• Jorge (9/5): - Buscábamos cercanía a la estación y aunque la zona es bulliciosa y no es la mas bonita de esta esplendida ciudad si que está en una calle tranquila. El personal es muy amable. La habitación es pequeña, como en otras grandes capitales el espacio se mide al máximo.

A localização realmente era muito boa, principalmente porque desembarcamos do aeroporto e pegamos um metro só até o hotel. Fomos muito bem atendidos tanto na chegada, quanto na saída pelas recepcionistas que nos atenderam. De não poder ter ficado mais alguns dias.

• Deborah (8/5): Very nice hotel, in a lovely neighborhood, Good value - This hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood but very convenient to Gare du Lyon and metro stations. We loved the neighborhood. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very nice. Our room was small, but comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our short stay, and would definitely go back.

Very quiet and relaxing… I would suggest that if you prefer showers, you should ask for a room with one. Mine had a tub and it was very slippery.

• PATRICK (10/5): This hotel offered the best experience for travellers - We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as we like to discover local cafes, but we were tempted as it looked delicious and extremely good value for money. The location was perfect for our needs. We wanted to explore the Marais. We also used the nearby Batobus to visit the Eiffel Tower and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. If we’d had more time it would have been a fantastic way to explore other major sites. The hotel was perfect for our needs: well appointed rooms; pleasant public areas but most importantly the staff were brilliant hosts. They gave us a warm welcome every time we passed through reception, were highly efficient when asked, for example, to organise a taxi for us, and generally gave us the best hotel experience we could have had. -

Van de fitness hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, zat in de kelder en was daarmee minder uitnodigend. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en buffet werd steeds aangevuld. Erg vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Fijn ook dat we onze koffers in een aparte ruimte konden laten staan op de dag van uitchecken. De ontbijttafels stonden dicht op elkaar en sommige tafels hadden te lage stoelen.

Het was nogal een rommeltje toen we gingen ontbijten. Er was net een te grote groep klaar met ontbijten. Duurde wat lang voordat de manager de medewerkster die het echt niet alleen kon opruimen en nieuwe tafels indekken, ging helpen.

• Le Mercier (5/5): Calme avec une bonne literie, mais pas du niveau quatre étoiles! - Personnel sympathique et literie confortable. Hôtel calme. Un hôtel quatre étoiles et... une baignoire glissante, un petit déjeuner apparemment généreux mais avec des produits peu raffinés: miel et condiments très bas de gamme, confiture et jus de fruits très moyens, pas de compote, oeufs durs trop cuits et sans goût, pas de thé vert nature (seulement aromatisé à la menthe). Tout cela pour 20 euros par personne! Le soir nous demandons de pouvoir monter une infusette de verveine afin de la boire dans la chambre où nous chaufferons l'eau, on nous demande aimablement 4 euros. (Même chez Ibis budget ils ne font pas cela au client. ) Dans la chambre il y de la camomille, mais pas de verveine. Pour le lendemain j'avais ajouté une nuit sans passer par Booking: 15 euros plus cher mais "petit déjeuner offert"... quelle tromperie!

Viele Lokale in Fußentfernung zu erreichen. Sehr sauber, ordentliches Frühstück. Fenster nur wenig zu öffnen, der Fön im Badezimmer war veraltet und hatte keine optimale Leistung. Die Tische im Frühstücksraum häten etwas größer sein dürfen. Zmmerservice offenbar nicht täglich.

• Fred from Lux (6/5): Bien mais visiblement la maintenance n’est plus là - Le personnel, le confort du lit et l’emplacement Papier peint qui est décollé dans la chambre, robinet plein de calcaire qui ne coule plus droit, robinet qui bouge lorsqu’on l’ouvre, barre de douche branlante et brosse des toilettes coincée dans son socle, et finalement 4 mouchoirs uniquement, il faut certainement bien penser à vider la boîte avant d’en ouvrir une nouvelle

• Dieter (9/5): Klein, fein und gut erreichbar! - Nettes kleines Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage - sehr gut mit den ÖPNV (Metro / Bus) von nahezu allen Stadtteilen erreichbar. Das Früstück ist zwar ordentlich, aber doch auch noch ausbaufähig - zumindest hörte ich das von den anderen Gästen. Der Zimmerpreis war vermutlich auch wegen des Halbmarathons am 8. März etwas zu hoch!?
