- getbusyliving (10/5): Perfect Stay - The Residence Inn Orlando Airport is a 5/5 in its hotel class. We needed a place to sleep that could fit three adults and each child for a reasonable rate. We had low expectations due to some of the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised and will stay there again if we have a late-night arrival in Orlando in the future. Pros: - Extremely clean two-bedroom suite - Comfortable bed - Quiet - Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone (Oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, eggs, egg biscuit sandwiches, waffle station, etc). - Good Coffee - Wonderful staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area. - Responsive to requests - Clean pool and hot tub Cons: - Pillows could be a little better - The smell of perfume in the lobby arrived later in the day. It wasn’t there at our late-night check-in, and we did not smell it in our room. But later in the day, it was noticeable. - $20 parking for overnight guests. I think parking should be complimentary for overnight guests.

Although the decor could use an update, everything was still in good condition. Breakfast was crowded but had a lot to offer. Staff were all very nice.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, but I would not go back again because the pool - The location of the property was great and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The pool was ice cold even though it stated it had a heated pool. The hot tub was cloudy. There were no towels for the pool. The bathroom has a little hairs on the bathtub.

The one thing i didn’t know is that u had to pay for parking until i left the room and went for dinner and seen signs saying pay and park , i asked the front desk if i had to pay to park and she said yes , would have been nice since im not from there if she could have mentioned it when i paid to check in am 21$ for not even parking for 12hrs was a little steep but had no choice. But this was a great place to stay , very clean and close to airport . i would definitely stay again

- Carmen (10/5): - Our stay was only one day to catch a morning flight, but it was one of the best hotels in the area. The included airport shuttle is prime. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything about the included breakfast. The hallways smelled wonderful, and the carpets were clean. The room was clean, with a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The living-dining area was super comfortable with a sofa bed. The king-size bed was comfortable, although I prefer a softer mattress. The bathroom had everything you need for a shower and plenty of towels. We walked a short distance to get dinner; there are several options, and a shopping center is nearby. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

- Gina (8/5): - Excelet family option due to the great amenities. Very good breakfast options. My only complaint is the parking cost. If you are renting a car or planning to take your be aware that there's a $21 nightly rate for only parking. Other than that great hotel!

- Abbie (6/5): - My husband and I stayed here after flying into MCO late at night. For the price compared to other hotels, I don’t think this would be our first pick. Our room was pretty clean, but I did find some hair in the washcloths and almost like someone had cut out the fuzzy part of the towels because of stains? I’m pregnant, and the towels were extremely rough on my sensitive skin. The bed was clean and no issues there. I really don’t like that they charge for parking. Honestly, we stayed at another hotel a few weeks back in the same area and they don’t charge for parking, were about as clean, and $50 less per night. I think we will be going with them instead. Kind of disappointing since this is a Marriott brand and usually they are pretty good. I just think the parking charge was a bit much for someone parking there for 12 hours.

- Lisa (8/5): - Conveniently located right by Orlando Intl Airport. Talia checked our family in & provided a welcoming arrival. Our guestroom was beautiful, clean and quiet. Room wi-fi was spotty. We only stayed one night, booked through Expedia & got a fantastic deal! We would absolutely stay here again. Super close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and entertainment if you want to go out.

- Amy (10/5): Great & Convenient Time - The place had a great location, clean, and friendly staff. Only bummer was the shuttle to the airport was not prompt. So maybe catch the one earlier than the time you actually want to leave. 😀 Pool was also lovely.

The front desk clerk who checked me in failed to mention that I had to scan a bar code to pay for my parking. Good thing I noticed the signs. Most hotels charge you as part of your bill. It would have been exceptionally bad if my car had been booted.

- San266 (4/5): Poor service - Hotel’s staff was inefficient with the billing. I was charged several time for the same room. My daughter was also charged for the same room who is still waiting for the charges dismissed. Later my grand son was also charged. This is so frustrating. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel When we first got there I was supposed to get a two bedroom. When I get to the room with all my luggage the room was a one bedroom. Had to take all my luggage to another room.

- LaDawn (2/5): - The housekeeping team was horrible didn’t leave towels didn’t mop didn’t touch the bed we had the same dirty sheets for the entire 7 days. The room next to me set trash outside of their room about 5:30pm the trash literally stayed outside until the next day around 1:15pm. There was a loud baby shower that the hotel was giving the music was so loud people at the pool until 1:30am In the morning Loud I called front desk asked her was the pool 24 hours she said no I explained to her it was a lot of people so loud she said she would send security which was weird to me that security wasn’t doing their rounds because he would have saw them. The hotel was horrible and ways it didn’t have to be.

The bed was super comfortable and there was a full kitchen which is ideal when you have children. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety—fresh fruit, eggs, waffles, and more—and the staff kept everything well-stocked. Speaking of staff, everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. This was a one night stay pre cruise and it was perfect even with a group of 20 people. The location was excellent—close enough to major attractions like Disney and Universal, but still peaceful in the evenings. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone visiting Orlando. It’s great value, amazing service, and the kind of place you’d gladly return to on your next trip.

Cons: for those that owns or rent a car, you have to paid for the parking. Overall is a very good place to spend your vacations or business travel.

However, when I first checked into my roon, there were crumbs everywhere and the room was very dirty. The staff were okay, they had an attitude. I would say save your money and go elsewhere! It's not worth it to spend money here at a subpar hotel.

- Victoria (10/5): - I thought the hotel staff was great! Everyone was so nice and they made checking in super easy. They also gave us a complementary upgrade to our room. It made us so happy and we were very comfortable. The hotel does not have a restaurant which is totally fine we used door dash with no problem. There are plenty of restaurants close by but we stayed only one night at the end of our trip so it was perfect for us. Thank you to the staff and especially the front desk. The only thing I would suggest is being a little more upfront with the parking fee. I specifically looked for a hotel with parking and when I asked if I needed to put something on the dashboard I was told to use a QR code to register the car. It costs 22 dollars or so. No biggie but would have been good to know.

Here I am talking to Expedia now and it’s been exactly a week I checked out and they told Expedia the refund would be denied as it’s been 7 days now, the problem here is the refund never made it to my credit card in file, not the amount of days now, Micheal pleas refund my 1 night as I spoke to you directly. Thanks.
