- Kristin (6/5): Great base for getting around. - Great location, nice size room. Room was extremely hot-very uncomfortable. Pillows were way too soft. It was so stuffy and warm in the room even with the window open that it was difficult to sleep and even stay in for very long without becoming over heated. It was frustrating that they would not allow groups than 6 book the karaoke room, even as a paying guest. Sunday roast was underwhelming.

- U5020WXmg (2/5): Serious Breach of Privacy and Poor Management Response - Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious incident, when a housekeeping staff member entered our room while my family and I were inside. This was extremely distressing and a clear breach of privacy and safety. Hotel management later confirmed in writing that this occurred due to human error following an incorrect room-status check, and that the incident fell well below their standards. They also acknowledged that the issue was not escalated appropriately to senior management on the day and that corrective actions were taken internally. Despite recognising the seriousness of the incident and the distress caused, the hotel refused to offer any refund or goodwill compensation. Their justification was that the incident happened on the day of departure and therefore, in their view, did not impact the stay as a whole — a position I strongly disagree with, as feeling unsafe in your room fundamentally affects the entire guest experience. This experience, and the way it was handled afterwards, has significantly affected our perception of the hotel. I would encourage management to reconsider how incidents involving guest privacy and safety are addressed, both at the time and in their resolution.

Breakfast costing an extra £22 each aswell was not good. Sound traveled to our room from the restaurant downstairs was noisy.

Great location with bus stop and tube station near by We went to have dinner in a near empty resturant the waitress came over no greeting just a do u want to eat , we repiled yes table for two to be vaguely pointed at the area she wished us to sit saying sit over there somewhere . Didnt approach us again so after 10 mins we left . She was just rude . Our twin room was very warm and after trying to adjust the temperature with out sucess , we rang down to reception where we asked politely for assistance to be told he would deal with it then phone slammed down , still in hot room

Our table was booked for 4pm we received our starter 45 minutes later, then waited a further hour and twenty minutes for our dinner.. The food was cold and mainly consisted of frozen vegetables and frozen baked potatoes!! The service was very limited we complaint on several occasions but this was a waste of time. The manager said sorry we are very busy.. Hello it’s Christmas Day .. if your thinking of booking this year don’t waste your money and time.. Rubbish management

- Aly (8/5): All very good apart from a couple of points for improvement - A warm welcome at reception, free upgrade to a medium room which was appreciated. The room itself was nice, the bed was v comfortable and plush. Breakfast was great value, one of the best buffets I've seen at a hotel! There was something wrong shower head in the bathroom, the water seemed to be flowing over the top of the shower head and dropping down, rather than cascading through the shower head, so showering was a bit awkward. There was also a very visible handprint, like a full palm print, on the mirror by the bed which was a bit disconcerting!

Pokój był na poziomie -1 bez okien (było małe okienko w suficie, które było zrównane z chodnikiem, po którym przechodzili przechodnie), bardzo mała łazienka z oddzielną toaletą.

- V1293NKpaulf (4/5): Looks better than it is - The hotel is in a good location and appears very trendy.the staff are friendly but not really engaging just going through to the motions so they don't really hear what your saying. On our visit the restaurant/bar was very quiet in terms of people but very loud music so not that relaxing. We ate a fairly dull burger with the normal sides the table had been wiped but definitely not clean and with the dim lighting probably no one notices. The deluxe room is definitely not deluxe, barely any space to move around with the over sized garden furniture and tea stand taking up so much space, no wardrobe or dressing table or even a shelf to put makeup on etc. So I would say comparable to a budget hotel. The ensuite was an ok size but the grout and silicone were not clean. Filling the large kettle under the tap is not great. Definitely not a 4 star experience and with the dynamic pricing the price of your stay can vary dramatically.

- Ralph (10/5): Tolle Zeit. Gerne wieder. - Das Hotel ist cool Licht im Bad zu wenig. Personal gewöhnlich überragend, so war es auch fünf Tage lang. Nur bei Checkout war die Dame schlecht drauf.
