Guest Reviews
- Dwight A (4/5): - The second floor had hot water available :))
- Damian (2/5): - Es un hotel de drogadictos tienen que revisar y sacar este hotel de su listas de hoteles pase mucho susto por las personas que viven ahí por que es un hotel de vivienda
- Verified traveler (6/5): Get what you pay for. - This hotel room was meh. I stayed here when I was in Orlando recently for a concert for 2 nights . The good things were it was clean, the a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was no microwave in the room but there was a mini fridge which I had to move to another outlet for it to work. The tv did not work so they took the batteries out of the remote. I got there around 3;30pm and the lobby door was locked. It took a few minutes for someone to see me and 2 other women waiting for someone to emerge from a back room area. The staff I interacted with were friendly.
- Dana (2/5): - I arrived with no one on the property, the doors locked, and a sign stating "sold out" when I had already booked the room. I had 2 small children with me and there were groups of what looked like gangs in the parking lot. I called and the staff stated the hotel was overbooked by Expedia and there was nothing they could do. It took me weeks to get my money back even though I never stayed.
- Ivania (2/5): - Just Terrible place, unsafe also we did not stay at all
Was scared by the people around using drugs and make noise. We got in and out in 1 hour .
- William (2/5): - This property is not suitable for anybody to stay in. The room was dirty and everything in it was damaged, including the drains after complaining to Expedia we still did not get a refund back. Definitely the worst thing I’ve had over 20 years of just traveling
- Mustafa (2/5): TALES FROM THE HOOD pt.2 - It’s not someplace I’d ever stay again. The receptionist were kind and courteous, but the place is a “HOOD” as “HOOD CAN GET” you name it, it happened right in front of my door. It’s a very dangerous place, and it was recommended by hotel.com supervisor Luis Leon after I requested to be moved from another motel that was falling down more than it was being “remodeled” the Oyo down the street from here. I was uncomfortable the entire night and worried about my safety and my vehicle.
- Shenique (4/5): - Had to change rooms 3 times due to issues with the rooms, only plus was the attendant at the service desk, she was so friendly and helpful.
- Aníbal (2/5): - Horrible experience!!! Table broken! No telephone to communicate with the customer service front desk. Smelled bad!
- Mitchell (2/5): - Staff was great! Everything else sucked! Do not recommend staying here, shouldn’t even be allowed on Expedia!!
- Mariam (2/5): - This hotel first of all is NOT a hotel, it is a motel. It was in what felt like a very unsafe area. There were homeless people walking around the property. The rooms were extremely dirty, there was dirt on the floor, the bed had stains on it, I did not even dare look in the bathroom. I checked in and immediately left becuase of how bad this place was. This place should be $20 MAX per night...
- Stephanie (2/5): - While the staff was kind and waiting for me to check in when my flight was delayed the room was horrible and I felt unsafe for my entire stay. The deadbolt on the door was removed. The room was extremely dirty, the bed had black marks and other stains all over the sheets and pillows. There were dead bugs smashed into the ceiling and the bathroom was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in some time.
- Shaina (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - I was nervous as I am a woman who was traveling alone but the ladies at the front desk were so nice and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was there was a microwave but everything was very nice. Quiet environment so I was able to sleep. I had no issues and was able to have a nice relaxing time.
- Glenda (10/5): - The employees are really nice and they have a good costumer service I will be glad to stay here again
- Alejandro (10/5): - Great atmosphere and lovely workers. Great place to stay
- Ai (2/5): - unsafe. dirty
- Phat (6/5): - Outdated hotels, I got a blanket with cigarettes holes
- Brittani (2/5): - Absolutely disgusting, this was a terrible hotel. You walk in it’s nothing but a blast of cigarette smoke. There’s cigarette holes on the sheets, 4 holes punched in the door, there was people fighting and crying all morning. People outside just smoking, making noise, it’s isolated, dangerous and looks like a drug, or prostitution operation. Please don’t book and it was 100 .
- Jonathan (2/5): Trashy Hotel In Trashy Location - Hotel sold my room to another patron at 2:30 AM on my second night while I was asleep in the room. This second patron tried to get in and got frustrated someone was in his room. The issue came as my first two rooms weren't cleaned by housekeeping, so they smelled of cigarettes and had beer bottles everywhere. I got moved twice before finally getting a "clean" room.
Overheard a conversation outside my room between people staying there, with the female saying she was a "working girl" and had been staying there for a few weeks.
- David (2/5): Definitely would not stay again - Front desk agent friendly and professional! There were loud people in middle of the might in hall ways. Definitely would be scared to even walk and get ice. Left the property within a few hours due to what appear homeless people walking in the property.
- Audrey (2/5): 1 star dirty motel - It listed as a 3 star hotel but its really a 1 star motel. DIRTY WITH ROACHES. The only thing that was clean was the sheets. No amenties, the microwave was broken, no fridge, TV remote was broken had to hold the batteries in place. They make you pay in advance because they know you will run out the door once you've seen the place.
- Michael (10/5): - I love the place
- Debra Ann (6/5): - Need blankets on bed not throws. Repair the place in general painting, patch holes on wall more hangers 2 isn’t enough. Usually 6 hangers in room.
Floors were dirty and not mopped…
- Delvin (2/5): - The property was not a friendly property. The room was filthy and was destroyed. I left earlier than what im supposed to leave because i did not feel safe nor clean. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
- KEENJEE (2/5): - This places it’s nasty and it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t stay there again even if they pay me.
- Beth (2/5): Never Again! - Hotel in a poor neighborhood, when you’re warned by your cab driver not to leave your room and be careful you know it’s bad. When the front desk person walks you to your room. You wonder, why you’re staying. Drapes filthy, no blanket, desk chair coming apart, dead lock safety non existent.
- Victoria (4/5): - The room looked OK but there were roaches on the bed and in the room and on the bed. The cost in comparison to the room and lack of amenities was not good. It was really overpriced for offering nothing really. But at least I had no issues with disturbances from other guests.
- Harold John (2/5): - Don’t let the pic fool you. Not safe and most of all dirty. I would be hard pressed to put an animal in there.
- Rondell (2/5): - Worst roach motel I’ve stayed in, was harassed by front desk lady. I’m waiting for my refund now
- Keihon (2/5): - severe property damage and unsafe environment, loud, room key did not work, had to be let in to the room by the manager every time.
- Felix (8/5): - Customer service was great the ladies in the office are amazing and very professional
- Elizabeth (2/5): - Is not what I expected, is not the they look like at the website!!! The area looks unsafe and look more the Motel and not a Hotel! What the describe in the website.
- Nicholas (2/5): - There was nothing good to say about my experience.
Completely false advertising. Paid over 200$ to walk into a room that wreaked of cigarettes and mildew air spilling from the ancient ac unit. It is not a hotel, this was a glorified motel. On top of the cig smoke the bathroom had zero amenities provided and the bathroom was not cleaned. Q-tips in the trashcan. soap scum and and unwashed bathroom counter. Toilet seat left up and toilet clearly used. Used bar of soap left in the shower. Bed smelled. I wish I was making this up it was unreal. I was stranded there due to traveling on a budget after several canceled flights. from midnight till 4 am there appeared to be some kind of night culture happening. Man was pounding on doors next to our room. the was a party and tons of weed smoke happening to our left and several shady looking individuals hanging around both floors. I felt very unsafe. Needless to say i was not thrilled having spent that much money. The woman working the desk (who apparently cleaned my room. she admited to it,) apologized because she said she just didn't see the Q-tips- nevermind all the other stuff. Completely mind blowing experience. She was almost totally unapologetic. Couldn't offer me a refund. I asked her to have the manager contact me and I've heard nothing. Completely unacceptable. Preying on travelers in a bind is what it felt like. Expedia completely oversold this place. the pictures don't reflect the truth at all. BEWARE!
- Colleen (2/5): - The only thing I liked was the woman at the desk who helped me get ice. This place was the worst motel that I have EVER stayed in including places for under $50 in 3rd world countries.
It was dirty everywhere, trash throughout the property, cans overflowing. The lamp shade was trash. The doors were peeling. The sheets were see through with cigarette burns. The blanket also had burn holes. The red light on the front of the building withoutside checkin through a window says it all. I only stayed because i had a cancelled flight late at night and we could not find another room. To top it off the room was $190.00 for the night!!!!
Do not select this hotel and Orbitz, take it off your site...you are much better than this crap!
- Kevin (2/5): - Do not stay here! We booked this last minute as our transportation accommodations did not show up for us from the airport. We booked this since the ad showed a decently nice hotel, and thought it wouldn’t be so bad. We showed up and we couldn’t check in inside, we had to speak through a bullet proof window to the clerk. She proceeded to hand us a roll of toilet paper to bring to the room and our key cards. Our room was basically on the side walk with a shattered window and a door that was damaged as if it had been broken into multiple times. The room was filthy with what we assume was drug residue on the dresser. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt traveling and was definitely not safe for myself, my pregnant wife, and 2 year old son to stay the night. We left immediately and they denied us a refund. We’ll be disputing this until we receive our $300 back, not to mention it was only going to be one night stay. Absurd prices, terrifying area. Do not stay here.
- Jill (2/5): DON NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY - We checked in and the front desk lady took us to our disgusting room. Everything in the room was disgusting! We turned on the refrigerator and cockroaches came out from underneath. The bath tub was dirty and the toilet was even worse. The bed sheets were nasty. My husband and I walked in and walked right back out - we didn’t put any of our things down - I wouldn’t trust that place at all! So when leaving we told the lady about it - she gave me a number to contact their VERY rude manager Sandy. She didn’t apologize, hung up on both my husband and I. She wasn’t even concerned about the condition the room was in - instead she told me someone else rented them room. She would not issue a refund not even a partial one since she told me someone had rented the same room the next morning?? It’s a terrible disgusting place! With a nasty manager! They charged me almost 300 to stay in filth! I will be calling the health Department! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- Noel (4/5): - Last minute place to sleep
- Pamela (6/5): - Courteous, attentive and professional desk staff. Didn't feel safe with full time residents. One wore short dress that didn't cover her bare butt. One family argued til after 11. But is close to airport and lot full of nice cars. Fridge, microw, comfy bed. No coffee maker, hand towel or BLANKET. Dead bolt wouldn't close. Will not stay again.
- Sonny (2/5): - Basically nothing. I had to ask for bed sheets / extra shampoo, and towels
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No proper towels. Just kitchen sized towels. Tub didn't work, couldn't take a bath
- ROBERTO (4/5): - The property is more like an Motel than a Hotel. There were no dinning facilities. The room never was cleaned during my stay.
- Zachary (2/5): - AC was broken, put us in another room that’s absolutely filthy & not handicapped accessible. No towels, no soaps or anything. Pictures were totally different than rooms, dust, dirt, pillows had block spots, cigarette holes in the blankets & bed, & ants. This is unacceptable I’ll never stay or use this site again if you don’t come up with a refund
- Enid (2/5): - I couldn’t even stay- I had to get another place to spend the night with my daughter last minute. Working on a credit now. Terrible area- Awful place! Totally not what’s advertised.
- li (4/5): - There are beggars hanging around during night. And the location is closed to the streets. Noisy
- Maria (2/5): - Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. Sticky floor. Left two minutes after checking in for another hotel. Would not recommend.
- Reana (4/5): Don’t do it - Don’t stay here. Saw three roaches, sheets smelled bad like body order. None of the appliances including the tv where plugged in. The fridge and microwave didn’t work at all. Wall ports where faulty, wouldn’t hold the phone charger ports in
- Ana Deras (2/5): - This place was definitely not as expected. The toilet didn’t work. I couldn’t sleep because there was people being loud all night long the whole time I was where. We only received 2 towels for our 3 day stay.
- Cornelius (8/5): - The price wasnt too high as some places tend to be just because they are in tourist areas..The rooms werent too bad either no microwave was in my room but it didnt matter mich..If looking to save a few dollars and not be in a small or dirty room this place works.
- Juan (2/5): - Apestaba a cigarrillos muchas personas usuarios de drogas y muy inseguro pocas luces horrible
- Mcgaeiouz (8/5): If you have to. - Flight arrived 4 hours late. Needed a place to stay for 9 until continuing my travels. This was the most economical option. Adequate for the purpose. Be watchful if walking in the vicinity.
- Roger (8/5): - For what I paid it met my needs. It’s obt so not for everyone one. Staff was really helpful.
- Ruslan (2/5): Emergency stay only! - Only for emergency one night stay if there are no other options. Staff was all confused and put me in one room then a few hours later i had to move into another one. Rooms are very "killed". All mirrors, floor and other stuff was wet. Some humidity issues. Towels are washed off to paper thin conditions. It hardly can dry anything lol. Some lights didn't even work. Bathroom ceiling was just peeling off. Very strange guys were hanging around on property. Not even sure if they were staying at that hotel. Somebody was sitting by my door outside and playing music on phone till 4 am. Bad and dangerous experience.
- Akiva (2/5): Horrendous - it looked too dangerous to get out of the car to approach the window (lobby locked window bullet proof)
Photos they show were from long ago
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I didn't like the hotel at all. My room had 2 roaches running off the bed when I stepped in the room to turn the light on & my son saw one in the bathtub. There were also drug addicts hanging on the property staring before I entered that room. They switched my room to one on the 2nd floor & it was no better than the first room. 1 half stained towel, 2 washcloths, there were nats we had to kill & I was bitten by a few. Lots of commotion overnight & the hotel staff came knocking in the morning checking rooms because someone had broken into one of the rooms in the night. Very unsafe & unclean environment. Not at all how it appears online & I strongly feel I deserve a refund as the motel was not even worth the discounted price I paid.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The front desk rep was friendly but the location of this stay is not in a safe neighborhood. They do have cameras around the entire premises, along with little roaches in the rooms. My husband and I could barely sleep with all the yelling outside.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Stayers beware: This Property isn't like the pictures! It put pictures like a new & upgraded facility But that is Far from the Truth! It's in a bad neighborhood & is a old bad facility!! Completely Unsafe & Unworthy of anyone staying!! I felt i couldn't even get out of my car let alone stay there, which i didn't!! Pass Pass Pass!!!
PS I NEED MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IN!!!
- Amber (2/5): Scary! - Do not stay here. Scary. Hotel was not clean or safe. No lock on door. People yelling and screaming at all hours.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I rented this place on a last minute plan. Pictures online showed a nice looking hotel and rooms but it was the opposite. It felt like a cheap motel room. The second we opened the door it smelled so much like cigarette smoke, the room had no toilet paper, no remote control and the wifi didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, smelled like mold. You can hear the water of the upstairs bathroom hit the bathroom ceiling which indicates a leakage. It was bad. The staff was helpful when we ask questions and for things but that doesn’t take away from the fact the hotel was horrible.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff was the only positive at this place. The shower doesn’t get hot. We could not get any fresh towels. It was extremely noisy outside late at night. It was super dirty inside the rooms and had roaches.
- Betsy (2/5): No for family trip - The beds did not have blankets, the front desk is closed and there is never anyone, a lot of noise at night, there are people who live on the site who do not look very good. For the price there are better hotels in the area.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room, however, was dirty and most of the furniture and appliances were broken. Also, the wifi was slow and only worked half of the time.
- tom (8/5): - The front desk attendant was fantastic he’s very outgoing help me in anyway he can come to my room and help fix the TV give her a raise
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Well really stinky rooms and I paid for a big bed but Rut room was really smelly smoking 🚬 so I end up in smaller room smaller bed so worst experience ever thanks
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place is to much noise and all night long people in and out with prostitution purpose,
- Liliana (2/5): Horrible go elsewhere - Lady hilda at front desk was nice but this hotel is disgusting roaches in the rooms. There was people doing drug deals on room next to us. This was the scariest experience especially with a child. We lasted 30 mins or less and checked out. Definitely not the place to be.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was horrible a bunch of drunk, druggies & very dirty ..,
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I would not stay here if you care about smell, sight and sound at your hotel room.
This property is very outdated and is need of many repairs. There are open fixtures hanging out of the wall, the bathroom door is literally falling apart and there are stains on everything. I was told there was no smoking in the room but someone has smoked in the room in the past.
Also be mindful this hotel is right along a very busy highway that gets a lot of traffic. There is also a lot of traffic from guests all night long and because it’s a “ motel” style, the noise of people and cars throughout the parking lot is very clear.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We checked in super late at night just to stay for our layover. Room wasn't too bad however it seemed like some of the furniture was sticky and falling apart. It was fine for just a one night stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything’s enjoying the day nice room next time I will be used for the trip
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Room smelled awful. Roaches were crawling out from everywhere to the point we were afraid to sleep. It was late and no other hotel was available , but it would have been better to be honest to sleep in my car rather than a roach infested room. There was even one on the toilet paper. Terrible terrible terrible. I would never stay here again or even recommend anyone stay here. Absolutely disgusting.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place was dirty. No microwave. No imternet. A perwom got arrestee. Somome kncked on tgw door at 1am. I had ti leqbe early it waa so bad. U did not feel safe. Tgey refused to reimburse me. They did q bait and switch with tge ratings. Nit for thus location. It was just aweful nit a relqxing placw for somome from washington .
- Verified traveler (2/5): - If you go to Orlando please don’t stay at this place, there is people living in this hotel, it’s a dangerous zone, you can’t even sleep for the noise, the unsafety, and the people fighting in the middle of the night. It was one of the worst experiences in my life.
- Damond L. (2/5): Find a better place to stay - I been to this establishment a few times in the past. Never had an complain till recently, first off they try to get a 100 dollars deposit from me which i complained about so they knocked it down to 50 . Then the room was horrible, the tv didnt worked i had to hooked my laptop up to it watch it , the ac barely worked , and they had the nerve to asked for a deposit!!???!! Plus they didnt do an hold for the deposit so it going to take 7 to 14 days to get it ! Next time I'll go to days inn ....f- them !
- BriZZell (8/5): - Not what you want but has nice what you need! This is super small (driving advise: careful no no smaller) and in a bad... It's a slum hotel ok? .. On the outside. On the inside it's cheap. I mean that's what you want in this price. There was rot on a door way etc. Dealers and hookers probably outside. But it was clean inside ... very quiet outside. No working wifi tho
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel was clean but there not tv at all and look like nothing but drug dealers stay here not happy at all...
- Shakeria (2/5): - I never stayed tge hotel was closed but they still took my money
- YoshkeBenStada (2/5): - Pick another hotel. This place is awful. Customer service is awful. Location is awful. Prostitute approached me in the first 3 minutes of being there. Stay away.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - it was nasty and full of dirt
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place was more like a motel. The Pictures will trick you, they made the place look pretty decent.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Do not rent the low priced room. It was no bigger than a closet.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The people at the front desk are rude the room that they put me in looks as if it used to be a garage of some sort the tv didn’t work and the air didn’t work and the lady at the desk got mad because I complained about them not working.
- Willie Mae (8/5): Waiting for deposit. - The stay was fine, but had to give $100.00
Deposit. It has been three days did not get the refund put back on my card?
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Terrible location. Did not feel safe. Our door didn’t close all the way and left a gap you could see through. Room was not well kept. Outdated and smelled of smoke. Bathroom was dirty and blankets had stains. Very loud could here everything going on outside, next door and upstairs. Don’t stay!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!!!!
Heed my advice- do not stay here. We lasted 2 nights and switched to a different property. The room is the size of a large walk-in closet. The bedding has not been cleaned for sometime and is dingy at best. Our room had 1 towel and no wash cloths. There are no toiletries for use (shampoo, conditioner). OUR ROOM HAD NO BLANKET!?! It was a first for me. I couldn’t believe the difference from the photos to our actual experience. The tv is 15+ years old and we got maybe 2 watchable channels in English. I am the type of person who is usually fine with a plain room to maximize value, but this was laughable. It will be remembered as a small blip on an otherwise good vacation. I repeat- do not think- “ I’ll save money and stay here”, don’t do it!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The picture leads you to believe the room is fresh and much larger. This is an older motel in a mediocre area of town. Had I had my wife with me, we would have stayed elsewhere.
- Amy (4/5): - This is definitely a BUDGET hotel - floors were swept but I doubt they have been cleaned in a very long time - quite dirty. Room was overall neat and basically clean but there are NO FRILLS! can barely close the bathroom door, I'm also not sure this is the safest neighborhood. I would not stay here again.
- maribel (4/5): - I Cant say anything about the room. Location not very good Got to the hotel at 11 am and even though the website says 24 hours check in ....the front desk person just said: its after 3 pm. Meaning this is a lie.
Also 0 consideration with any circumstance. I traveled to Orlando for my sister's funeral and I asked this Lady to let me use the room to change since I was driving from Miami. She was very disrespectful. I told me No. Rooms are not available. With this say Even that i had pay for the room I decided to get another hotel room. Thanks Sheridan.
- Heather (2/5): Dirty and unsafe - Stayed back in November. Very run down property. Stains on the sheets, towels and blankets paper thin. The room smelled like cigarettes. Also, unsafe area. On our last night there was a prostitute and man yelling at each other outside our room at 5 am for over 2 hours. We reported it to the front desk and asked for a late check out for the inconvenience and they did not accommodate us. So I reluctantly paid for a additional night to get a couple more hours of sleep and the front desk insisted on us moving rooms AFTER I ALREADY PAID TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM, which was confirmed. So that disturbed us in having to pack all our things and go to another room when I already paid to stay and SLEEP. got no sleep and had to leave to my flight. The only PRO of this trip was Mike from the front desk over night shift. He was always very accommodating and willing to help. Overall would never stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hilda in the front desk was very helphul with us and she explain everything about the hotel and very nice .recommended
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You get what you paid for. This property is an old hotel that got a very cheap facelift done. The used the cheapest materials and items to put this place together. The bed was stiff
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was nice and clean. The room was small, but perfect sized for our group of two. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Would never book here.
Cigarette burn in sheets. Mold on shower curtain. There’s barely any blankets.
Pictures are incredible misleading. I would never book here and I don’t suggest anyone else. If it wasn’t already paid before I arrived I would’ve walked out.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was Clean and updated and a good area with gas station 7/11 McDonald’s all walking distance
- Nea (8/5): - Although it’s not Hilton the rooms was clean I stayed 2 days n encountered two staff members whom was very helpful too my needs. From a overflow too being locked out my room in the middle of the night my stay was pleasant due to these two individuals. A man name Micheal n a young skinny lady (I can’t remember her name)but kudos to the pleasant accommodating staff
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dont like the fact that the room smell like paint and no towels
- James (2/5): - The neighborhood was fringe, with a strip club and pawn shops nearby and when we got there there were two stray cats eating garbage that someone tossed in the middle of their driveway. When I came in I was informed that although the room was payed for they wanted a $100 "deposit" that I would get back in 7 to 10 days in case the room was "damaged" which it sounded like that was a concern there. The lobby looked somewhat run down and I was being shaken down for $100 even though I paid in full via Travelocity. I should have been informed of this before booking. I was reluctantly paying when a young man staying there came to the front desk and said the door to his room would not lock. That was when I finally had enough and decided to cut my losses and leave. What put it over the top is an hour later I got a call from the attendant saying the $100 dollars may have gone through even though I hit cancel and the manager (who would be in the next day) wanted to charge me a cancellation fee, presumably over and above the overnight cost that I willingly forfeited to have better run, cleaner and safer feeling accomodations. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've EVER had. I contacted my credit card to make sure that $100 was cancelled but I am so put off by having to deal with this that I am much less likely to use Expedia again.
- Patrizia (4/5): Not a place I'd have stayed at if... - This is not a place I'd have stayed at except that the room was already paid for and they would not refund us. As shown in the pictures attached, the room was damaged, there were someone else's hairs on my pillow and between the sheets, another pillow was soiled, the place reeked of fragrance which I have allergies to. Outside there were prostitutes doing business in cars in the parking lot. The beds are horrible, hard and noisy - I hardly slept as each noise woke me - a lot of traffic, vending machine and people noise. We had asked for a coffee maker at check-in around 2pm and were told that they would clean one and bring it to us. By 4:30 no coffee maker so we went and bought one at Walmart. No clock in the room so not sure what time the front desk called to tell us no coffee maker available, but it was after 9pm and we were already in bed and she kept wanting to talk even after I told her we were sleeping. Amenities included a cheap bar of soap, shampoo and body lotion. 2 towels in the room, holes in headboard, walls, broken bathtub soap holder, poor lighting, huge spaces around the door so cigarette & dope smoke wafted in the room. At least the AC worked.
- Bryan (8/5): Quick Turn - Just a quick overnight stay. Hilda was great at the front desk. Great conversation and very friendly.
- Max (2/5): - Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
I got it was a cheap choice but i had to check out the next day by 6am.
Prostitutes and drug deals going on.
People were banging at my door in the middle of the night.
I left the very next morning and requested a refund for the other nights i had booked.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Get what you pay for. - Nothing like what you see in the reviews. Prostitutes coming in and out of rooms. Loud area due to traffic and cars pulling in with blasting music. Did not feel safe by no means. I guess you get what you pay for. Would never stay at this location or this brand ever. Checked out within two hours of my check in. They wouldn’t even refund my money after reaching out to Hotels.com customer service. Had to go to the extended stay 3 miles away.
