- Maryna (10/5): One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. - We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very quiet and exceptionally clean, which made it easy to relax. The staff clearly pays attention to the little details, and it shows throughout the experience. Breakfast was delicious—we especially loved the pancakes! The rooftop pool and spa were highlights of our stay and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a lovely experience, and we would definitely come back. We honestly liked everything.

- Mpi (10/5): The MOST PERFECT STAY in Beverly Hills - We had a lovely stay at The Maybourne Beverly Hills as a family with three small kids. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and always a step ahead. The staff went above and beyond, often approaching us proactively to offer help with even the smallest things, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. The location is perfect — walking distance to everything you’d want in Beverly Hills. If I had to give one suggestion, it would be to improve the variety in the breakfast selection. But overall, an amazing experience with a truly outstanding team. Highly recommended for families!

- Josephine (10/5): - The Mayborne is a gorgeous luxury hotel. I love the decors and the cleanliness of our room and the linens. The garden area is a beautiful place to sit out and people watch whether you order food at the restaurant or not. We unfortunately only had time to try the breakfast one morning, and that breakfast was so meticulously prepared and beautifully presented and of course delicious. The hotel is so incredibly convenient to walk out to shops and restaurants. The valet is also very convenient if I want to take my car out to drive somewhere. This hotel served my family well on a short vacation. The only slight disappointment was that at check in it was not made clear to us that we had a daily breakfast credit, we thought the amount was one time so we missed out a bit.

In the heart of Beverly Hills, steps from Rodeo Drive. Angela in Reservations makes every visit to The Maybourne very special. She is thoughtful, thorough, and meticulous. Her attention to detail, and her warm welcoming hospitality do not go unnoticed. She is truly gifted at what she does. This individual truly has an interest in guests and guest experience. Angela, you have a bright future in luxury hospitality! I love the Maybourne Cafe! Whether you sit indoors or outdoors, it's a win win. Both are fabulous. The inside of The Maybourne Cafe has award winning decor. It's so sunshiny and cheerful. I love the tile floors. I love the color palette. So pretty. The outside seating area for The Cafe, has super comfy patio chairs and couches for lazy afternoons and lounging. The extra care you receive at The Maybourne Cafe is exquisite. Everyone that works there is amazing. We love coming here and we always have the best time! My favorite dishes are the Claridge Bespoke Tea, the Baja Fish Tacos, and the afogado (so cute with the donuts). Definitely one of the highlights at The Maybourne Beverly Hills is the Christmas Season. This place is a must at Christmas. The Maybourne goes all out, with the most spectacular Christmas Tree and decorations. It is absolutely stunning and not to be missed. The Christmas decorations and lights that grace the Beverly Canon Gardens is stunning every year! I would like to give a shout out to Yoshi at the hotel Front Desk. He provided a very memorable experience. I went to the Front Desk about a year ago to set up a tour of The Spa. I was truly impressed, actually blown away, by the level of service, and the warm attentive hospitality I received from Yoshi. He took care of every last detail of my request, ensured that I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of The Spa. So much to the point, that I've booked several treatments at The Spa since then. If you are looking for a facial, I recommend Sachiko at The Spa. She has an exquisite, delicate, and well trained touch. If you are looking to reclaim that youthful glow on your face, I recommend the Yumi Anti Aging Hydra Derm Facial with Sachiko. Pure Bliss! I would also like to recognize Marilyn at The Spa Front Desk. Always such a warm welcome, and takes the time to add that personal touch. And always wants to ensure each visit is as special as the last. The Spa is all indoors. Sometimes it can get a little busy. I like to also sit outdoors in the beautiful Beverly Canon Gardens. It's so peaceful and relaxing. Another favorite retreat at the hotel is the rooftop. I love spending lazy afternoons here. It's so relaxing and I always feel recharged. I love the pool. It's so pretty. Dante's Rooftop Restaurant has spectacular views of the Hollywood Hills. It's a must see at night with all the lights. Simply gorgeous. Some of my favorites are the Faroe Island Salmon, the Pappardelle al Ragu, and the Cosmojito. All fabulous! Justin and Ryan are amazing! They really take the time to add that personal touch, and make sure you enjoy your time at Dante's Rooftop Restaurant. The decor is utterly unique, and really adds to the memorable experience. We love eating at The Terrace, especially at Christmas Time. Incredible seating right by the amazing Christmas Tree, lights and decorations. Very memorable experience!! With Love and Gratitude. - Malibuman30712 (10/5): Highly recommended! Exceptional place and staff - During the recent fires in Los Angeles, my wife, daughter, our two big dogs, and I were forced to evacuate. The Maybourne in Beverly Hills became our home for the next 10 nights. First, the rooms were excellent and well-appointed. A special shout-out to housekeeping, as they were incredibly accommodating when we had to leave our dogs in the room. Their kindness and flexibility made a difficult time much more manageable. We dined frequently at Dante and The Terrace, both outstanding. The food was consistently delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff extended their warmth to us and our dogs—a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The location is perfect, in the heart of Beverly Hills, with an abundance of shopping and dining options just a 5-minute walk away—though after trying the two exceptional on-site restaurants, you might not need to venture far. Management was incredibly understanding, informing us about availability and ensuring we could stay as long as necessary. Their attentiveness and compassion were deeply appreciated. Needless to say, this is the place to stay in Beverly Hills. Highly recommended!

- elizabethlascheid (10/5): The Best of the Best - The Maybourne is one of the most expensive hotels in all of Los Angeles. I mean it is so pricy that had our client not booked us there, we could not have gone. This place is going to cost you over $1,200 a night with a bunch of fees. They do have a special right now if you book 3 nights you get one free. I have no idea how long this will last. If I could I would live there. It is amazing. Whatever you want they will deal with it. The place is great for a honeymoon or a very special occasion. If you are traveling from over seas and have the money, this is where you want to be. It is in the heart of Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive is so close. The shopping and dinning in this are can not be beat. This place is huge. It has about 200 spectacular rooms and over 50 suites. The service is exceptional and the hotel is kept up to date and spotless. The rooms are so comfortable you will not want to leave. Whatever you want there, they will take care of it. Have time for the Opera in Downtown LA or a musical in Hollywood, they will deal with it. Reservations are eateries are easy to get when the call comes from the Maybourne. There is nothing they leave to chance and if you don't speak English, they have people who will speak your language. The service, again, is just perfect. It really is. You will want for nothing. The Terrace is a great eatery. It is outdoors and you can actually see a star or two at night. It is Mediterranean-influenced entrées with locally sourced ingredients. We had dinner almost every night. The Maybourne Café is all-day casual dining. They have a selection of juices, coffees, teas and pastries to have there or get to go. They also have other items and again, the service is wonderful. Dante which is also in New York is super fine dinning. It is located on the 9th floor rooftop. The food is the best and it is fresh and cooked perfectly. Now this is going to set you back a few hundred for two, but it is worth every penny. We got to eat there once. We will be back just to dine there. The Maybourne Bar is pretty and fun. It is a full bar and very nice. The Cigar and Whiskey Bar has some of the most exclusive collections of whiskey and cigars. We did not go there, but it sure is pretty. They have spa services that are great. Again, whatever you want they have or will get it for you. I really would like to move there, but I would run out of money pretty fast. They are just so nice and kind.

The hotel felt like our second home, where the details in the room are spoiled. The staff was professional. Nice restaurants. They are all worth a visit. - 0Haus (10/5): Way better than Beverly Wilshire - The host guy at Dante the restaurant on the rooftop was the best restaurant host I've had in LA. This place is exponentially cooler than the Beverly Wilshire. There are actually places you can relax and talk to your friends family clients without being bothered by annoying Beverly Wilshire gold digger staff. If you must try the Beverly Wilshire stay there only one night and book the rest here or elsewhere. You're in the middle of Rodeo drive for added perks . The only thing that I didn't like here was random travellers thinking its ok to video and photo people which there should be rules against .

It was bustling with visitors walking dogs and intimate get togethers. I enjoyed people watching. Can't wait to go back!

I really like that the bed is slightly firmer (but still incredibly soft and comfortable) than most hotel beds where you just sink in and get no back or neck support! The staff is all very warm and friendly. I didn't get to use the amenities like sauna/spa or chauffeur service (within 2mi of hotel) but they sound super helpful!

The staff, from the valet who greeted us when we pulled in, to the one that sent us on our way, were fantastic. The rooftop pool was delightful and not overcrowded. The housekeeping was top notch and efficient. As someone that can sometimes find five star hotels too pretentious, the Maybourne has my highest recommendation.
- Shrank723 (10/5): Iconic property, INCREDIBLE service, the best address in BH! - We have long known and loved this iconic Beverly Hills property and I can't believe I'm only just getting around to writing a review. While this is a spectacular property with impeccable amenities (and the absolute best address in Beverly Hills, period) - I have to say it's the their incredible team that always has me never even considering another property. Fred and Ozzy at the front desk are complete gems - extremely efficient and magically always have us in our suite within minutes of arrival! No matter how busy the hotel may seem, he always seems to be able to get to you without any wait time. I hosted my dear girlfriend's bachelorette at the wonderful spa - we were all blown away and beaming after our services. Special shoutout to Holly and April who made it the occasion incredibly memorable - and to my wonderful facialist Jackie who has hands of gold! Finally - so much special love to Joshua - the classiest room service manager you'll ever have the pleasure of having a conversation with or having cater your party and Mabel who had our suite sparkling within minutes of asking. I cannot say enough about this iconic gem, with its superstar team. When in LA, look nowhere else!

Stay away from the Terrace restaurant - Overall hotel is well-appointed with cozy rooftop pool and attentive staff, and nice workout room. The dining at The Terrace for breakfast/brunch was abysmal. Waited forever for lukewarm coffee/tea and again forever for cream and sugar for our drinks, and the food was mediocre at best. The Terrace staff need some basic training.

- AlexT156 (10/5): Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time - I had a superb stay at The Maybourne, a beautiful property with phenomenal service. I asked prior to check-in to be on a high floor, and Ozzy at reception made that happen. The room was gorgeous and had a balcony; I loved leaving the door open to let the fresh air in. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The housekeeping staff was amazing; they noticed I was almost out of toothpaste and so they left me a travel-size tube of nice toothpaste. The pastries and beverage at the cafe are top-notch. I also ordered room service, and the burger and fries were superb. The location, in the heart of Beverly Hills, can’t be beat. My recommendations for possible improvements: 1. Get your elevator situation fixed. (There were a few periods when they weren't working during my stay.) 2. Have more highly visible, easily accessible electrical outlets at the desk. 3. Have the pool—which is gorgeous and kept at a great temperature—open for longer hours. (I believe it opened at 10 a.m. when I was there, which means you can't do an early-morning swim.) 4. Leave the free coffee out in the lobby for longer. 5. For the cafe, offer to warm pastries when taken to go, These are minor quibbles. The Maybourne is wonderful, and I would love to visit again!

They had tiny little Frette robes for our toddler and matchers for mom and dad. Above and beyond service, including a gorgeous mini fridge for our son’s milk. Attentive and personalized. Pool was amazing! The server up there was beyond - every 15 minutes he delivered something to deliver. Mini açaí bowls, face misters, additional magazines. Restaurants onsite are fabulous and a total vibe. Highly recommend for couples, solos, friends trips, and others traveling with littles! We can’t wait to come back!

- Jennifer (10/5): - What a great hotel! I wish I had to travel to Beverly Hills more often, so I could stay here again and again! Service was wonderful. The hotel was gorgeous from lobby, to restaurant, to rooms...even the bathrooms in the lobby were lovely! The gym is well-appointed and has plenty of cardio and weight training options. My family and I spent each day by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed that amenity as well. The rooms are clean and very quiet. Even the balcony was free of dirt and bugs! The bed was hard, and a couple of people in my party that were staying in different rooms said it really ruined their overall experience. But I find a firm mattress is pretty great for my back, usually. It didn't bother me to sleep on that mattress for 3 nights. My only complaint about my stay was the shower head in my shower. I hate a shower head that can't be adjusted easily, and really think all hotels - especially 5 star hotels - should have adjustable, hand held shower head options. I told the front desk about it as I checked out and said, "It really shouldn't be uncomfortable or difficult to take a shower." They agreed. (Everyone was so nice at this hotel!)
