- Zofia (9/5): - Amazing location, which was super close to the old town but far away enough to be far from the noise. There was a lot of cute coffee shops and restaurants around. Nice pools, very very friendly and accommodating staff which took our luggage’s and stored them for a night we went to Ha Long Bay. No spa available for the guests. There are only very mid spas around so it would be nice if hotel had it in house.

- Exe_travels (10/5): Fancy property and great staff - Great property and lovely rooms. Stayed in an executive studio and it was very comfortable. Would recommend this over the older deluxe category rooms. There’s a rooftop pool and bar which is particularly nice. Big shout out to Ashlee who helped me with my room and was so friendly. She even gave me recommendations for the next stop on my trip!

We had an early morning arrival due to our flight schedule, and your team was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which made our experience much more comfortable after a long journey. The apartments were very well maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the rooftop area could be kept accessible during early mornings or late evenings, as it is a beautiful space to unwind.

It was nice seeing the, mainly Japanese, families who live there full time, setting off for school and work. The decor of the rooms was quite barren/bland (sort of like you had just moved into an empty property rather than warm and welcoming but I can see why they’re popular for medium term lets).

- Gemma (7/5): Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment in good location - Staff welcoming and helpful, restaurant food was great, gym was pretty well equipped and over looked the pool. Apartment was spacious and clean. Location was good with plenty options for food and drinks in walking distance. Old quarter a short taxi ride away. Our apartment air con wasn’t working when we arrived the team quickly came to work on it but it took a few hours to fix and we had up to 4 men in the apartment trying to fix it at any given time. We were unsure whether we had to move for the entire afternoon because they had no spare rooms for us so had to spend time looking for alternatives. Thankfully they did fix it however I believe we should have been offered a free night (we were there for 3 as the apartment wasn’t ours for the first 4-5 hours and it was so hot we could hardly breathe!) we were not offered anything.

The suites are conveniently located in the middle of Tay Ho within a short walk of the lake and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the rooftop bar was amazing, they even held a party while we were there for all the guests! Will definitely stay again 😊 Nothing 😊

My family visited Hanoi for 5 days and stayed at Fraser Suites Hanoi, and we had a fantastic experience. The lobby is stunning, especially the beautiful crystal light fixture — it really left an impression! A special mention to Ashee, who supported us throughout our stay. She helped us book a taxi to the Old Quarter and even offered to take my contact information so she could arrange our ride back. Her thoughtfulness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Fraser Suites if you are visiting Hanoi. It made our trip even more memorable!

She has helped us with the reservation, arranging transportation and day tour. She also gave recommendation on shops, restaurants and places to visit. Our holiday is definitely much more enjoyable with all her personal attention. Mia is definitely an asset to Fraser Suites Hanoi! Another big thanks to the Sales Manager, Chi. Lovely location, very near the center and West Lake. This hotel provide shuttle bus to go to some destination in Hanoi, which is convenient. The room's facilities are new for 1 bedroom executive, you can see a part of a lake. Breakfast is very delicious, with a variety of choices. Shout out to the staff, especially Ms Minh Anh at the frontdesk, who helped me alot and answered all of my questions. Will comeback again!
- 359chamn (10/5): What an experience! - Fraser Suites Hanoi is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The location is great - easy to get around, close to a lot of places to visit, and getting to the airport is pretty convenient too. The hotel itself feels modern and well-equipped, like everything you might need is already there. My room was spacious, super clean, and really comfortable. Everything was well prepared and thoughtful, so after a while it honestly started to feel a bit like home. Breakfast was also really good. There were plenty of options and the food was fresh and tasty. They had both local dishes and international ones, so it was easy to find something you’d enjoy every morning. What stood out the most to me, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Minh Anh at the reception especially deserves a shout-out. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. Whether it was recommending places to go, good local food spots, or helping me arrange transportation, she was always willing to help. You can really tell she cares about making sure guests have a good experience. Overall, Fraser Suites Hanoi is a great mix of convenience, comfort, and really good service. If you’re visiting Hanoi and want somewhere that’s easy to get around from but still feels relaxing and comfortable to stay in, this place is definitely worth considering. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip.

- Resort64969326963 (10/5): Nice room, nice garden - I visited Hanoi to explore Tet Holiday. I was so suprised when they closed every shop and restaurant. Ashley checked me in so well and smoothly. She showed me many places to visit during holiday when everything closed.

We loved the swimming pool on top floor of hotel. The hotel has supermarket, restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is only 10-15 minutes taxi drive into old town. All the staff were friendly and so helpful. Shout out to Liz and all the staff in reception area. We had to extend our stay due to middle east issues. Everyone was so helpful and flexible in extending our room booking Nothing, everything was perfect.

During my stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi, the moment I stepped into the lobby I immediately felt a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The property is well managed, very clean, quiet, and the overall environment feels calm and professional. When I arrived for check-in, the Front Office team provided excellent service right away. Since I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time, they offered me a refreshing drink while I waited. A big thank you to Amanda for the wonderful watermelon juice, it was a small gesture but very thoughtful. Shortly after, Ashley came over quietly and politely informed me that my room was ready earlier than expected. I was surprised by how smooth and efficient the entire check-in process was. After settling into my room and getting some rest, I decided to explore the property. During that time, Brian kindly helped show me around the hotel. He explained where everything was located, from the gym and restaurant to places where I could grab a quick snack. He also pointed out the Sky Lounge on the 14th floor, which was a great recommendation. Later when I returned to the lobby, Lucy greeted me warmly again. I was honestly surprised by how attentive the reception team was, it felt like someone was always available whenever guests needed assistance. The residence itself is thoughtfully designed and maintained, giving it more of a residential feel than a typical hotel. The lobby and common areas are comfortable and well kept, and the location near West Lake and Lotte Mall West Lake makes daily activities very convenient. I also appreciated Maxwell and Romeo, who took the time to explain the hotel shuttle service to me. Since I’m not very familiar with Hanoi, their clear explanation was extremely helpful. Later in the evening, after returning from exploring the city, I had a brief conversation with Mr. Viet, who kindly recommended several places where I could try authentic Vietnamese food. Overall, Fraser Suites Hanoi provides a comfortable stay with the great room value, supported by a very attentive service team, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.
- KietVu79 (10/5): A Wonderful Two Month Stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi - I stayed at Fraser Suites Hanoi for more than two months and it was a wonderful experience overall. My original stay was planned until January 30, but I ended up extending twice, first to February 9 and then again to February 20. That alone says a lot about how comfortable my stay was. I’m especially grateful to the Front Office team, who worked with the sales department to help secure my room extension. I stayed in an Executive One-Bedroom in Tower B, traveling alone. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a long-term stay. What impressed me the most was how attentive the team was. I never specified a cleaning time, but the housekeeping staff seemed to notice my daily routine and cleaned the room while I was out. Every time I returned, the room felt fresh, organized, and comfortable, which shows how much attention they pay to the small details. There were also days when I preferred staying in rather than going out, and the in-house kitchen “Chicken Society” made that easy. I also tried Mizumi Restaurant on the 13th floor, which has a semi fine-dining atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, though the menu is relatively limited, which I assume is because they focus on fresh ingredients. During my stay, I also had the chance to attend some resident events organized by Fraser Suites, which helped create a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere for long-term guests. The overall atmosphere of the property is calm, comfortable, and very suitable for both relaxation and longer stays. Despite being in a busy part of Hanoi, the environment inside the property feels peaceful and well-managed. The facilities were also very enjoyable. There is a swimming pool near the lobby, perfect for relaxing during hot days, and another pool at the Sky Lounge on the 14th floor, which offers a great atmosphere and view. The gym is relatively small, but it includes all the equipment needed for a proper workout. From my room, I had a beautiful view of the city streets and West Lake. Even though the street below can be busy with traffic, the soundproofing in the room was excellent and I could barely hear anything from outside. I would also like to give special thanks to the Front Office team and the security staff. Over the course of my stay I became familiar with many of them, and they were always helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The security team was also very welcoming and often helped with luggage, which added to the warm hospitality. In terms of value, I believe Fraser Suites Hanoi offers excellent value for the quality of service, room size, facilities, and location. For a long-term stay especially, the comfort and level of service make it well worth it. No place is absolutely perfect, but what stood out to me about Fraser Suites Hanoi is that the staff are always willing to listen and improve whenever something comes up. The location is also very convenient, close to many restaurants, shopping areas, a movie theater, and Lotte Mall West Lake. Overall, I had a fantastic long-term stay at Fraser Suites Hanoi and would highly recommend it for both short visits and extended stays in Hanoi.

- Chin-Sun (8/5): - Classy design and comfy room, very new and elegant. Great gym but unfortunately I didn’t have time to go. The swimming pools close way too early in the evening. The breakfast choices were not too many considering the price of the hotel, except for the choices for yogurt. You might need to check the sound insulation, the bathroom door closing sound was very very loud from either next door or upstairs.

The beds are super comfortable, which made our stay really pleasant. Housekeeping is doing a great job; everything was always clean and well maintained. Any additional requests from the room were handled quickly and correctly, which we really appreciated. The Lounge Sky Bar is very nice. The staff there are friendly and attentive, the bartender makes amazing cocktails, and the DJ was great — we really loved the vibe. Early check-in requires paying 50% of the room rate. It would be nice if this policy was more flexible, especially since most 5-star hotels offer complimentary early check-in when rooms are available. The breakfast was very average. We tried it once and didn’t feel like going back.

- ngannguyn (10/5): Good price, good people - Our room was so spacious and clean. Breafast not really various, but it's very good and chef changed menu everyday. Chicken rice plate was so delicious! Receptions were so kind because they supported us a lot. Ms Ashle gave me many places for exploring. The garden is nice, and there is a pickle ball court for renting.

- منى (10/5): الاقامة كانت ليله واحده فقط و استمتعنا فيها - الفندق راقي و فخم و كبير أخذنا شقه بثلاث غرف و مانت متعة لمة العائله و فيه المطبخ بكامل ادواته 🌸المطعم خيارات الاكل الحلال قليله لكن الموجود يفي بالغرض 💕يوجد حديقه رائعه تطل عليها وانت بالمطعم 👍🏻 لا يوجد شطاف بالحمام على عكس الكثير من الفنادق لكن لا اعتبره ينقص من روعة الفندق

- rosalindl807 (6/5): Overall acceptable, but some staff needs to get trained up - We booked a 3 bedroom apartments for one week, and one of us experienced medical problems and the staff offered to help immediately and refer us to Raffles Medical next door. The staff is excellent and caring. This part deserves 5 stars. However, we had very bad experience about ordering additional pillows, since we have 2 kids, and the beds are a bit high for kids, we tried to put some more pillows & blankets on the bed to surround the kids while they were sleeping, for this we requested through the phone, but then the staff challenged us by asking how many persons we stayed in this apartment.... This left me speechless but I do asked them to come and check to see what we used the pillow and blankets for. Then nobody show up. Not to mention that another relative of us stayed in the next building of Fraser, 1 person with 3 bedroom apartment.... it just that we wanted to accompany our kids This is really not so good experience for us during holidays. This part definitely will give only 1 star. So average - 3 star

Location is good and convenient for eating & grocery shopping. Easy to travel between airport and Fraser. The breakfast is a lot of choices and food quality is good. We stayed in the tower B and the room was lovely. 2 bedroom apartment was very large with washing machine and dish washer. It was really comfortable and spacious. It felt like home. From the hotel to old quarters is 10mins taxi ride. There was a small shopping centre next to the hotel with a gourmet market for food. We loved the street foods around the hotel as well. What makes it special is also the staffs, emails are always communicated instantly and they help their best to help us for our needs. We had a count down dinner and party in the japanese restaurant on the top floor which was also great as well.

They have the best staff I have come across in any hotel I have stayed in. I had left my cosmetics kit bag at the hotel which I only realised 2 days post check-out. Not only did the staff find it for me, they coordinated the whole process of delivering it back to me in Hanoi at another location and even booked a porter themselves so that I could get my kit back. They even assisted the delivery agent with Vietnamese as I did not understand the language. A big thank you to all the staff involved in helping me find my kit and highly recommend staying at Fraser Suites for anyone visiting Hanoi! P.S.- They also have an amazing breakfast buffet with vegetarian options and the view from the apartment suite is stunning

- Men-At-Work (8/5): Stayed a week at Fraser Suites Hanoi in the One Bedroom Executive Suite. - The Good: - Free parking for my rented scooter. - Great location, directly connected to Syrena Mall with plenty of shops, VinMart, and even a gourmet market. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby, plus West Lake is just around the corner if you feel like a stroll. - Room was clean and well-equipped. The washer/dryer combo was useful, though it took almost 5 hours to dry a ¾ load. - Kitchen had all the utensils, pots, and pans you’d need, but oddly no dish soap. I asked housekeeping for some, and they gave me a sachet of laundry powder instead. Ended up buying soap myself from VinMart—something the hotel should really provide. - Bed and pillows were comfy. TVs in both the living room and bedroom had plenty of channels, perfect for lazy days or movie binges. Screen mirroring from your phone works too. - Staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered delivery food and, instead of making me pick it up at the lobby, they brought it straight to my room. Nice touch! Room for Improvement: One morning, my wife and I decided to sleep in. We hadn’t pressed the housekeeping or “Do Not Disturb” buttons. Out of nowhere, a staff member walked straight into the bedroom and asked if we wanted the room cleaned. My wife was shocked—no knock, no doorbell, nothing. It would’ve been better if they had checked with reception or waited for a response before entering. Privacy should definitely be a priority. Overall: Despite that hiccup and provided they address the service lapses, Fraser Suites Hanoi is a nice place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, and with genuinely helpful staff. I’d come back again and would recommend it to others.
