AussieTravelCouple (10/5): Outstanding - Modern hotel in a great location, close to most tourist attractions. We spent two nights while entering Vietnam and a further night upon leaving. Executive king rooms, with lounge access. Our eight year old daughter slept on the courtesy sofa bed. Lounge access is good but limited, hot and cold dishes, with beer, red or white wine, a few spirits but no cocktails. Nice city views from the lounge also from the rooftop bar one bar a floor above. Breakfast is really good, very big selection of Western and Eastern dishes. Swimming pool is okay, unfortunately doesn't catch much sun but we enjoyed it after a days of tourism. We would definitely return to the Novotel.

aikhengc (8/5): Convenient location, strong executive lounge experience, and a reliable stay in Saigon - This was my first stay at Novotel Saigon Centre, as I usually stay at Pullman Saigon Centre, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel’s location is very strategic. During my 5D4N stay, I had several meetings and was able to walk about 1 km to my meeting venue, which made the trip very convenient and efficient. The room is not as spacious as some other hotels, but it is well-equipped and has everything I needed for a business stay. The work desk is not very deep, so it is not the most ideal setup if you have a lot of devices, but it was still manageable for me. One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the executive lounge. In my opinion, it is one of the better lounges I have experienced. It offers all-day beverages, pastries, and fruits, which was very helpful for my schedule. As I had a mix of back-to-back virtual and physical meetings, it was very convenient to stop by for a quick lunch while continuing to work. The evening cocktail service was also good, with a decent variety of food and drinks. The gym is fine and the equipment is in good condition. My only comment is that the air quality in the gym room could be improved, as there was a noticeable smell. Also, towels were only provided at the swimming pool level downstairs, which was a little less convenient. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. No complaints there. Most importantly, the crew members were kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, this was a solid stay and I would gladly return on my next trip to Saigon. A thumbs up to the team.

sp1005 (8/5): Functional but small room. - We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms are small, and there aren’t enough lifts to cater to the number of guests. Three lifts servicing 20 floors so as you can imagine there was some long waits at busy times. Breakfast was good . We also experienced the spa and was a great experience.

Rooftop bar which can get a little busy (allow time particularly to pay), drinks pricey but there is a happy hour. Staff efficient and helpful. Hotel is reasonable walking distance from book street, markets, post office etc.

Passenger47887995867 (10/5): Buffet dinner for birthday celebration - We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a buffet dinner at Novotel Saigon Centre and were very satisfied with the experience. The food selection was diverse, drinks were freshly mixed and delicious, and the desserts were excellent. There was also a cupcake decorating station for kids, which was a lovely bonus. The space was quiet, clean, and private — perfect for a birthday celebration. We truly appreciated the complimentary birthday cake, cocktails, mocktails, and a special dish from the kitchen. A joyful and happy experience. Highly recommended for special occasions.

Its located in district 3 but is nearby and I feel the location is rather more luxurious and open. Walkable to few restaurants and supermarkets. Very spacious rooms and clean. Service is prompt and staff is cooperative. Nice coffee by the way it has in its restaurant. Veg options in breakfast could be increased.

While it was informed that the room will have city view, the one given to us was facing the back-end of the building with no view at all. Also the room configuration wasn’t optimum as such. Thank you Hai and Tien for being very accomodating and always willing to assist not only me but also other guests as well as I observed them.
RonTang (6/5): A Hop & Skip from District 1 - We decided to give this Hotel in Saigon a try. We were both delighted and somewhat disappointed. We were delighted that the hotel’s location isn’t too far from the main attractions located within District 1. There is a GS25 (24-hr convenience store) situated right opposite of the hotel. It is also not far from the pink cathedral and some pretty good local eateries. All within walking distance. We were delighted that our Executive Suite is clean and spacious. However, the couch in the living area is far from comfortable. We were delighted that our room is equipped with Smart TVs and we were able to connect to our Netflix account easily. We were disappointed during the check-in process. I have had to wait for some time to be registered, despite being a Gold Accor Plus member. Fortunately, a staff came from the back-end to help me with the registration. Upon noticing that I have priority check-in, she ushered me to Level 19 to perform the rest of the formalities. Level 19 is also where the hotel’s executive lounge is located. As I had to wait a little for my room to be cleaned, I did so in the executive lounge. There should be a way for Accor hotels to be able to identify guests with priority check-in. When the key cards were handed to me, I was disappointed to find out that they did not give me a room on the executive floors (i.e. Level 15 to 20). But since we were going to be there only for two nights, and that our room was on Level 14, we decided to not make an issue. We were also disappointed during breakfast. Breakfast is served from 6.00 am to 10.30 am. On the first visit, we were at the cafe around 9.00 am. We noticed that only very limited quantities of Dim Sum were made available in the steamer at any one time. On the second visit, we were at the cafe around 8.30 am. The watermelon juice had ran out and was not replenished. The dim sum or whatever was in the steamer were no more and not replenished. It was a lack luster breakfast for a brand of hotel in Vietnam under the Accor group. 2 other hotels under the same group which we had stayed before and are regulars, served way better breakfast spreads. We may return in some future time to give the hotel another chance because we believe they are able to do better. I would still recommend the hotel to friends because of its location. Kindly consider our feedback and hope improvements are noticeable when we return.

Mr_Viehnna (8/5): Good Stay with Great Highlights - I recently stayed at Novotel Saigon Centre and had an overall very good experience. I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to the Executive Floor, which offered a fantastic view from the 16th floor. Check in and check out was quick and friendly. The rooftop bar was truly a highlight — breathtaking views combined with excellent cocktails prepared by the outstanding bartender Hung. Breakfast was another strong point, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. There are, however, two areas that could be improved. The pool is rather small and only partially open to the outside, giving it more of an indoor-feel. Additionally, the service team at the pool bar would benefit from further training to meet the hotel’s otherwise high standards.
4travelers09 (10/5): Great Hotel and Staff. Amazing Breakfast. - Had a great 3 day stay at the Novotel Saigon Centre Hotel. The location was great and the staff were wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was very good. They call it breakfast, but it’s really like a lunch buffet with so many options. My favorite was the day they had potatoes called Wisconsin Potatoes. I had to laugh, since we are from Wisconsin. They had the potatoes, onions and sausage correct, but we wouldn’t put green beans in it, and it would be covered with Cheese Curds. Next time we stay there, I will bring them some cheese curds. Would like to thank Hang in the restaurant for making us feel so welcome and sharing her time with us. Will definitely stay here again.

kimnR8223HO (10/5): Enjoyed my long stay here very much - My mother and I enjoyed staying at this Novotel hotel very much. We stayed for 5 nights first then came back and stayed another 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Hung was particularly helpful with all my requests and questions. Highly recommend this hotel for your family or business stays.

Odyssey52124933128 (10/5): Wonderful experience - The buffet at Food Exchange is a hidden gem in Saigon! The seafood selection was incredibly fresh—especially the prawns and oysters. I also loved the variety of international dishes, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. What really stood out was the balance between local Vietnamese specialties and global cuisine. The desserts were also exceptional, the staffs Tram, Tuong and Hao are so helpful and friendly. I will be back soon!

The seafood was super fresh and delicious — especially the oysters, prawns, and grilled dishes. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and everything was beautifully presented. A special thanks to Cát Tường and Vĩ Hào for their friendly and attentive service — they made the evening even more enjoyable. Great value for money and definitely one of the best seafood buffets in Saigon. Highly recommend it! 🌟🦞
dominikwrb (10/5): Smooth experience - We stayed two nights at Novotel in the central Saigon and enjoyed it very much. We had a Premium Deluxe room which was well equppied and spacious with a stunning view. We encountered no issues during our stay. The reception was helpful and staff at the gym and swimming pool as well. Particularly one concierge staff, Nhơn, made our stay more comfortable and patiently helped us find alternative transportation ways to Cần Thơ - our next destination. Also, the cleaning staff definitely work very hard - they left our rooms very clean each time. The hotel has a modestly equipped gym, a pretty long swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. They also offer spa and massage services but we didn't try them at this occasion. We experienced no issues with storing our luggage safely at the reception after the check out too. We would happily recommend everyone staying here. It was a smooth experience.
