- JalisonD (4/5): Very disappointing - Very disappointed with this hotel. Stayed after being recommended by a friend but it would seem it has gone very downhill in standards since she stayed. Requested and paid for extra bed. Confirmed at reception on arrival. Got to room no extra bed. It was brought up but after having to prove we had a booked and paid for it, despite being confirmed on check in. Main bedroom had a leak from bathroom, large wet patch on carpet. Reported this first day no action taken. Reported again a couple of days later, a heater was bought up to dry out carpet - the heater over loaded and burnt the socket - serious safety concerns. Half the sockets in the room werent working anyway and this was also worrying. At no point were we offered to change room. Leak not fixed. We did get back a small compensation payment eventually after some stressful negotiation. Such a shame because this hotel is in an ideal location. The pool is nice and most of the staff were helpful. Although a little run down the apartment would have been ideal if there hadn’t been such glaring safety issues with the leak and plug sockets. After this experience I will avoid Radisson hotels.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to shopping and the waterfront. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The pool and overall facilities were well-maintained and added to the pleasant stay. The service truly stood out. The housekeeping staff were extremely polite, respectful, and kept the room spotless every day. A special mention to Ramesh, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and always welcoming. He went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Arpan, the receptionist, for his professionalism and smooth check-in and check-out process. His friendly attitude made a great first impression. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Residences Dubai Marina for anyone looking for comfort and excellent hospitality.
- 16tahers (10/5): A wonderful stay in Dubai – highly recommended - I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The standout for me was the staff , everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. In particular, Ramesh Kumar, Jona, Churamani, and Eliza were exceptionally helpful and made a real difference to our stay. Eliza was especially pleasant, warm, and professional, and always made time to assist with a smile. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained throughout. The location was also very convenient for getting around Dubai especially to Marina and JBR walk. Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent service. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

They have nothing to offer a VIP member too. 😔😔😔 - This is most certainly the worst Raddison Blu I have stayed in. I am a VIP member and stay in Raddison Blus everywhere globally but this was the most run down I have stayed in., especially for Dubai. The corridors leading to you room are dirty and have stains. The breakfast isn’t a Raddison Blu breakfast you expect but a very budget basic Lebanese breakfast, served by a cafe next door not part of hotel. Do not stay here if you are looking for a nice hotel to stay. On the positive notes , the location is good and the room cleaning service was very good. It’s also a dry hotel so no bar or restaurants either. The room was spacious but again dated and tired looking.

- 187deepakkumarn (2/5): Worst hotel experience - As a Radisson Blu VIP member who stays at this brand regularly, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that this hotel has completely abandoned any concern for guest comfort, service, or basic standards. This property is a complete disaster. It is run down, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected for years. Nothing about this hotel reflects the Radisson Blu brand in any way. It feels mismanaged, understaffed, and frankly not fit to be operating as a “premium” hotel. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Every issue we raised was either ignored or brushed off with excuses. There was zero accountability and absolutely no effort to resolve problems. The lack of professionalism was astonishing. This hotel single-handedly ruined our stay and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Charging guests money for an experience this bad is outrageous. I regret staying here and would never return. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this hotel at all costs and book literally anywhere else.

Quality, cleanliness, and the lack of available amenities were far below the standard that would be expected of a hotel in the Dubai Marina. Add in the construction going on right next to hotel and it makes for a restless week that leaves you wishing you’d booked somewhere else.

Had an extremely comfortable stay in my studio all staff from concierge to cleaning staff kind, caring and helpful. Hotel cleanliness to a high standard, not much noise within hotel itself however as I was road facing could hear traffic at busy periods. Big thank you to Churamani from concierge team, Suresh and Bintesh from cleaning team.

Even though it was undergoing maintenance on the higher floors, this didn't have any impact on my stay. The car park entrance was slightly narrow (due to the maintenance), but not a big deal. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was fantastic. A great balcony which I made the most of in the morning (before 11am when the heat picks up). It's walking distance to Dubai Marina and a few other shops (if you fancy a beer, MMI shop is only a 15 minute walk). The hotel staff were all brilliant. From Mr Daniels to everyone at the front desk. A special mention to Khokan who looked after me for the whole week and made sure my room was fully stocked and clean. Thanks everyone, will definitely see you again soon.
