• morgane (9/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement central, facile à trouver, proche du métro. L'hôtel est propre et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et de bon conseil. Le plus, le petit déjeuner complet sur la terrasse. La chambre et la salle de bain sont un peu petites mais bien pour 2 nuits.

• pascal (9/5): Hotel trés bien situé pour visiter la belle ville de Naples. - Hotel parfaitement situé pour visiter Naples à pied. facile de s'y rendre depuis l'aéroport (Navette jusqu'à la station de métro Garibaldi, puis ligne 1 jusqu'à université) Personnel trés sympathique et parlant trés bien français (Michel) petit déjeuner agréable sur le toit de l'hotel avec des spécialités napolitaines (nous y étions pour le week-end de Pâques et nous avons eu du pain Pascal et de la colombe + jus d'orange frais tous les jour (en plus des croissants, fruits, charcuterie, fromage, etc ... tout le monde y a trouvé son compte) 2 petit salons son disponible a l'entrée de l'hotel pour passer un bon moment (avec café, thé, boisson) de bons restaurants à moins de 5 min à pied de l'hotel ... il y a du choix pour tous les gouts et tous les budgets. Conclusion : pour un premier séjour à Naples, nous sommes trés content d'avoir choisi cet hotel le bruit de la rue, qui passe juste devant l'hotel ... et c'est rien de dire que les Napolitains vivent la nuit ... là au moins on est parfaitement dans l'ambiance de cette superbe ville du Sud de l'Italie. Les fenêtres sont correctement insonorisées, mais pour nous qui habitons une zone rurale, on a été surpris pas le niveau de bruit du centre ville. Nous étions dans une chambre pour 3 personnes (le lit double est trés bien) mais le canapé lit n'est pas au même niveau de confort ... OK pour un enfant ou un ado ... mais pas pour un adulte (matelas trop mou)

Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Buona colazione e con orari adeguati. Hotel con arredi anni '80, camere piuttosto rumorose perchè affacciate ad una via trafficata, ho trovato molta polvere sotto i letti. Da rinnovare l'arredo ed i bagni.

• Nicoletta (10/5): HOTEL AIRONE UN'OTTIMA SOLUZIONE - L'hotel si trova in posizione strategica, molto vicino a piazza del Gesù, ed alle viuzze caratteristiche della movida. A venti minuti di passeggiata si trova piazza plebiscito. Struttura moderna accogliente e tranquilla, le camere insonorizzate. La colazione a buffet, molto varia e di ottima qualità. Il bagno era piccolo, mancava un armadietto o ripiano per i cosmetici.

• Revis (8/5): Best location for touring Naples - The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter of Naples, approximately 2 km from the central train station. Located between two Metro stations each about a 5 minutes’ walk. We booked a junior suite with a comfortable king-sized bed, sitting area with desk. The bathroom is generous with double sinks, a bidet and a large walk-in shower. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Although the room faced a busy street the double windows blocked the noise sufficiently so a good night’s sleep was possible. Breakfast is fairly basic, meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, fresh orange juice served on a rooftop location from 0700-0900h. As with all Italian billets plenty of excellent coffee. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, with good recommendations for local sites and restaurants. Some good choices nearby within a 10 min walk or less. A day trip to Pompei is a must, avoid the tours take the metro to the train for 3 Euros. The hotel has an elevator, a true competitor with Helmhaus Hotel in Zurich for the world’s “Smallest Elevator” but it gets the job done. However, a note to the mobility challenged, there is a steep set of stairs from reception to the elevator and the access to the rooftop breakfast room is another set of steep stairs. The hotel will accommodate with breakfast in the room and apparently there is a seated stair climber to get you to the elevator. A downside is the need to re-sign in to the internet after even a brief interlude. Not clear how long before it automatically cuts you off. One day the system was "down for approximately an hour. Not a deal breaker, but an annoyance. Had to restart it 4-5 times in a 24-hr. period. However, when up and working no problems. Not sure about the details but electrical outlets used to charge our devices took an inordinate amount of time to reach capacity.

Basic but very helpful staff especially the reception desk where they helped us with directions on nearby public transport for Pompeii. Nice continental breakfast on rooftop terrace. On a busy road but you couldn’t hear the traffic. The area felt safe at night. Good value for money for a big city like Naples.

La chambre (économique) comportait tous les équipements nécessaires et un magnifique balcon. Une bouilloire aurait cependant été la bienvenue. Good location with easy access to the subway line and near the port. Given we were in downtown Naples the rooms were obviously on the smaller side but still comfortable for two of us. There was a moderate selection for breakfast which they tried to change up slightly but became repetitive after a few days of staying there.

Tout peut se faire depuis l'hôtel : Piazza del Plebiscito (16'), Spaccanapoli (15'), funiculaire pour monter sur Vomero (15') 2) Personnel très accueillant et compétent. On se sent en sécurité dans l'hôtel. Mention spéciale à Fabio qui a été très aimable et aidant. • nelson (9/5): Удобно, уютно. - Очень удобное расположение. Практически пешая доступность до важных достопримечательностей города. Персонал приветливый, готовый оказать требуемую помощь. Нас разместили на 4 этаже, дали номер лучше, чем мы заказывали, с балконом и с видом на город. В лоби можно выпить кофе, чай в приятной атмосфере, в помещении с хорошим дизайнерским оформлением. Завтраки подают на террасе (верхний этаж), с видом на город. Зимой включают обогреватели, так что температура вполне приемлема. Единственно, не надо рассчитывать на изысканный завтрак. Голодными не уйдете, но и особого удовольствия от вкушения не получите. К счастью, в Неаполе мест, где можно вкусно и на любой кошелек поесть, более, чем достаточно. Завтраки. Скорее это несколько не соответствовало нашим представлениям о завтраке в 3* отеле в Италии. В других городах завтраки были разнообразнее. Возможно, что в Неаполе это стандарт для 3*.

The place is decent and well located, but at 230 euros per night I expected more. Breakfast was very basic (white toast only, no eggs), and the room was quite small for the price. Overall, it is acceptable, but the price–quality relationship is poor and it is significantly overpriced for what is offered.

The nearest Metro station was Universita which is only a few minutes walk away. Good connections to main sights of Naples area - Pompeii, Herculaneum (train), Capri (ferry marina), Sorrento and Positano (car trip) Continental style breakfast was available on the terrace on the top floor. The room was on the small side with not much storage but was otherwise comfortable. Accepting it is a boutique style hotel the room size with ensuite could have been larger.
