Internet was not WIFI but the cable worked fine after they replaced it for me. The cable TV had tons of pay channels. The Internet was around 2MB down and 500kbps upload, not bad. Staff was nice and we just loved it. Oh and they had their own free parking below the building but the elevator very close "if you know where to park".
- Ese (8/5): Ok for family stay - Honestly, Idid expect more from the hotel. Views of hotel in Expedia have been overtaken by recent construction around hotel. Generally, an ok hotel. I think pricing is on the high side. In addition, taxi drivers struggle with identifying hotel/location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice - Vesy nice & safe
- Burt (4/5): you get what you pay for - Positives: You get a large apartment for a reasonable price and it's close to a metro stop. Negatives: The rooms are fairly basic, bed was not particularly comfortable, aside from Mall of the Emirates, you are far from everything, neighbourhood is sketchy, especially at night. The hotel desk staff are helpful, but the housekeeping staff did a terrible job, my room was never properly cleaned, even before I arrived. The gym is a joke, equipment didn't work. Rooftop pool is nice but small.
- Mehdi (6/5): Good - The hotel is new and their people are very helpful. Nothing serious is bad. My concerns are 1- the cooler-air-condition- do not produce a natural seamless air, but either very cold or warm. 2- if there was a wireless Internet throughout hotel, would be much more comfortable. 3- an automated telephon answering machine may help the guests a lot.
