- Charlotte (10/5): Fantastisk! Kommer absolutt til å booke igjen - Hotellet var veldig fint! Helt nye og pene rom med kult design. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige. Restauranten til hotellet var veldig kul, og vi fikk gratis drink ved ankomst. Betenker er utrolig sentralt, men i en roligere sidegate, uten bråk fra gaten.

Staff very helpful at Front Desk and the resident maintenance manager (Jose Antonio) was of great assistance for addressing issues. The balcony doors are not meant to open, which is disappointing when a room is booked because it has a balcony (repair person altered this for me :-). TV & fridge did not work, but were also fixed.
