La stanza confortevole e arredata con gusto. Colazione molto buona e ricca sia dolce che salata, con brioches freschissime. Una esperienza molto piacevole, sicuramente ritornerò. Suggerisco di dotare il bagno di ganci più comodi per le salviette da doccia e di salvietta per il bidet

Isabella e la mamma gentilissime e super disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. La colazione si potrebbe migliorare, non abbiamo trovato la frutta fresca come ci era stato detto e poca scelta in generale. Per il resto, nulla da dire. Un posto dove torneremo sicuramente

• Lyle (10/5): This space is a hidden gem and made our first trip to Rome a great experience! - Very accommodating host and friendly. Easy to connect with and was extremely responsive to any questions we had as first time guests to the suites and Rome in general.

• Migle (10/5): We felt at home - Property was clean, we had shower gel, toilet paper, towels all stocked and refilled daily. Room was cleaned daily as well. Kitchen was always stocked with fruit, berries, yogurt, cold meats, eggs, milk and pastries. We loved that there was a coffee machine. We couldn’t ask for more :) All pillows were memory foam which was a little too hard for our liking, we asked for soft pillows and one was brought to us although we rented a family room for 3 people.
• Beyazkus (9/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar - Isabella was een heel heel vriendelijke gastvrouw! Het ontbijt was goed, alles wat je nodig had was voorzien. Alles was altijd heel proper en netjes opgemaakt als we terug naar het hotel kwamen ‘s avonds. Ze draagt veel zorg voor haar gast. Zeker een aanrader! Het enigste min punt was dat de isolatie super slecht is. Je hoort alles en iedereen

Yes, there are some unusual people around, but they mind their own business and did not bother us at all. Thank you for a great stay!

• Zuzana (2/5): V žádném případě nedoporučuji.Ubytování bez vody, venku smrad, špína. - Nic. Vůbec ubytování nedoporučuji. Po celou dobu jsme byli bez vody. Takže žádná sporcha, nefunkční záchod, což s dětmi je dost blbé. Majitelka nám max. dala barel s vodou. Nabízela nám jiné ubytování,ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme tam bylo na dva dny, tak se nám nechtělo přesouvat. Zřejmě voda je časty problém, protože měla už dávno nachystané barely s vodou v komoře. V domě na chodbě nefunkční elektřina, takže musíte svítit baterkou. Na dálku nám nedokázala odemknout, takže jsme 20 min čekali před vchodem. V žádnéím případě ubytování nedoporučuji. Katastrofa a okolí apartmánu - špinavé, posprejované domy, hluk.Snídaně? Další katastrofa!

• Mª Amparo (10/5): Habitación limpia y funcional con buena ubicación. - Habitación muy limpia, bonita y funcional. Me gustó que limpiaran la habitación todos los días, como si se tratase de un hotel. Ubicación muy buena para ir andando a monumentos tan emblemáticos como el Coliseo.

• Timothy (5/5): Ideaal voor een korte city trip. - Locatie en toegankelijkheid zoals de keuken met ontbijt. Bed was zeer hard, wifi/tv werkte niet en helaas niet geluiddicht. Zowel in de gang als buiten het hotel kon je alles goed horen.

Good position of the apartment, easy acsesable, walking distance for lot of famous places in Rome (2km - 20 minutes walking). 4, 5 minutes from Roma Termini and all shutle buses for the airport. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was really good, based on selfservice in the kitchen ... feels like at home :-) For my taste and my back :-) matrace should be more firm.

• Maria Fernanda (7/5): Muy cómodo y estratégica ubicación. - Una habitación súper grande y cómoda, hacen buena limpieza, queda a pocos pasos de la estación termini por lo que moverse por la ciudad súper rápido y tiene varios negocios de souvenirs y restaurantes ricos, un lugar muy lindo, el barrio en la noche no es muy agradable pero nunca pasó nada. Y host habla español El desayuno no es crítica pero puede ser más amplio igualmente muy chévere y fácil de usar todo, en cuanto al personal si tuve una situación, me cobraron el impuesto turístico ( solo en efectivo) dejé el dinero en la mañana y en la noche al llegar no estaba, lo que dejé necesitaba cambio, solo le pregunté al host solo para confirmar que si había recibido el dinero, no demandando lo del cambio, ya que no te cruzas con las personas que limpian, entonces alguien vino en la noche y me lo entregó hasta súper bien todo, pero desde esa situación la host me dejaba en visto varias horas, cuando nos fuimos le agradecí y le pedí si había pasado algo que hicimos mal pero igual, me dejaba en visto, me pareció poco cordial a diferencia de cómo se comportó a nuestra llegada.
• Vadináncz (1/5): Problémás szállás, elfogadhatatlan kommunikációval. - Az elhelyezkedése A szállással több komoly probléma volt: a reggeli rendkívül gyenge volt, a fürdő falán penész volt, és a vízszolgáltatás is megszűnt. A víz hibájára hivatkozva a szállásadó előbb kicsekkoltatott minket anélkül, hogy ezt előzetesen megbeszélte volna velünk. Bár végül a pénzt visszakaptuk, a kommunikáció és a körülmények elfogadhatatlanok voltak.

• julie (4/5): Rom er jo fantastisk, men ikke her vi vil bo næste gang,. - Det var rent og god beliggenhed. Ophold med morgenmad, men brødet var muggent, der manglede æg og kaffe til alle indlogerende og vi var ikke de eneste indlogerede. Desuden manglende toiletpapir. Ejeren var meget negativ. Vi fik behov for ambulance da min datter blev meget syg og ejeren blev meget vred da vi åbnede hoveddøren så ambulance mandskabet kunne komme ind og smækkede døren i. Måske forstår hun ikke meget engelsk, men alligevel en lidt træls oplevelse.

The suites had everything one would expect as a good value: good a/c, free pick up from airport, a comfy bed, breakfast (although that that could be a bit better), and daily room service which was exceptional. Maybe an optional drop off to the airport at some reasonable fee. Otherwise really hard to find something negative.
• Sheila (5/5): 5 days stay for family of 4 - Accessibility The cleaner during first and second day was helpful. Despite the kanguage barrier, she was trying her best to help. However, on our 3rd day, another cleaner might have come and never chaned our towels daily which i would have expected. It would have been better, to have at least a safe box to keep important documents/jewelries in each room.

• Cristina (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - Don't be fooled by the entrance of this place, the room was super clean and very nice, beds very comfortable and b'fast was up to high standards which we personally didn't expect, the location is perfect to visit all the important historical places and metro is 5 minutes of walking distance which made it easier to visit the rest of rome, we will be back for sure Nothing
• Sezen (1/5): Asla tercih etmeyin - Maalesef büyük hayal kırıklığı… Öncelikle merkezi bir yerde olduğu söylenemez , kahvaltı dahil aldık ancak yumurta ve ekmekten başka hiçbir şey yoktu ( günler öncesinden kalan salamlar hariç ) Bir sabah kruvasan sepeti bomboş , diğer sabah bir dilim dahi peynir yoktu. Oda temizliğine gelince sanırım bir önceki misafirden kalan lekeli havluları bile değiştirmemişlerdi.. Tüm bunlara karşılık 3 gece için vergiler dahil 400 Euro’dan fazla ödedik , bu fiyata en azından daha temiz ve merkezi bir otel tercih edilebilir .

• Ken (9/5): Hold Rome B&B - Rome. - Very close to the Termini train station and close to food and shopping . Breakfast was good with a range of foods. Very few rooms meant kitchen not conjested. Stay was excellent with easy access by calling contact number to enter. Access was via a central front door to the courtyard and access was by phone call. All good once entry gained.

Można również wszędzie dojść z buta, w promieniu do 2 km Fontanna di Trevi, Coloseum i in. W pokoju i łazience czysto, pokój klimatyzowany, mieliśmy widok z okna na park. Śniadania pyszne, jest możliwość wyboru na słodko i na słono. Również do wyboru yogurty, owoce, kawa, herbata, soczki i mleko. Dojazd na piętro windą. Bardzo miła Pani właścicielka. Dziękuję i serdecznie polecam. 1) Brakowało wieszaków w łazience, te co były, zawieszone zbyt wysoko, z trudem sięgałam. 2) Zbyt głośne sąsiedzi w pokojach obok, ale to już zależy na kogo trafisz))

• Peter (9/5): Great find in Rome - This was a great find! So close to Roma Termini station and easy access either walking or public transport to all the main attractions. The room is a good size with comfy beds and a well stocked breakfast room. Everything was immaculate and staff so friendly. For a central location, it was quiet and we were pleasantly surprised. Kids loved the older style lift too 🤣

• Gladys (6/5): Okay but stressful. - Convinced, clean and secure Breakfast was mediocre. The milk was spoiled. The toaster was missing the knob and we watched a lady stick a butter knife in it to get her toast out. The shower would not drain and flooded the whole bathroom. We also struggled getting into the second door where no one would answer.
• Cherry (3/5): Poor - There was no eletricity and water, the sad part was there was no emergency plan at all but sorry. First night, they let us stay without even emergency lights. Second day, they provided a tiny flashlight. We moved out the second day as we were told, we will get a refund unfortunately until now no update even from booking.com.
