• Jonas (4/5): Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und rudimentär. Et s - Lage sehr gut. Schönes altes Gebäude. 4- Bett- Zimmer. Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gereinigt. Möbel zeigen deutliche Abnutzung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten Löcher. WC nicht gereinigt.

• Zdravko (4/5): - At the first evening of our stay we couldn't unlock the front door when we enetered the hotel. It was broken. Nobody answered the phone to tell us how to enter the hotel. The staff didn't tell that there is additional key for the door.

• Barbara (3/5): Es stellte sich die Frage, warum es Hotel heißen darf, und nicht Pension heißen muss. Nicht nochmal! - Zentrale Lage, Bus und U-Bahn vor der Tür. Bäckereien für ein kleines Frühstück vor der Tür. Deshalb habe ich außer Haus preisgünstig gefrühstückt. Bett war okay, habe gut geschlafen und Preis ist sicherlich auch okay. Gebäude uralt, dunkle Gänge, Hinterzimmer die mit Wand geteilt wurden. Fließend Wasser nur aus Pumpanlagen, die bei jedem Gebrauch unheimlichen Krach machen. Sehr hellhörig, Duschen, Laufen (knarrende Dielen) vom Nachbarzimmet waren intensiv zu hören.
• Monika (5/5): Daumen runter - Die Betten waren bequem Zimmer war eher nicht so toll. wir waren vor ca 15 Jahren mit 4 Personen in einem Familienzimmer, das war toll, deshalb haben wir dieses Hotel nochmal gebucht. Der Preis hat uns gelockt, wir wussten, dass wir eher nur zum Schlafen hier sind, aber auch da fühlt man sich nicht wohl. Das Bad ist das Letzte, Dusche dreckig, Gläser dreckig, den Fußboden wollte man nie barfuß betreten. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte da, aber eine Putzfrau hat unser Zimmer nicht betreten, obwohl der Putzwagen vor der Tür stand. Schade. Das Zimmer wäre für 5, die Betten okay, die Schlafcouch, ekelig. Kein TV, keine Infos im Zimmer übers Hotel/Notruf etc. . Der Blick an die Decke und an die Wände grausig. Schade, so ein Etagenhotel hat Berliner Altbau Flair, was wir toll finden. Aber hier möchte man nur raus und wir wissen ja, dass es auch hier anders ging.

• Michelle (4/5): - Die Lage ist super. Das Personal von heute Morgen war deutlich kompetenter und super lieb. Sie hat uns in den Frühstücksraum begleitet und uns alles gezeigt. (06.04.2026) Der Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem absolut inakzeptablen Zustand. Der Zahnputzbecher vom vorherigen Gast stand noch dort und war nicht gereinigt, und im Waschbecken befanden sich sichtbare Rückstände, unter anderem Zahnpasta. Der Mülleimer war oben komplett verschmutzt und insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt. Dazu kamen Haare, die sich vom Toilettenbereich bis zum Waschbecken gezogen haben. Der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt und wirkte unhygienisch. Auch das Bett war nicht in Ordnung. Die Matratze war stark durchgelegen und die Bettdecke hatte Brandflecken, was wirklich nicht nicht geht. Zusätzlich war die Toilettenspülung im Zimmer 115 extrem laut und kaum auszuhalten. Wir haben das Personal auf die Probleme angesprochen, in der Hoffnung auf eine Lösung. Die Reaktion beschränkte sich jedoch darauf, etwas Reiniger in die Toilette zu geben, weitere Maßnahmen wurden nicht ergriffen. Insgesamt hatte ich leider nicht den Eindruck, dass hier ausreichend auf Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer geachtet wird.

• Anh Tuan (7/5): It's fine for business trip - The breakfast is choice is not vary. It keeps the same for my 5 days The pillow and blankets would be better as they are too thin. One day, they provided me with an old and torn towel. They should provide a lamp on the working desk. Its not bright enough to work.
• Victoria (1/5): Schrecklich - Nur die Damen am Empfang Lügen des Managers und die gesamte Ausstattung der Zimmer. Man sieht es anhand der Fotos in den neuen Bewertungen der Kunden . Keine Matratze, ich musste auf Boxen eines Boxspringbettes schlafen! Die Box hatte sogar zusätzlich defekte Federn. Ich hatte vor Anreise sogar nach einem Topper gefragt und musste dann wie eine Ausgestoßene übernachten. Im neuen Zimmer lagen im Blumenkasten auf dem Balkon Zigaretten und das Zimmer mit Gardinen und Auslegeware stank so nach kaltem Rauch, dass ich eine allergische Reaktion hatte und mein Auge sich anfühlte als hätte ich Holzsplitter drin und mein Gesicht anschwillt! Ich wollte Urlaub machen! Der Manager log am Telefon Booking an und sagte der Rauch käme aus einem Nachbarzimmer obwohl es mir vor Ort bestätigt wurde vom Personal. Dann sagte er noch, dass ich ja nur 140€ zahle...es sind 149€ und mein Geld, dafür habe ich das Recht vernünftig zu schlafen.

• Ulrike (1/5): Horrible, full of drain flies in the bathroom. - There where drain flies all over the bathroom. And when I talked to the person at the desk I was told “that happens if you leave the window open”. The bathroom did not have a window and I didn’t open it. He gave me some bug spray to kill them. When I went to him again telling him that more just kept coming he told me he could die nothing about it. It was horrible I stay in hotels all over Berlin regularly but have never seen bugs or flies in any hotel.

• 452darind (2/5): Incredibly average would be a compliment for this place - Unfortunately I have to agree with many of the reason reviews. The place was dirty, worn out, in major need of a complete facelift! You can see that at one time it was worth the neighborhood it's in. Here I was thinking I was being surrounded by Chanell and Rolex stores. And a lot more of those high-end stores in the area. But when I got to the hotel I felt like I was in the lowest rent district of the east side. I think I would've rather stayed in a hostel! And I typically try to see the best in things if you read my other reviews you'll see that I'm very honest about things. But I will avoid this place at all costs in the future
• Kerstin (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Lage war gut. Hotel war preiswert. Es war ein muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, das Zimmer war ohne Heizkörper, es wurde, als man ankam, ein Elektroheizkörper angestellt. Im Bad waren die Fugen und der Duschvorhang schimmelig, so dass es stark nach Schimmel roch. Auf dem Kissenbezug lagen Haare einer anderen Person. Das Kissen-Inlay hatte ältere Blutflecke, auch die Decke war fleckig. Als man um Austausch bat, reagierte der Hotelbesitzer unfreundlich, tauschte es aber aus. Das Frühstück bestand u.a. aus bereits saurer Milch und seit einem Monat abgelaufenen Joghurts sowie Cornflakes, die aneinander klebten. Ansonsten ein Teller mit Salatblättern und Paprikastücken, der ok war und 2 Sorten Käse sowie 2-3 Sorten Wurst. Jedoch waren auch die Küche und der Kühlschrank dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Bett war durchgelegen, die Matratze hatte dort, wo die Hüfte lag, eine tiefe Kuhle. Das Bettgestell war löchrig und knartschte bei jeder Bewegung. Die Dielen knartschten auch laut, wenn jemand darüber ging, so dass man nachts aufwachte, wenn andere Gäste in Flur vorbei gingen. Einmal verschwand beim Lichtanmachen ein Ungeziefer in den Fugen der Diele. Die Toilettenspülung war ebenfalls sehr laut und weckte einen. Als man einen Tag eher auscheckte, gab es keine Kulanz des Hotelbesitzers, man musste trotzdem alle Tage bezahlen. Das gesamte Mobiliar war aus den 60ern mit defekten Stellen. Die Fenster waren einfach verglast jedoch dafür Doppelfenster. Die Tür hatte auch defekte Stellen.

Acomodação: Quarto escuro, estilo antigo, paredes de madeira, teto Eucatex com falhas, chuveiro quebrado, carpete com aspecto de sujo.

• Uwe (5/5): War OK - Die Lage direkt am Kurfürstendamm TV / Duschen nur mit sehr viel Lärm , auch das benutzen des WC war mit sehr viel Lärm verbunden. sollte alles mal überholt werden, keine Heizung im Zimmer nur ein Radiator/ Heizkörper. Mülleimer sollten aus getauscht werden weil sie bereits Roststellen haben Duschen war schlecht da die Brause nicht fest zu stellen ging und man ständig den Duschvorhang am Körper hatte. Denke das Hotel ist in Russischer Hand in Russland sieht man das mit den Reparaturen wahrscheinlich etwas anders als in Deutschland lieber flicken statt zu erneuern. Lage perfekt Personal nett und bemüht, wenn man das Hotel nur zum schlafen nutzt ist es ausreichend aber halt nicht perfekt.

• Melanie (5/5): Kurzer unbefriedigender Abstecher - Die Lage war soweit ganz gut. Es gab eine U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür. Zudem waren dort auch Parkmöglichkeiten, leider keine eigenen kostenlosen von dem Hotel selbst, aber es gab zumindest die Möglichkeit dort zu Parken. Das große Handtuch was ich hatte, war nicht wirklich sauber. Dort waren sichtbar Flecken dran. Es befand sich zwar ein Haartrockner im Bad aber keine Steckdose. Die nächste Steckdose befand sich außerhalb des Bads und das Kabel reichte nicht bis dorthin sodass ich den Haartrockner leider nicht nutzen konnte, was mich sehr verärgert hatte, da es draußen auch sehr frisch war und ich tendenziell unabhängig davon, gerne meine Haare geföhnt hätte da ich längeres Haar habe. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes und für den Preis von 50€ für die beiden Male nicht sehr groß ausgefallen.

Worst hotel experience ever! Room itself was extremely basic. No curtains and you couldn't stand up in the shower because of a slanted roof. Only offered a voucher, no refund.

• Turchinsky (1/5): It is most disgusting hotel I have seen in my life! - Location We got a very dirty, stinky room with terrible mattresses. The room was looking like shelter for homeless people! We came late and the administrator was not in the place, so we could not even complain. Next day morning, we complained and asked to cancel our stay in the hotel as it was disgusting hotel. It did not fit the descriptions and pictures that they published. Instead of satisfying our request, the administrator proposed us another room, more clean, but also with these terrible mattresses. We refused and left the hotel.

• Ricardo Rene (4/5): Publicidad engañosa - Demasiada engañosa la publicación del hotel. Te dicen que puedes quedarte en el piso X y es más barato, luego al llegar te dicen que no hay acceso a ese piso para luego acabar pagando otra cantidad adicional para poder quedarte hasta donde si hay acceso, y por último, solo reciben efectivo.

• Yveline (2/5): - Absolument horrible, un véritable "trou à rats". Chambre de 15 m² sans rien, pas de TV, pas de frigo, une seule lampe de chevet au mur, pas de dossier pour les lits, salle de bain minuscule, moquette élimée, etc. Honteux de louer cette chose pour 78 euros!!!
• Hadi (6/5): - Alles war in Ordnung und ich kann mich an keine Kommentare von mir erinnern. Ich mache diese Reservierung zum zweiten Mal im selben Hotel. Ich finde es wunderbar.
• Xolani (1/5): HORRIBLE - Nothing it was just an awful experience The wifi was not working. The room was beyond standard. I requested a double bed only to receive 3 single beds with one badly made up. The bathtub /shower was just horrible. The food for the whole stay it was the same no changes. The room was not properly cleaned
