- Michiel (7/5): Degelijk hotel, goede locatie - Locatie was perfect. Ik had een dubbel bed gereserveerd, maar kreeg twee losse bedden. Het was een erg donkere kamer met een klein raam.

The location is excellent with many nice restaurants to choose from and it's close to the metro and trams so you can get to different locations easily. I loved breakfast as they had many different choices. Overall, my interaction with the staff at the hotel was nice - they were nice and courteous. The hotel is unresponsive to my question for clarification with payment method. I simply wanted to make sure if the link sent via booking was legit, but never received any response. It was only when I went to see the reviews and spoke to the booking agents that I understood that the payment is taken by the hotel directly via the link (which I initially thought was a phishing attempt). So, The price that they charge is around 20-25 euro more expensive than what is mentioned in booking probably due to exchange rate.

Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, каждый день был хороший выбор блюд. Особенно хочется отметить чистоту и комфорт: уборка проводилась регулярно, в номере всегда было уютно и приятно находиться. Отдельная благодарность администрации и персоналу - очень вежливые, внимательные и всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу. Чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса и забота о гостях. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и однозначно рекомендую этот отель!
