- Jayne (5/5): Convenient and reasonably priced… tired decor is ripe for a refurb! - convenient location and generously sized room. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Plenty of teabags and coffee satchets provided but there was no kettle and the microwave was a bit smelly.. so no hot drink! The light switch did not turn off all the lights Unfortunately the fire alarm went off twice during my overnight stay - not for long and fortunately not a fire… but it did disturb my sleep!

The new room was slightly cleaner, but the shower drain was plugged and water would pool in the shower. The pictures used in the posting must be edited because they looked nothing like the reality.

- Franky Fenix (8/5): Overall impressive, better than most places and HUGE space - So much room for your ££! Bed was comfy, lots of pillows. Amazing location. Helpful staff, although the 'back in 10 mins' sign was there far beyond that. Digital locks. WiFi included. Had microwave, plates, fridge. Didn't have cutlery. There was a dirty washing up sponge. Bathroom was alright but shower grout needed a clean/touch up. Thin walls so you could hear loud tv next door, as well as 5am what sounded like someone trying to plug something in the wall and missing it for about 20 mins. But otherwise, quiet neighborhood.

- Zhafirin Farhan (7/5): Not that good, but okay. - I think the location-wise was good! I can get to Hammersmith station just around 5-10min depending on your walking speed. There is also a Livat shopping mall just across the hotel (enter using carpark door). TK Maxx also nearby! And also the hotel helped me to store my luggages which got 4 of them! I give the good rate just for those! There were a lot that i didn’t like about the hotel. First is the room, we were given lower ground room at first at the room was bad! We were stunned at first and stood there for like 2-3min and decided we needed a change. Luckily the staff was okay with that even tho he asked why. I just answered the floor, lol it was really bad and scary. But it didn’t stop there. Next we got 2nd level room. The stairs very narrow. Not recommended for people with big luggages, no lift! Hard to lift up the staircase. The room was better, and we stayed. Then the heater is quite old but functioned well. I think others okay. Just a bit smelly at the entrance of the hotel. If you guys will bring small luggage or short stay is fine.
- Zak (3/5): You are accepting damage, poor cleanliness & safety for slightly below average price. - The price and location ARE GOOD. The bed was FINE. Bedframe damaged but no issues sleeping. I also liked that I had a TV with a USB slot, that helped me throw some TV on before bed. Shower and toilet was fine, working, good pressure etc. the bare minimum I expect really. Guess I got the short straw for my room because unfortunately there's a lot I didn't like about this place. The photos speak for themselves. Its clear as day what to expect in this "Luxury Suite" upgrade I got on this site lmao. My stay was in April 2026. Since there are similar photos dating awhile back, its clear that they don't intend to ever clean this room properly so I don't feel bad giving it the review it deserves. The most egregeous part of this place is undoubtebly the cleanliness and just general damage. Quite frankly I have never seen a more disgusting place. Literally. If someone asked me whether it was legal to sell this to the public I would have assumed not. That's just how bad it was. Again the photos speak volumes. Here's a list of the damage I could see during my single night visit. - Chipped dresser - Utterly destroyed Lampshade - Wardrobe handles upside down and paint smeared over it - A window that cannot be locked or closed - Roller blinds that look as though they've never been moved or cleaned - MASSIVE ammounts of floor damage - Chipped skirting boards - Both radiators were rusted, unclean, chipped and discoloured - Rusted unclean wastebin - Rusted unclean Taps & Faucets - Broken doorhandle on toilet - Chipped painted doors - Hole in the wall from the main door - Disgusting crusted milk pods left in the fridge... - Chair was chipped and had holes in the leather - Cheap ID card with literal duct tape on there - Hand prints all over the walls - Unclean TV remote with no back What's most ALARMING is that you can't lock the window since you're on the ground floor in London of all places. I slept with the kitchen knife just in case. I wouldn't be happy for my daughter to sleep here alone that's for sure. Also, I felt as though I needed to wear shoes at all times when inside this room. Something that should never be the case really.

Just 10 minutes walk to Eventim Apollo theatre in Hammersmith. - Good size apartment for a family of 4. - The fridge in the room works very well. - Super clean/brand new microwave. - Clean sheets and towels. - Easy to reach the perfect temperature in the shower. - Room dated, and demands some care and minimal decoration. - Not attention to detail. There are fixes here and there and patches that have been done in the apartment along the years without putting some love on them (i.e: patches in the walls in different colours, the silicon in some parts of the bathroom need to be replaced, etc). - The floor in the apartment wasn’t clean. - No views to London at all. The apartment was in the basement of the building, so our views were to a white wall. - Our apartment was dark. As mentioned, it was in the basement and there were only 4 spot lights (not very bright) in one side of the room, just over the dining table.

- Kevin (4/5): Tijd voor een renovatie - Locatie is top en het personeel vriendelijk. Zeer verouderde kamers die (optisch) erg vies zijn. Alles zit los, spullen zijn bij elkaar geraapt of kapot en de faciliteiten in de kamer beneden de maat. Kortom: hoog tijd voor een grondige renovatie. Tip: tapijt is wellicht niet het beste idee.

Pésimas instalaciones: la puerta del baño rota sin cerradura ni pestillo, el baño no tenía enchufes, el secador de pelo estaba roto, el frigorífico congelaba los alimentos. Lo peor de todo es que NO tienen servicio de limpieza. En los 5 días que estuvimos no entró nadie a limpiar la habitación, ni a hacer las camas, ni nos cambiaron las toallas sucias, ni tampoco nos pusieron papel higiénico, nada en absoluto. Simplemente NO existe servicio ninguno en la habitación durante tu estancia. La televisión no tenía internet y tampoco funcionaba bien el mando a distancia. No volveremos. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación y la amabilidad del chico de recepción.

- Lucila (1/5): NO ALQUILAR! - La ubicación Cuando elijo un apartamento para mis vacaciones soy muy detallista y este lugar NO LO RECOMIENDO para nada. Estaba todo sucio. Estuvimos 3 noches, la 1 habitación no funcionaba la TV por ende por la mañana nos cambiaron a otra, 2 noche en la nueva habitación el baño completamente inundado después que se baño mi novio ( yo no pude bañarme) por consecuencia por la mañana en el ultimo día nos cambian nuevamente de habitación. Las fotos no ilustran lo que es está descuidado poca limpieza y no saben ellos mismos lo que alquilan. Tuve que hacer las maletas 3 veces por las 3 veces que me movieron de habitación. Te alquilan con cocina pero no tienen elementos solo había una pequeña cacerola y tuve que bajar y pedir cubiertos por qué no tenían tenedores. Los comentarios que hay son reales yo elegí confiar y la verdad salió mal. Una vergüenza. Mi consejo NO LO ALQUILEN.

La posizione è ottima. 5 minuti a piedi dalle due stazioni di Hammersmith e vicina a negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. La struttura è molto sporca, sia locali che biancheria. Il sotto pensile sopra i fuochi era untissimo, i pensili erano pieni di ditate. è stato necessario prendere un disinfettante. Fatiscente...antine rotte,la maniglia del bagno era stata staccata e non era stata rimessa, la piastra ad induzione aveva il display rotto ed era difficile capire quando si accendeva. Termosifone rovente il primo giorno, ma ghiacciato gli altri. finestra che non si chiudeva. Insonorizzazione assente Odori di cucina fortissimi provenienti dalle scale

- Goele (1/5): - Do not believe the pictures in the advertisement. I’ve seen three rooms in this place and none of them were looking like any of the pictures. Dirty rooms, smelling like smoke, loud noises from some ventilator motor in the room that made it impossible to fall asleep, very bad beds waking up with back ache. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. Do not book here.

- Talja (2/5): Would not recommend staying here as you didn’t feel like you could relax when getting back from a tiring day exploring, - Not much, we booked knowing the location was close to the hammersmith tube station. Appreciate that they gave us late checkout till 2pm Would not recommend staying here. Advertised as a 4 star, “sleep in luxury” hotel however when you walk in it is run down and dusty. Whilst the towels and sheets appeared clean, the room itself is covered in dust and there are holes in walls. There is no sound proofing or air conditioning in the rooms. We were here in Spring with temps around 9/10 degrees at night and were hot, can’t imagine it in the summer. The “please service my room” card doesn’t mean anything as the housekeeping team don’t action it unless it is checkout day. Next time we will be spending a bit extra to avoid places like this.

Další super věcí je bezpečnost, spodní dveře od domu jsou na kód a pokoje/studia jsou zabezpečeny systémem otvírání pomocí karty. Čistota nebyla na takové úrovni, jakou bychom si představovali/přáli. Všudypřítomný zvláštní pach taktéž nebyl příjemný. Zdůraznil bych možná trochu bizarní situaci, kdy během pobytu spadly pojistky :D

- Belén (10/5): - A 7 minutos andando de la estación de metro de Hammersmith, que es zona 2 y tiene tres lineas de metro y es también una estación de autobuses (directos a Candem,por ejemplo), así que maravilloso. Cogimos el estudio twin Deluxe y muy bien: cocina, baño, secador,microondas, nevera... No había sartenes pero si una olla y un cazo, platos,vasos, tazas y cubiertos. No hay cafetera, pero sí hervidor de agua de esos. Te dejan sobrecitos de café, azúcar, te y leche monodosis (unas seis). Había toallas, a mitad de estancia pedimos que nos las cambiaran y sin problema. Había un estropajo y un bote de lavaplatos casi gastado (no sé si del cliente anterior tal vez).Tiene calefacción con el mando en la habitación. Barrio muy bien, movidito pero se respira seguridad. Lidl y Tesco muy cerca, restaurantes, tiendas... La verdad q muy bien y para los precios q hay en Londres .. muy muy bien. Todo bien.
- Brian (1/5): I would not advise anyone to stay here - The only positive thing I have to say is the location was good. On checkin I quickly left my bag with out fully taking in the room and went into city when I returned a few hours later I looked at room properly and found the condition unacceptable, There were suspect stains on the cushions on the bed and on the futon, at side of bedside lockers was rubble from previous building work, in the bedside drawer there was what looked like blood stains, , the mattress springs were completely broken, the sheets were so thin they were see through, there was no lock on the main door to hallway, the ground floor window in rooms lock did not close, the room over all was grimey. I have never left a hotel before but I could not stay here. I asked for a refund for my 3 day stay but was only offered a refund for 2 nights as I was told I had been in the room for 5 hours(as I say I had dropped bags and left) See pictures

- jaime (4/5): Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas y sucias - La ubicación. Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas. El apartamento no estaba limpio, encotramos pelos en las sábanas, moho en la ducha, la maneta del lavabo está rota por fuera así que si se te cierra la puerta ya no puedes abrirla, la papelera del baño también estaba rota. Eramos 4 personas, el menaje de cocina era insuficiente, solo había tres tazas, no había cucharas, ni grandes ni pequeñas, no había platos hondos, tuvimos que pedir a la recepción cosas. Las fotos no se parecen en nada a la realidad, relación calidad precio excesivo para lo que ofrecen.

- Sarah (7/5): Would stay again, but would love to see some adjustments when I go back - The staff and the location. The facilities need major upgrades and renovations I understand that you get what you pay for.. but a fully functioning shower, that’s not broken should at least be one of them I hate to leave any negative comments in my review because the staff are genuinely so wonderful and the location is superb. However The place needs a lot of work and restoration, constructive criticism is important.. the bed was clean but the remaining facilities in the room were not dirty, but also not as clean as they should be..

- Benjamin (1/5): false advertising - N/A The room was nothing like the pictures on the booking.com advert. I couldn't find a single photo on the advert which matched the dirty, scruffy, smelly room that they tried to give me, so I asked for my money back - This meant that on a Saturday night at 10pm I was left out to find somewhere else to sleep (of course being a busy Saturday there were no affordable rooms available). I ended up cycling back to Kings cross to get a train home after searching for a new room to no avail. The craziest thing was that the man at the reception said that it was a mistake on the system, but if there was a mistake on the system he should have known to tell me when handing me my key card... Instead he gave me the key card to a sub standard room expecting me to just pretend along with him that it was acceptable. Ridiculous, avoid this place

Not worth the price - The only good thing is that it is near to the station It doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Rooms are very old. Not cleaned at all. I arrived in the night floor was all dusty. No hangers to hang cloths. No mirror in the room. Table and 2 chairs were there but it’s almost impossible to use. There is a bad smell in the room coming from the pantry. Even after informing few times, they didn’t clean the room. Every time we run out of toilet paper, we have to go to the reception to get it. Fire alarm rang few times but next day when we asked, they didn’t know anything about the noise. No hot water after 11pm. Bathroom is smelling because there is no windows. No linens were changed. Fridge is not cooling. I took the premium room but there is nothing premium about it.
