• Matthew (7/5): Worth it overall, close to everything but it’s a small space. - It’s proximity to everything. Most of the things we wanted to see in Barcelona were within 25 minutes. It was smaller than we thought (Compared to the photos).

E até agora não me devolveram nada do valor que eu paguei, gostaria de receber ao algum valor, não acho justo eles ficarem com o valor total que eu paguei pela estadia.

• Irene (7/5): Decent for younger people, I am just far too old for this kind of place - Easy to access with the codes, and the lockers were large and very useful. There was complimentary coffee and tea, and access to a communal kitchen and fridge. There is also a bathroom in the common area, so you can use it even after check out. There is a kettle in your room as well. Being right next to the Passeig de Gràcia metro and train stations is unbeatable for this price, and this particular street is not as busy. The internet did not work well at all. It failed to connect repeatedly, blinking in and out for a bit and then going so slowly that it wasn't worth the effort. Sometimes the network appeared as open, and sometimes it had a password, which felt very off. As soon as you come in, you get hit with the overwhelming scent of a cheap strawberry room diffuser. There was also one in my room, but it was older, so at least it didn't smell too strongly. My room was #6. It had a window that faced directly into a wall. There was absolutely no natural light coming in, but you could hear the traffic and outside noise very clearly, so it felt counterproductive.

• Tamta (9/5): Fantastic Location, Pleasant Stay Overall - The location is excellent, right in the city center and within easy walking distance of Plaça Catalunya and the Sagrada Família, which made getting around Barcelona incredibly convenient. I hardly needed to use public transportation at all. The place itself was clean and well-maintained overall. All the facilities worked without any major issues, and the staff were responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The instructions provided were clear and made the stay very smooth. Overall, I had a very enjoyable three-night stay and would happily recommend this place for its location, convenience, and friendly service. There were a few minor areas that could use some attention, such as a couple of light bulbs not working and the bathroom door needing a bit of effort to close properly. However, these were small details and didn’t significantly affect my stay.
• Roman (4/5): - Розташування та що є кава безкоштовна Процес заселення зайняв близько півтори години через плутанину з оплатою: спочатку кошти були списані через сервіс бронювання, після чого їх повторно вимагало помешкання. Увесь цей час ми змушені були чекати в холі без жодної чіткої інформації. Після цього нам надали код доступу, але й тут виникли проблеми: одну кімнату вдалося відкрити одразу, іншу — лише через 30 хвилин. Умови проживання не відповідали очікуванням: телевізор не працював належним чином, канали довелося налаштовувати самостійно, YouTube не підключався до інтернету. У ванній кімнаті двері не зачинялися. Ми бронювали дві кімнати з балконом, але фактично лише одна відповідала опису. Друга мала вигляд на стіну, що важко назвати балконом у повноцінному розумінні. Чистота також була незадовільною: на ліжку були волоски, килим виглядав непропилососеним. Окремо варто відзначити відсутність рецепції та персоналу, а також неможливість залишити речі після виселення (виїзд до 11:00). З урахуванням вартості (96 євро + міський податок по 15 євро з людини) рівень сервісу є неприйнятним. Єдиний плюс — зручне розташування.

• marjorie (1/5): HORRIBLE - rien du tout les mur étaient moisis, nous n’avions pas d’électricité à notre arrivé, les serviettes ne sont pas changer tout les jours, le lit était taché et ils nous ont pas changer les draps alors que nous l’avions demander à plusieurs reprises, nous avons appeler la réception mais nous n’avons pas eu de réponse, et le pompon il nous disait de mettre nos valise dans un autre hôtel alors que vous vous nous aviez dit de les laisser à l’hôtel directement dans les casiers, du foutage de gueule cet hôtel plus jamais à fuit

Soiteltiin asiasta monta kertaa ja asia luvattiin hoitaa. Kahdessa päivässä asiaa ei kuitenkaan hoidettu. Onneksi käytävällä oli vessa jota jouduimme käyttämään.

• Rebecca (10/5): - Prima di arrivare ero un po’ preoccupata per alcune recensioni negative, ma in realtà sono rimasta molto sorpresa in positivo. La struttura era pulita, ordinata e profumata. La camera moderna, con una doccia grande e tutto l’occorrente, oltre al bagno in camera. Molto comode anche le aree comuni con cucina, frigo e macchinetta del caffè, e il phon già disponibile in camera. Check-in con codice semplice e veloce, e abbiamo potuto lasciare gratuitamente gli zaini negli armadietti. Esperienza decisamente positiva!

• Alonso (4/5): Buena ubicaciones / descuidado y dejadez en las instalaciones - Ubicación Estuvimos 3 noches ,la ubicación es excelente ,pero las instalaciones de la habitación y el trato por parte del personal a la hora de tener algún problema deja mucho que desear. Las instalaciones de la habitación y el baño dejan mucho que desear ,desde el primer momento se me comentó vía WhatsApp los problemas que habia en las tres noches que estuvimos pagando 443€ no se solucionó nada,es más la primera vez que se comunico contestaron pero luego ya nunca más volvieron a contestar . Por ejemplo en la “alfombra” de la ducha habia tornillos oxidados (adjunto foto ) ,es evidente que eso no era nuevo,se comunico y nadie vino a quitarlos / cambiarlos . La tv pon funcionaba porque la señal wifi no llegaba a la habitación e ídem de ídem . Se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle,parecía que la ventana estaba abierta,y en general se veía un descuido absoluto (adjunto fotos) Sin duda por el precio tan elevado que tienen optaría por otra cosa

• jean pierre (7/5): dommage ; bien équipé mais sale - la situation géographique, l'équipement, le confort du lit, la tranquilité, la cuisine commune la propreté, Les lits étaient propres et confortables, et la robineterie fonctionnait normalement : juste l'essentiel. quant au reste : moquette tachée, revètement mural sale, moissure dans la salle de bains. Dommage car une petite restauration ferait l'affaire.

Sobre todo destaco por whatsapp el trato con Ramiro y en el hotel con Alicia (la chica de limpieza), siempre amables y predispuestos. Excelente ubicacion, cerca de todo sin necesidad de tomarte metro. Restaurantes de calidad cerca y para comer barato y rico "campanillo" y "kevabrö", barato y llenador. Lleno de opciones. En demandant à un des personnels, sa réponse a été que les chambres sont toutes équipées et a proposé de quitter avant la fin de séjour et sans remboursement. En contactant l'établissement par e-mail, la réponse a été standard et ne répond pas au contexte de la demande d'un changement de chambre! Ainsi, le prix de 1068.94 € pour cinq nuits ( 27 février au 4 mars) dans un tel hôtel inconfortable n'est pas convenable.

Quizás sea un poco caro, pero el lugar y la experiencia, inolvidable. Me gustó todo, el precio quizás un poco caro pero la experiencia lo vale.

• Christos (4/5): - The location was perfect. No soundproofing at all, we had 2 socket covers falling off the wall al the time, the washbasin was clogged, the TV did t have wifi( despite the 2 messagesand a writen note i left), the heating was broken at our room.
• Sarah (9/5): - The self check in with entry codes provided on the day worked perfectly. The room was quite spacious and a hairdryer and a kettle with a range of teas were provided. There was also a coffee machine in reception. The bed was comfortable. The area is very attractive. There was no view (just a wall and a little daylight), but I know this is quite common in this area due to the way the buildings are constructed. I received a reminder to check out by 11am on the second night of a three-night stay. I think this reminder should be sent the evening before check out because I then I had to contact the property to make sure they had the correct check-out day.

• Karin (8/5): Superlocatie, fijn hotel. - De locatie was super! Overal op loopafstand vandaan en meteen leuke restaurantjes zodra je de deur uit loopt. Mooie entree. Het had wel wat schoner gekund. Op het oog was het schoon maar als je beter keek was het niet heel schoon. Was een zithoekje maar deze was erg klein en voegde eigenlijk niks toe. Boven ons was het erg rumoerig. Daar renden steeds kinderen heen en weer.

• noemi (8/5): Buenas relación calidad precio aunque la habitación sea algo pequeña. - La cama era muy cómoda y la televisión enorme. El personal muy amable, además había un pequeño balcón que siempre viene bien. Zona común bonita y servicio de taquillas gratuito. La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño también.
• VINCENZA (4/5): - Ottima posizione. Dietro L angolo trovi casa Batlló e La Pedrera… la struttura dista 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Quartiere molto tranquillo La pecca della digitalizzazione. Purtroppo da subito abbiamo avuto problemi col codice di accesso alla camera. Non avendo la chiave, ma un semplice tastierino touch, ogni qualvolta dovevamo rientrare in stanza dovevo contattare l assistenza e farmi aprire da remoto… sono arrivata di venerdì primo pomeriggio e, fino al check out (lunedì), il problema non mi è mai stato risolto. Solo domenica sera (il check out era alle ore 11 del lunedì) é arrivata una persona a consegnarmi un “gettone” che, appoggiato al tastierino touch, permetteva l ingresso in stanza. Nonostante l assistenza sia stata sempre abbastanza celere, questa cosa c ha disturbati parecchio!
• Alex (3/5): Sense aigua calenta - El millor del lloc és l'emplaçament, és a prop del centre i davant del pàrking on tenia aparcat el cotxe. Havia d'arribar a Barcelona per la tarda, descansar i seguir el meu camí en cotxe al matí següent. Per això vaig triar aquest "hotel" que tenia davant d'on havia deixat el cotxe. Tot va començar malament perquè en comptes d'arribar a les 18:00h, es va endarrerir el meu vol i vaig acabar arribant gairebé a les 21:00h. Teníem dues habitacions i un dels codis no funcionava, el de l'habitació 2, maleïda habitació 2... això es va solucionar ràpidament a través de whatsapp i vaig poder entrar-hi. El primer que volia fer era dutxar-me, abans de sortir a sopar, no vaig aconseguir que sortís aigua calenta, ho vaig comunicar a les 21:03h, em van contestar a les 22:34h dient que si continuava el problema que ho comuniqués, vaig contestar als 10 minuts dient que havia provat totes les combinacions possibles de les aixetes i que no sortia aigua, però no em van dir res més fins les 23:55h que una altra persona entrava al torn. Aquesta persona em va dir que ho comunicava i que enviarien un tècnic el més aviat possible. A les 8:30h del matí no havia vingut ningú, jo havia de marxar i seguir el camí en cotxe, els vaig tornar a dir que encara no hi havia aigua calenta, però que ja no podia esperar més i havia de marxar. Em demanen disculpes. Fins aquí vaig pensar, bé, pot passar, vaig arribar molt tard al vespre i han pogut localitzar un tècnic que pogués venir. Només he estat una nit, si hagués estat més temps ho haguessin solucionat. M'han demanat disculpes, està bé. Però no acaba aquí, a les 11:02h quan jo ja no podia estar a l'hotel perquè el checkout és fins les 11:00h (igualment jo ja no era a Barcelona) m'envien un whatsapp dient que era jo el que feia servir malament les aixetes i que sí que hi havia aigua calenta. És a dir, que soc tonto i que no sé fer servir l'aixeta.... Això em va fer posar molt furiós i vaig començar a veure els reviews i en alguns d'ells ja diuen que no hi ha aigua calenta. Sort que va ser només una nit!
