cathyo116 (8/5): Hotel near Epic Universal park - The location to Epic is an 8 min uber drive so that was convenient. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 12th floor, it had nice views. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We ate at the onsite restaurant a few times and the food was good and fairly reasonable given the options. We played ping pong and dipped our feet in the hot tub. They had a movie night and live music another night. If it weren’t for the fire alarm on our last night I’d have given 5 stars. (Walking down 12 flights of stairs at 2:30am was hard on my knee and sleep.

The rooms have nicely equipped kitchens. However the provided coffee is terrible. They only do housekeeping once a week but are good about providing extra towels.

I don’t mine some fees but paying to park is pretty ridiculous! I paid well over $400 in resort and parking fees. If you’re with RCI it’s not worth it. Check out other properties instead.

My wife and both noted the cleanliness of the entire property. The room was quite large and very comfortable. I would stay here again 100%.

Nathan (8/5): Gutes Familienhotel mit Nähe zu Universal - Das Hotel liegt in guter Nähe zum neuen Universal Epic Park und ist damit ideal für Familien, die die Universal-Parks besuchen möchten. Die Zimmer sind schön, grosszügig und familienfreundlich gestaltet, mit einer kleinen Küche, die im Alltag praktisch sein kann. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind auch die bequeme Matratzen. Die Pool- und die gesamte Aussenanlage sind eher klein geraten (für Orlando), was bei höherer Auslastung spürbar sein kann. Zudem gehört das Hotel nicht zu den Universal-Hotels mit Frühzugang zu den Parks, was für manche ein Nachteil sein dürfte.

Also know that if you are staying less than 5 nights they won’t clean it. The room was dingy and not very clean when we checked in and with no service for three night stay I would steer away from this place. Also 10 am checkout is very early. I’m a diamond member and they didn’t care at all. Wouldn’t give me even an extra hour to hen flight was delayed 5 hours. Don’t waste your money on this place much better options in area.

SHAY (10/5): - This was my initial visit to HGV, and I can confidently say it will not be my last. I selected this hotel for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center due to its convenient walking distance. Beyond the excellent location, I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and helpful. The availability of Starbucks coffee was a pleasant bonus, and the gym facilities perfectly met my requirements. There was ample parking, and my room was consistently clean, spacious, pleasantly fragrant, and well-maintained. I would certainly recommend this establishment to my colleagues. It is quite challenging for me to locate certain items. I believe that due to the bureaucratic processes within my office, it would be beneficial if breakfast were included as part of the room charge rather than being billed separately. However, that is the extent of my feedback.

Roam26968708037 (2/5): A horrible staff experience - Horrible door slamming from staff no matter the time of day . We ate at the “restaurant “ for two days in the beginning. Food was definitely frozen random food … a child could microwave. Not enough staff , random food delayed until we reminded staff . I don’t recommend this place at all if you want to deal with the staffs attitude. Don’t do the job if you don’t like it and complain about your managers . I will never use any of these area again .

Coffee machine didn’t work and though we asked for it to be looked at, nothing was done.

No refunds nor remedies offered for any issues encountered even for owners w/ HH diamond. - VIP check-in is up-sell sales pitch wasted 20 minutes of my vacation. 1-bedroom suite had serious cleanliness issues: HORRID stench in main room, curly hairs all around the bathroom. brown stains near the toilet. Windows are dirty. Noise from pool area heard at all hours of day/night. Asked VIP & concierge for a remedy but they didn't want to help & they told me I got what I paid for. No amount of money would have convinced them to put me in a better room & I did pay cash for open season. Asked for refund so I could move over to park soleil but they said "no refunds"! On the plus, you can walk to Terra Luna in just a few minutes as it's right next door, then use the shuttle service!

Customer service was on point from the minute we arrived, although I could do without the high-pressure sales tactics when checking in to join their vacation club. Food from kitchen was great, poolside drinks were great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The downsides: 3 elevators for a property this side seems a little scarce, ice machines on only 2 floors, poolside bar closing at 7:00, and parking is not the most convenient, unless you valet. Pretty much have to come through the main lobby for any activity or amenity.

Bremenjames (10/5): Great Location - Great location near ICON Park, Sea World, and Universal. The resort has a restaurant with good food and service. Our one bedroom unit was comfortable and had a balcony with a view of the convention center across the street. Only complaint was a low toilet.

Kylie Wilbur (9/5): - For the most part I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the 24 hours snack store was incredibly convenient. I was given coupons for free water or coffee from the store or each day of my stay and while I didn't use them all, they were a great deal to know I had! The lobby was never super busy and the staff were friendly when ran into them. It always looked and smelled clean too, even with a pool service opened most of the day. There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.

travelbugAmsterdam (8/5): Great location for Convention center North-South concourse, very friendly staff and comfortable. - I selected this hotel because I attended Zincon in the South Concourse Convention center (Hyatt) and was looking for a nice hotel to walk from and to the OCC Orlando. The location is perfect , the hotel is mid size and has a dining area where you can have breakfast, lucnh and dinner. Nice selecton of dishes.There is also a ncie swimming pool and a bar-where drinks and meals can be purchased. Very friendly and helpful staff at the bar-restaurant. They are the ones I had most contact with. Room is nice and comfortable, with a terraxce.View from terrace was not good tnough as my room was on a roof (sort of) but better than no terrace :). I dont recall room number, second floor. I would recommend it. If Im going to nect Zinon, I might stay here again.

Melody (2/5): Overall, I was disappointed in this Hilton hotel the elevators kept breaking down. I was feeling sick and had to walk si - The only thing I liked about the property is that you get to text what you need I didn’t like that the elevators were down. I had to walk six floors. I did not like the bed. It felt like it was 20 years old.

Christina (10/5): Very clean - Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and.modern, the beds were amazing! Valet parking team were on it. Never really had to wait for the car. They had someone call the room for us to go down to the lobby and try to pitch a timeshare to us.
Lakia (10/5): Will stay here anytime vacationing in Orlando - I liked that the property was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was also perfect for us, as my son’s basketball tournament was directly across the street at the Convention Center. Having a 1 bedroom spacious hotel room is always a good choice. Nothing. Although, our food was good 99% of the time, the fish and chips that were recommended was very bland and no seasoning. Also, the batter fell off the fish instantly.
