• Ilaria (8/5): - Struttura un po' fatiscente ma è l'ottimo compromesso per chi vuole viaggiare spendendo poco. Era evidente che la nostra stanza necessitasse di una "rinfrescata" (mobili rovinati, etc..) però la vicinanza alla fermata del tram e al lidl sono stati degli ottimi plus. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti.
• Nely (8/5): - Hotel muito bom, mas faltou um sabonete razoável, pois o oferecido era tão fino e pequeno que mal dava para tomar um banho e preferi comprar um. O quarto estava bem limpo. Solicitei troca de toalhas na recepção e fiquei esperando. Ninguém apareceu. Achei estranho que o elevador para num andar intermediário, ou seja, obrigatoriamente o hóspede tem que subir ou descer escadas. No geral eu gostei do hotel e voltaria, com meu sabonete.
• Nitin (10/5): Great Hotel in a Great Location! - Room was clean and comfortable, in a nice area of Prague just outside the center. The tram stop is a 1 minute walk away making getting anywhere by public transport very straightforward. Friendly staff as well!

• KUNIKO (8/5): - 部屋が広く部屋内の設備も新しいです。建物は昔の構造をリノベしていると思います。エレベータ降りて階段を数段歩く必要があるので重いスーツケースを運ぶ時には下りになるように階指定する必要あり。部屋はきれいに保たれており快適に過ごせました。アメニティは小さい石鹸と小袋のシャンプーのみなので、髪の長い人は持ち込む方がよいでしょう。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable Stay at My Hotel Apollon - I had a pleasant stay at My Hotel Apollon. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. It's conveniently located about 20 minutes from the main train station, with several tram options nearby. This hotel is perfect for both backpackers and couples, and there's a supermarket close by for any necessities. Overall, a great choice for travelers!

• Kenneth (8/5): - An adequate Prague hotel. Chosen for convenience to nearby family we were visiting. Convenient to local transit. Staff was helpful and attentive, including in English. Rooms are simple from an American perspective, but adequate. Property could use some maintenance and upgrade, but clean and a good price.

• Aryana (8/5): - The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from the city center. You have to take the tram which has a stop 180 meters from the hotel. The hotel is basic but has got most of what you need. There is no safe, refrigerator, or kettle in the room. It is better to bring your own shampoo because the one the hotel provides is not of good quality and is definitely not enough. Overall, it is worth considering what you pay.
• Lars (6/5): - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche waren die Ecken nicht geputzt und auf dem Boden lagen Haare. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut geeignet.

• Erika (2/5): - Upon arrival the bathroom in our room smelled a little like sewer water-- but we tried not to be difficult and dismissed it. One of us tried to take a shower that evening, the drain was completely clogged. With gunk and unrecognizable matter-- the water did not go down, and the shower was not able to be completed. There was also dry mud (my best guess) on my hotel bed. I talked to the front desk. They said maintenance would come the next day at noon-- that means the entirety of our stay would be in a room without a functioning bathroom. The front desk also said they would send cleaning to our room. A customer came in for questions as well, and the front desk person told me i needed to "hurry up" and move aside because he had another customer-- but nothing had been resolved yet. We went on a walk where I updated the group on our room situation and the very poor/lack of customer service. We had to book a different hotel. When we returned from our walk, the front desk clerk told us the cleaning crew was in our room, and that maintenance still had not responded to the request. It was a lie-- maintenance put a sign on our door saying they were cleaning (which i assume was a deterrent from us going in during the hotel cleaning), but we needed to go in. There was NO cleaning crew inside, there was still mud on my bed, they never came in the time we were there. Also, the sewer smell had gotten significantly worse. We left shortly after that. Terrible.
• Valon (2/5): - Als Sie dort ankamen, sagten Sie, Sie würden 18 Euro zahlen, aber sie nahmen 50 Euro. Ihr Bett ist so schlecht, dass mir der Rücken weh tut. Sie helfen bei nichts. Ich habe 3 Nächte bezahlt, 2 Nächte konnte ich kaum ertragen, es gab noch 1 Nacht, ich bin nicht geblieben, sondern bin nach Hause gegangen. Das Hotel ist schrecklich, warum empfehlen Sie so schlechte Hotels?

• Jonas (2/5): - Absoluter Fehler. Das, was dieses 3,5-Sterne-Hotel von einem Hostel unterscheidet, ist das private Bad. Wir haben nach 2 Nächten frühzeitig ausgecheckt, um uns nicht den Rest des Urlaubs zu ruinieren. Wir dachten erst, wir hätten Pech mit dem Zimmer gehabt, laut Aussage des Managements entsprach der Zustand allerdings der Normalität. Der Umstand, dass der Staub auf Bett und Boden zu Asthma-Attacken geführt hat, wurde vom Management damit kommentiert, dass wir Allergien vorab hätten anmelden sollen. Sehr enttäuschend in jedweder Hinsicht.
• Beat (10/5): schönes modernes Hotel - super modern eingerichtet und feines Frühstück und das Personal sehr freundlich. Obschon das Hotel nicht im Zentrum ist, kann man praktisch mit dem Tram direkt vor dem Hotel ins Zentrum reisen. Ich war positiv überrascht und komme gerne wieder. :-)

• Edith (4/5): Kann ich nicht empfehlen - Von 4 Nächten wurde unser Zimmer nur einmal geputzt und die Handtücher NUR einmal gewechselt, nachdem wir dies bei der Rezeption gemeldet hatten. Frühstück war mager! Personal kaum sichtbar, und die wenigen 2-3, die da waren waren nicht ansprechbar! Statt Personal, Kameras überall. Man fühlt sich sehr beobachtet und eingeengt. Willkommen bei der Rezeption zu trocken! Schade, dass der Besitzer zu wenig aus seinem Hotel macht. Die Lage wäre perfekt für anspruchsvolle Gäste. Auch das Hotel ließe sich gut modernisieren. Aber so, geht gar nicht.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Poor. False Advertising. - Rooms is nothing like the pictures and is very simple. I have no idea how it has a 8.6 review. They gave us a smoking room even though we had specifically asked for a non-smoking room. When we would open the windows to ventilate, the street noise would be crazy loud. All the televisions were not working in the entire hotel for all the days we were there. The beds were so hard, that I got very poor quality sleep. Parking on the street cost us an additional $25 per day! We had asked for a double room, but they just gave us two twin beds next to each other with tiny blankets. There is only one chair in the whole room and no couches, like in the pictures. The hallway lights didn't work half the time, and we were walking down the hallway in pitch darkness to our rooms.

Also room right above front entrance so people outside smoking and chatting so with having window open wasn’t an option., again till early hours. I few a n/s room so guessing whoever allocated room didn’t think on this.. Carpet had a huge stain right under bay window, dodgy lamp fitting, staff were great polite and friendly just few things could make it a little better, attention to detail and a deep clean. Also tv only had 4 working channels all news from what I could make out. For £26 It was ok, no problem with anything else and basically just used room as a stop off..

S-Bahn so gut wie vor der Tür mit mehreren Linien. Etwas außerhalb aber nur gute 15 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt. Lidl eine Haltestelle weiter für kleine Einkäufe. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer eine günstige und solide Unterkunft sucht Nähe der Stadt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

• Andre (8/5): Voltaria com certeza - O hotel é simples mas muito bom. O quarto é limpo, cama confortável, cortinas blackout eficientes, café da manhã simples mas suficiente. Fica 25 minutos (de trem) distante da Ponte Carlos, nada que atrapalhe pois tem um ponto do trem praticamente na frente do Hotel. Para comprar os tickets tem opção com o hotel ou no ponto. Próximo ao hotel tem outras facilidades como mercadinhos e restaurantes.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Reinigung des Zimmers ließ zu Wünschen übrig, wir haben bei der Anreise noch Haare des Vorherigen Gastes in der Dusche und auf dem Bett vorgefunden. Den Tisch im Zimmer hätte man auch mal abwischen können da noch überall Spuren von benutzten Gläsern drauf waren. Der Allgemeine Zustand des Zimmers war ansonsten Okay, halt die Möbel bereits etwas Abgewohnt.

The place was clean and well kept up, the staff was super friendly and kind, breakfast was tasty and offered some salad type things that I had never had before. Tram station right nearby. Grocery store and tasty restaurants within short walk. It was also helpful to me that all the front desk staff spoke great English since this was my first trip to Praha and I showed up not knowing any more Czech than "nemluvím česky" and "hlavní nádraží", neither of which I could pronounce right. Overall I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars.

• Ben (10/5): Great Hotel and Very Close to City! - This hotel was great! The staff were very friendly from start to finish. Our party had 2 rooms, which were both immaculate and exactly the same as pictured and was expected. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. The included breakfast was great, a nice range of food available and a safety deposit box service to store valuables in was available at the front desk. The hotel is about 8 stops on tram 9 from the city centre, approximately 15 minutes. I would certainly recommend and would stay here again without a doubt!

• TD (8/5): Great place for the price. - I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the experience. This is not a luxury hotel, but great for the price. The staff were all very nice and helpful. My room was pretty large, especially by European standards, and faced onto a park-like inner courtyard. Nice and quiet. (If they have rooms facing the street, don't accept one, because it is heavily travelled by vehicles and trams.) They kept the room spotless. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were mushy and the sheet/blanket combo was a bit small. The TV worked fine, but the only English-language stations were music videos. They serve a very nice European-style buffet breakfast, included in the room rate. If you are driving, street parking is time-restricted, except on weekends. There is no ice machine, and no public computer, but they have free Wi-Fi.

• TD (8/5): Great deal for the price. - I stayed here for 4 nights and thought it was a great deal for the price. Very nice, helpful staff. Rooms are pretty large and the housekeeping is fine. The sheet/blankets and pillows are a little weird, but I could live with them. Quiet air conditioning. The included breakfast was fine, My room faced a park like inner courtyard, and was quiet. Be sure to request a room that does not face the street, because there are streetcars going by all the time. Far from the main part of town, but there is excellent streetcar service close by.

The hotel sold tram tickets and the trams came frequently. The staff spoke fluent English and they were very helpful and kind. The area adjacent to the lobby had a nice sitting area. The room was a bit dingy but it was clean and the air conditioning worked! The bed was comfortable, the room was small but we felt it was completely adequate. On cool days we could open windows for air. Breakfast was not great.

Its out of Prague but with easy reach by bus, plus trams to various other places pass by door. there are some nice bars near by and ever so cheap.

• Lisa (10/5): Great hotel on the outskirts of Prague - My Hotel Appollon is a fabulous hotel on the outskirts of Prague, the receptionists were extremely freindly and helpful with anything we needed ie travel into Prague, where to eat in the evening and also booked out taxi back to the airport. The room was clean on arrival and made up for us everyday we returned. Breakfast was plentiful and topped up all the time. I would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay to anyone
• Arezoo (8/5): - Good but poor wifi
• Catherine (10/5): - My friends luggage did not arrive with us and the office staff were excellent in answering her questions and contacting the airport lost luggage people. The luggage was finally located in Chicago and forwarded to us in Vienna.
• Sam (8/5): A great hotel, and not too far from the action. - This is a great and pretty well priced hotel not far from the center of Prague, directly across the street from a tram stop. The room was modern and clean, and the beds were mostly comfortable - though the rollaway we had was missing a slat in the center. Air-conditioned with a great bathroom, but we could have used a refrigerator. Reception were really helpful with information about the local area, and even printed some bus tickets for us! The breakfast buffet had plenty of western fare thrown in with local flare as well. All in all, a few minor improvements and this place could be a solid 4-star.
• Ankit (6/5): Have professional staff - The stay was okay but one thing that annoyed us was the attitude of the receptionists at the hotel. They did not seem professional and were absolutely not courteous.
