• MariaIzabella (9/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Frühstück hat mich überrascht, da ich auch andere Erfahrungen in Italien gemacht habe, es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues dabei. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren anscheinend neu renoviert und es war auch alles in Ordnung bis auf die fehlende Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Im Hotel waren Umbauarbeiten, das hat aber nicht wirklich gestört bis auf die Tatsache dass am Abend das Wasser nicht wirklich heiß wurde, ich denke es war aufgrund der Arbeiten. Was mich noch gestört hat ist dass trotz der im Zimmer angekündigten Bemühungen um die Umwelt,jeden Tag alle Handtücher gewechselt worden sind.Das müsste wirklich nicht sein.

Amas de poubelles devant l’entrée, fils électriques sortant du plafond à la réception, travaux avec matériel et ouvrier à l’entrée, ascenseur lent et abîmé, peintre à l’œuvre à l’étage de la chambre, chambre rénovée mais aucune lumière naturelle, pas d’espace pour déposer affaires près du lavabo, eau tiède dans une douche mal conçue, petit déjeuner dans salle trop petite, yogourt mauvais par une machine, pain déjà coupé par manque de place, etc

It was supposed to be a junior suite but there was no mirror or any facilities in the small room! Also there was a lot of renovations going on! It will be wonderful when finished! But the stairs covered in dust from the work!

El hotel estaba en obras pero se nota que va a mejorar mucho y las obras realmente no fueron obstaculo para nuestra estancia aunque solo estuvimos un dia. El desayuno muy bueno. Habia reservado una junior suite que no me pudieron dar por problemas con el aire acondicionado y a cambio me ofrecieron una habitacion adicional, me parecio muy bien ese detalle. El aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso.
• Viorel (8/5): a very good trip to Rome - Helpful and friendly staff, great location, close to Roma Termini and many restaurants in proximity. Good connections to subway and public transportation network. Walking distance to Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. We had a triple room – was large, clean with very good facilities. The breakfast – although server at the nearby partner hotel – was reach and served in a good atmosphere. At the time of our visit the hotel was under renovation; the room wasn’t affected (it seems the room renovation was already done) but the entire lobby & reception was under reconstruction with the associated dirt and mess. This lead also to have the breakfast at a partner hotel located just nearby. We spend most of the time visiting Rome, it wasn’t a big issue since the room was clean and very well equipped and maintained, but I still believe they should have told / worn us before the visit. Another unusual aspect – be ready to block a 100 Euro “room warranty” ; it was for the first time when we need to pay upfront such a warranty. The money were released one month after the check out.

On est rapidement partout et surtout proche de la gare pour tous les trains de l’aéroport, du métro et de la gare des bus. L’hôtel est en rénovation donc il sera sûrement très bien par la suite. Les chambres sont bien décorées. Il y a des bons petits restaurants juste à côté parfait après une longue journée de visite Notre lit était vraiment trop petit. Je pense que c’était un 120 ou 140… vraiment trop petit pour 2.

• Claudia (8/5): Perfect option for Rome - Great location, walking distance to Termini and so many beautiful Rome historical buildings. Renovated room, perfect for the night. * Unfortunately there was some renovation going on in the lobby on my short stay, which made it a little annoying, but it is nice that the hotel is getting refreshed ;) Lift is superrrr slow.. luckily I’m fit and used the stairs most of the time. I suppose they will also renovate it as well ;)
• Ann-Christine (8/5): Mycket nöjd med hotellet, rekommenderas! - Fina nyrenoverade rum. Fräscht badrum och mycket bra städning. Tyst och lugnt trots det mycket centrala läget. Mycket bra frukost. Renovering i lobbyn så det fanns dåligt med plats att sitta. Bara en hiss igång, men vi såg att det installerats en till hiss som inte var klar än. Deposition tas ut vid ankomst på 100 euro.

Sheets, towels and room in 3rd floor was very good except for a bad smell coming up from the drains, which I did not expect being newly refurbished. You could smell it even when ac was on and room had just been made.

For all site seeing It was getting renovated , which is fine .got still in the lift for 20 mins 😬 tne older man on desk wasn’t apologetic , was quite miserable . We did get a bigger room as first room was small with small bed .i didn’t realize I booked a small room but they did change us as we were upset about stuck in lift !
• Martin (5/5): Very nice room in a renovation building site - The size of the Deluxe Room (607) that I had was huge with a nice balcony. I'm not sure if that was an upgrade on what I booked but it was very nice & modern. Currently (May 2026) the hotel is a building site with renovations going on everywhere. No mention was made of this on their website & booking.com. But worse, no apologies given by the staff for the state of the place. When I left, I collected my luggage & asked the reception staff whether there was a place to sit while I wait for my car that will come at 12:00 (booked 2+ weeks before with booking). This request was ignored but unknown to me they ordered a taxi for me that arrived the same time as my car. Understandably the taxi driver wasn't happy but blamed me for the confusion.😱 I'm sure this was a 'lost in translation'- type mistake but that & the lack of apology for the renovations makes me question the quality of the staff & generally rate the hotel much lower. Hopefully post renovations, others will have better experiences.

• Wai Fun (7/5): It will be a good hotel when the renovation is done. - Close to subway and train, newly renovated room, clean, firm bed, friendly staffs, big room, good breakfast. Pillows were flat, not enough hot water when we took showers after 10:00 pm, AC was too cold and no instructions to set it higher than the preset 21 degrees Celsius.

• Aaron (1/5): Absolutely terrible. Do not stay at this hotel. - Absolutely nothing. The hotel was undergoing major construction works during our stay, and this was not properly disclosed at the time of booking. This was far beyond minor renovation — there was active building work taking place, including workers and plastering in reception while guests were checking in. Dust was everywhere, including on our luggage, and as someone with asthma I found the environment very uncomfortable. Several advertised facilities were also unavailable, including the bar, restaurant, lounge area, and café. We were only informed after arrival that some services would need to be used at another property nearby. This should have been made clear before booking. The room itself also had issues. The air conditioning was either not functioning properly or unavailable despite being advertised, making the room far too warm to sleep comfortably, and there was no hot water one morning. The most disappointing part was the lack of communication and accountability afterwards. I raised the issues both during and after the stay and did not receive any meaningful resolution from the hotel.

• Elvira (9/5): Хорошее место по приемлемой цене и с достойным уровнем обслуживания - Отличное месторасположение, в 5ти минутах неспешным шагом от жд вокзала Термини. Отель находится в тихом переулке, отличная шумоизоляция в номере. Завтраки отличные, вкусный кофе. Для желающих в ресторане было даже холодное игристое вино. Рядом много мест, где можно перекусить, есть небольшие маркеты для приобретения товаров первой необходимости. Отель находится в состоянии реконструкции- через 2 мес планируют запустить второй лифт, расширить зону ресепшн. Ремонтные работы не мешали проживанию. Соотношение цена-качество хорошее. Если не обращать внимания на мелочи, и не требовать от 3х звездочного отеля уровня 5ки, то будут отличные впечатления! В нашем номере ( к слову- с новейшим ремонтом), к сожалению, с первого дня не работал кондиционер. Нам предоставили вентилятор, как временную меру. До самого выселения кондиционер так и не отремонтировали. Повезло, что погода была достаточно прохладная, духоты не ощущали. Спали с открытым окном, окна выходили в закрытый двор (типа, колодца)- тихо, но и особого ветра там тоже нет. Наверное, могли бы переселить в другой номер, но мы не настаивали, тк были там всего 4 дня. Это не сказалось на нашем общем впечатлении.

Bon petit déjeuner. Climatiseur très bruyant en chambre. Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite (surement à cause des travaux). Pas de Yaourt frais au petit déjeuner (une machine distribue une copie semi-liquide de yaourt de mauvaise qualité. Jamais vu dans d'autres hôtels), pas de chocolat en poudre pour les enfants. Peu de chaines TV française (3).

O entorno está muito bom para se andar de dia, estivemos em 3 amigas senhoras e nós sentimos seguras. Um bom chuveiro, bons colchões e travesseiros, roupas de cama, espaço e conforto. Café da manhã muito bom! Muito perto da Basílica de Santa Maria Maggiore. Tudo estava ok

• JORGE ROBERTO (10/5): La zona excelente - La verdad es un hotel muy lindo, están reaccionando, pero está bueno Creo que deberían tener en cuenta lo siguiente. Tienen una bañera pero yo consideraría colocar alguna barra para poder ingresar o salir por seguridad, hay que tener en cuenta que siempre hay personas mayores y si se caen el hotel podría tener graves inconveniente. Es solo un comentario por seguridad.

• ANDREA (9/5): - Hemos estado alojados recientemente en el hotel y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La habitación era nueva, muy bonita, cómoda y estaba todo perfecto. La ubicación es genial, cerca de todo y con la estación Termini al lado, lo que facilita muchísimo los desplazamientos. ¡Genial, genial! Por otro lado, el personal es encantador. Tuvimos especialmente más trato con un chico del turno de noche (no sabemos su nombre), que fue muy profesional, atento y muy simpático en todo momento. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. En general, el hotel es muy bonito y se nota que está recién reformado. Recomendación 100%. Por poner un pequeño pero, el agua de la ducha no salía del todo caliente, y solo una de las noches pudimos ducharnos con normalidad.

Fomos muito mal antendidos pela Funcionária Valentina, experiencia pésima, horrorosa, asquerosa. E isso contribui em muito para que a estadia fosse péssima,

• Lioncavallo (10/5): Muy recomendable - El hotel es excelente, las instalaciones están limpias, el cuarto es cómodo, y el colchón muy cómodo. La ubicación es cerca a la estación de tren y tranquila. El personal es excelente, sobre todo nino que nos ayudó mucho en nuestra estadía. Recomiendo mucho.

Allowed us to check in slightly early with no fuss which was very much appreciated. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others. Nothing to dislike
