Big rooms, super clean and posh. A whole floor dedicated to facilities. Exceeded all expectations. Will only stay here from now on. The breakfast menu was bad on one day, but great on the other day. The organization of the dishes could be better.

I really did not like the check-in experience. It was probably the most unwelcoming check-in experience I have ever had on my travels, which was very surprising for Thailand especially. Suite à un problème de santé et une interdiction de vol, nous avons dû décaler notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Après avoir demandé un remboursement à Booking,on nous a répondu que l'hôtel avait refusé... Arrivé à l'hôtel,on nous dit que Booking a refusé le remboursement. Nous verrons cela avec nos assurances à notre retour et testerons Cosycosy très prochainement

- A Yap (9/5): Wonderful short break - I booked a 2 bedroom executive suite which is so spacious and has 2 bathrooms, 2 hair dryers. There was house keeping service everyday and it was very clean. Hotel has a huge gym and a pool. Its vast breakfast buffet was pretty good, we are spoilt for choice. Hotel is centralized, about 6-700m from Centralworld and able to link to R Walk which lead us to Platinum, Siam Square, etc. Although there is a kitchen with an induction cooker but only plates and cups are provided. There isn't any fork, spoon, pot which is weird.

Innanzitutto, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato, senza una spiegazione adeguata. L’hotel nel complesso risulta molto datato e non all’altezza del prezzo pagato, che è stato decisamente eccessivo rispetto alla qualità offerta. A nostro parere, la struttura potrebbe valere al massimo circa 30 euro a notte. Anche la pulizia della camera non era impeccabile e questo ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno poco piacevole. Inoltre, il personale è apparso piuttosto freddo e poco accogliente. Nel complesso, non consigliamo questa struttura, soprattutto considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo. - David (6/5): Good property but difficult to properly enjoy - The lobby is beautiful. The gym is really good and spacious. The swimming pool is great and the game area is really nice. There’s a strong smell of mould all the time even when leaving the airco on. The ventilation/airco is extremely loud so it’s very difficult to sleep with it. Even with earplugs it was hard to fall asleep. The interior looks a bit outdated.

- Mohammed (9/5): - هو عباره عن شقق فندقيه موقعه ممتاز و قريب من سترل ورد و محطة مترو و عند باب الفندق سفن الفن مرافق الفندق ممتازه خاصه للاطفال كل شي موجود لهم الغرف وسيعه و يوجد عسالة ملابس الوبي واسع و اماكن جلوس كثيره الحمام واسع و نضيف المساج جدا ممتاز في الفندق الفطور لم اجربه عزل النوافذ لنور تعبان و مزعج السرير ليس بذك الراحه خدمة الغرف غير سريعه اذا طلبت اكل الاصنصيرات بطيئه جدا
- Melody (8/5): Good stay suitable for family with young kids - Room was spacious. Kitchen and washing amenities were a bonus. The shower cubicle was rather small though. Toilet bowl was a bidet with heating function - great small touch. Overall, it was a good stay especially for families with young kids. The corridor had a musky and damp smell. Also, I left a bag of newly bought cookies at the front desk on the day of check-out. We wrote in shortly after we left the hotel but were informed that the bag was nowhere to be found… strange but ok.
