- Rieko (10/5): - When we checked in on our own pre-tour, Adell was very kind and gracious. He explained everything well and guided us with food options. We had to recheck in the next day with the tour pkg and he even remembered our name/room so we didn’t have to switch rooms.

Had booked an extra night as I was arriving early morning and needed my room as soon as I got there but wasn’t available which was particularly annoying. Appreciate the upgrade when eventually sorted but shouldn’t have happened. I also had issues where I got back from meetings at 3:30pm to find my room not made up. I needed to rest due a bad night and put the DND light on and was then woken up by the cleaner calling the room telephone to see if I wanted the room cleaned! I when it was done eventually cleaned, he left me with only one bath towel and no replacement hand towel. I called and asked for an additional towel which never arrived. So in summary, great hotel but service needs improving
- Oniel (10/5): - Had a very pleasant experience the property itself is fantastic, with great amenities and beautiful views. I really appreciated that the rooms come with balconies it made the stay feel extra special. While the pool could be a bit larger or higher, this didn’t bother me much as I rarely or never use it. The standout aspect of my stay was the staff; everyone, from the lobby team to other employees, was courteous, professional, and attentive. Another highlight is the location it’s close to many attractions and other great places to explore, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The staff is always friendly, attentive, and professional — they really go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel remains one of our favorites in Dubai. Highly recommended!
- Mehala (8/5): - Hotel stay was very good. Only mistake I made asked the Hotel about Tours. Dont get ur ticket from the hotel for Burj Kahlifa. They Charge very high price. You can get the ticket at the Mall for cheap or buy online. Another thing is that where the hotel located is not good if ur taking taxi or uber. They have to go in a circle to get to the road and its traffic so u will end up pay more for the ride. Other then that Hotel is clean and very comfortable.

A great feature was the onsite coffee - tea bar with space to work and meet colleagues. The roof top pool and bar were also great features. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurants here close late so you will not sleep hungry in Dubai. The financial district is a hub for shopping, dining and a perfect spot to explore Dubai.

(10/5): Hotel magnífico para disfrutar Dubai - Visité Dubai para celebrar mi cumpleaños #50, y durante meses evalué muchos hoteles de diferentes estrellas, ubicación y recomendaciones escritas por otras personas. Finalmente me decidí por Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Todo fue increible, desde el personal, la seguridad, la habitación grande (business suite), la limpieza puntual, ubicación estratégica, a pasos de la estación del metro, la piscina hermosa y restaurantes con comida deliciosa. Un gran detalle que me sorprendió es que como nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde en la noche, nos permitieron disfrutar del día a nuestro ritmo y luego llegar al hotel para antes de recoger las maletas, utilizar las facilidades en el piso 41 y así ducharnos y emprender el vuelo de 15 horas. Todos fueron muy amables y cortez. Recomiendo este maravilloso Hotel que por 8 noches fue parte esencial para que la estadía en Dubai fuera exitosa e inolvidable.

- Simon (10/5): - I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My room was kept lovely and clean so a big thank you for that. A special mention to both the pascal tepper bakery where I had my breakfast and half board meals and the staff on the level 43 bar I know sometimes it can look strange being a solo traveller but they really looked after me, couldn’t do enough for me and were polite, helpful and courteous. I wish I made notes of names so I could give a shout out to some of the personally 5 stars doesn’t seem enough if I am lucky enough to end up back in Dubai I will be staying here or recommending it to friends and colleague. A huge thank you.

There are some issues worth noting, particularly for those staying here for work as I was. -There are only four small elevators and you often have to wait a long while for one. -The rooms are big but the space between them small, so that you hear your neighbors across the halls (screaming children but even a ringing phone) -The sidewalks in front of the hotel are narrow and very busy including with delivery bike riders
- Mehfooz Ali (10/5): - It was a good stay. Up-selling been done but it was alright as upgraded to Suit room. Early checkin allow us to rest a little after a long flight. Overall, it was a nice stay right in the business district.

Fantastic service from all the staff. Only 20 minutes from the airport too. Only downside is a bit of traffic noise from nearby Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main highway.

- Jose (10/5): Family trip - Great and fantastic service provided by all staff members. We stayed in a business suite with formal living room and kitchen area. I liked this space as you could have family in different areas of the room without feeling crowded. The bathroom is nice with bathtub and shower, though the floor can get wet if not careful due to the bathtub glass "door" that lets out water. Comfortable beds, pillows could be more firm but that is my preference. I didn't use the balcony space but you have a view towards the main road and the housing towards the sea. The gym was great with a lot of equipment and a sauna- I liked the views and watching the sunrise. The restaurant has good food too and complimentary flavoured water near the entrance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Also, I didn't use it but it looks easy to get to the hotel from the airport uing the metro.

- azher (10/5): - I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Even with the maintenance going on operation were excellant. From check in to check out was seamless. Mr Abdallah always there to help with a great smilr. Four points delivered and i can say its the staf that make this hotel exceptional. Can you please thank Juma. Mr Azhar he was such a lovelly person with customer service that i havent seen before. and hamza who works with Azhar was brilliant took us where i wanted to go waited for me aswell. There were many othere but the names i mentioned made me and my wife feel most welcomr. Thankyou Mr Azhar, Hamza, abdallah, and juma. I will come to dubai again and it is these prople i will boom your hotel again. Please pass on my thanks to all of thrm.

Totally recommend the hotel besides the room service the wings were not good yet pricey: but I would stay here again for convenience and ease to get around in Dubai. - Imad (10/5): - I frequently visit to Dubai and stay at a different hotel. This one is by far the best. I had a room with a balcony on the 16th floor overlooking Shaikh Zayed road. The view is amazing. The room is a little small but super clean, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. They have a lounge on the 43rd floor (top floor) where you can see Dubai from all sides. The view at night is breath taking! The location of the hotel is perfect. Shops and restaurants are wiltin walking distance. Dubai mall is 5 minutes away. The staff are very friendly. I am staying at this hotel in my next visit.
