La piscina cerrada con agua CALIENTE,lo q no es normal,la de exterior bien amplia Esta ubicado escasos 10 min del aeropuerto,sobre la ruta que te lleva a S.M.Andes y a Junin de los Andes El hotel está pensado para familias con niños pequeños,tienen espacios de juegos,lo que en determinados momentos lo hacía un tanto ruidoso. El desayuno limitado para los que pretendan demasiado. Falta señalización,de la ubicación del hotel , está dentro de un barrio cerrado,pero no hay cartel alguno que lo indique

- MARCO ANTONIO (5/5): Decepcionante - A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, pena que quase nada está funcionando adequadamente. A falta de manutenção é evidente. Aquecimento do quarto não estava funcionando. A descarga do banheiro estava com problema (não desligava) Os equipamentos da academia estavam todos sem manutenção ou até mesmo estragados. A piscina aquecida estava gelada e o hotel não teve a honestidade de nos avisar isso com antecedência O hotel fica muito longe do centro de San Martin de Los Andes, dentro de um condomínio fechado com bastante existências para entrar ou sair

El precio me pareció muy elevado. El baño tenía pelos en el piso y las colchas y almohadones de la cama se notaba que no estaban recién limpias.

- Ednei Rodrigues (8/5): Séria perfeito, fora tema da portaria e o alto preço que nos cobraram para o jantar da ceia de natal - Da localização por estar em meio a natureza, visão das montanhas, o silêncio crucial, muito bom! Da localização por estar muito longe da cidade, se gasta mais de 30/40 minutos de carro pra chegar em San Martin, e por estar dentro de um condomínio residencial. Do sistema de entrada do condomínio, a começar pelo longo cadastro pra entrar, e cada vês que saiamos ou entravamos no hotel tínhamos que fazer inspeção de saída e entrada, a ponto de eles revistarem o porta-malas do carro, ter que apresentar passaporte.....sem contar a demora........isso foi muito desagradável, se soubesse antes deste sistema, eu nunca me hospedaria neste hotel, foi um saco!

- Kevin (3/5): - The staff was nice and the room as well. we didn’t feel very welcome and there were a few things that didn’t sit right with us. For starter, our car was searched at the gate and when I asked why the guard answered that if he wasn’t able to search we weren’t passing the gates to access our hotel. Then, we weren’t able to use the common area to drink our bottle of wine ordered at the hotel bar because there was a musical event for which we had to buy tickets or we couldn’t access de common area. As for our room, the aircon didn’t work so it was very hot when we arrived and very cold at night. The room wasn’t well insulated so we could hear people in the corridor even if they were whispering. We chose a room with a nice view however, we had to close the curtains as there were people only 10 meters away passing phone call and looking towards our window. The shower had only cold water so we had to go ask the reception for help and they told us to run the water for 10 minutes and then it will start warming up. Furthermore, I was really looking forward to use the outside swimming pool as it was a fairly warm day, just to discover that it was empty. Finally, at check out we were charged for a coffee we never ordered and cherry on top, they asked to search our car again as we were leaving (which we refused completely this time). Overall I think the hotel is not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.

- Mauro (4/5): NEVER MORE IN THIS HOTEL - The heat in the room was terrible, we couldn´t sleep for 2 nights, finally we went to another place and paid both. The hotel is far away from the city and from the sky center so we had to take Uber or Taxis, to do this you need to call them 1 hour before, pray, and when they arrive another 30 minutes to the city. The hotel was full of kids shouting and running!!!

- María Cecilia (10/5): Vale la pena estar inserto en la naturaleza con excelente comida y entrerencion cercana . - La comida excelente, el emplazamiento es maravilloso, el personal super atento y el pianista con la pintora son increíbles. Lo único que no está preparado para pasajeros que tienen accidente. Es un lugar que va mucha gente por el esquí y postman tener una silla de ruedas para quienes tienen una lesion que fue mi caso. Uno puede alquilar en la ciudad una silla pero antes no hay nada para movilizarse. Solo buena disposición a dar hielo. Tienen mesa de Pin Pon y las paletas dan pena, súper deterioradas.

- Diego Luiz (6/5): Esperava mais devido a categoria e valor da diária - Estive hospedado por 8 dias e, infelizmente, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado para um hotel de 4 a 5 estrelas. Logo na chegada, não recebemos orientações básicas sobre o funcionamento do hotel — horários, reservas, recreação ou alimentação. Como o hotel fica a 30 minutos do centro, o mínimo esperado é ter estrutura para refeições no local. No primeiro dia, tive três frustrações: o brinde prometido (espumante no quarto) não foi entregue; o almoço foi negado mesmo com o pedido feito dentro do horário; e, à noite, o jantar também foi recusado por falta de reserva — sendo que ninguém nos orientou sobre essa necessidade no check-in. A estrutura é bonita, mas com sinais claros de falta de manutenção: poltronas rasgadas e desbotadas, academia com poucos equipamentos antigos e sem acessórios básicos. O café da manhã, embora razoável, repetiu o mesmo cardápio durante todos os dias. O atendimento foi limitado, com poucos funcionários, serviço lento e falhas de comunicação com a equipe de recreação. Tive reservas confundidas e mensagens desencontradas que dificultaram a experiência. Esperava mais organização, atenção e hospitalidade. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa de melhorias urgentes na gestão e no cuidado com o hóspede.
