• Steve (10/5): Exceptional Hotel - We really enjoyed our stay at Park Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English very well. The room was very comfortable, very clean and nicely furnished. We ate a late lunch when we arrived and found the food to be excellent and service exceptional. The breakfast buffet we had the next morning exceeded our expectations with a delicious assortment of options. Don’t hesitate to have breakfast in their restaurant. Their location to Red Square made for a nice, easy 20-25 minute walk. We will stay here again for sure.

• Suradzh (8/5): Nice place to stay in Moscow - Everything was fine except on incidence. There were no window curtains when we entered the room. Even if we were not annoyed and understood the situation staff almost tried to break in to the room to fix the issue- opening the door without permission, knocking and calling via phone. Very unpleasant situation. Wi-fi, breakfast, location all perfect.

Ковролин в номере = одно большое застарелое пятно. Холодная и горячая стороны крана перепутаны. Было сначала ощущение, что горячей воды нет. А потом стало еще веселее, т.к. смеситель на душе не работал и выдавал только горячую воду. Выбор был: мойся кипятком или под краном. когда я развернула маленькое косметическое полотенце, там было огромное рыжее пятно. Видимо, этим нужно вытирать лицо?? А вид хороший и расположенное отличное.

• Jan (4/5): Gedateerd met veel grote groepen - Behoorlijk gedateerd hotel, waar veel grote groepen met de bus aan komen. Ontbijt is niet geweldig. De kamer was ruim, maar douchen staand in een bad met een douchegordijn wat veel te dichtbij komt is echt niet meer van deze tijd.

• Wayne (8/5): Nice basic hotel, close to Moscow sites - As is often the case, my opinion is formed by the people I first encounter. In this case, my first encounter was by phone from the airport with Maria, who works on the reception desk; my hotel driver was not there yet and I was exhausted after 15 hours of travel, but Maria intervened competently and efficiently and my driver was there quickly. (FYI, a couple of the notorious Moscow taxi drivers helped me get in touch with her, loaning their phone because mine was not working.) She will never know how much I appreciate her help at that moment. Maria would prove to be a real ally during my stay; she has good language skills, is friendly and professional and knows her city well. Kseniya was also very helpful, but I did not see as much of her ... The hotel was clean, the room was of decent size and the complimentary breakfast was an adequate way to start the day. But the two big positives are the staff (mentioned above) and the location. The hotel was a mere 15-minute walk from the Tretyakov Gallery, unquestionably the greatest collection of Russian art anywhere. The biggest attraction, the Kremlin/Red Square is very close. Walk out the front door of the hotel, turn right and in 20 minutes you're there, the last 10 minutes of the walk with the domes and red walls right there for you to behold.
• David (6/5): Good hotel and service, breakfast could be better - Spent a weekend at this hotel. It's a hotel in very good condition, well located, good service, very clean and nice rooms. I was happy with pretty much everything, but what stops this hotel being very good or excellent is the breakfast. I think that it could be a lot better. I booked a bed and breakfast rare but it would have been better as a room only and then buying a freshly cooked omelette for breakfast. I ended up having to buy an omelette anyway, despite having breakfast included.

Most of the staff shows some very typical Russian 'hospitality and service', but there are some rare exceptions. We were first placed in smoking rooms, and the receptionist first tried to argue that they are non- smoking, but when we proved they they indeed are smoking, he changed his strategy and started to argue that we booked smoking rooms. When we forced him to move us to non-smoking rooms he was extremently grumpy and tried to show how annoying we are with our requests. The lady at the reception, on the other hand, was very helpful, so was another receptionist when we were checking out.

• Mike (8/5): Convenient business hotel - Conveniently located and very good service. The hotel looks a little tired and in need of renewal. Even though I requested and received a non-smoking room, the room still had a lingering smell of an old ashtray. It served the purpose for the business meeting but not quite up to the standard I expected of a Radisson hotel. Rate was reasonable.

• Josh (8/5): A nice Russian hotel in a good location, caveats - In general I liked this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was quite nice and helpful, and the beds were good. In fact, this is the first hotel all year which actually paid attention to my request for non-feather bedding and had it ready before I arrived! The good: * excellent location, in a low-crime area near a metro station and walking distance from the Kremlin. * balcony views in some rooms (as for a room on the 6th floor) * helpful dedicated staff * good firm beds * spacious rooms * very quiet (for Moscow, anyway) The mediocre: * hard to find restaurants/bars nearby; only a few, and hidden * included breakfast is tired and monotonous, if plentiful The bad: * the coffee (it is Russia) * internet is only available in the room one day at a time, and for $20 per day (free in lobby though) * getting help with my visa from the hotel (never got it) * the heating system Lemme explain the last: as far as I can tell, the individual thermostats in the room don't do anything. You can turn the heat on or off, but that's it. And the hotel, like other Moscow buildings, likes to keep things uncomfortably warm. Particularly, every other night there was a blast of oven heat from 4am to 4:30am, raising the temp of the room to 26C (80F) or higher. Even if I had the heat turned "off". However, since all rooms have windows which open, this is just an inconvenience and not a disaster.
• ColonelKorn (10/5): Better than I ever expected - Park Inn Sadu is located perfectly for someone who wants to visit Moscow. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel staff, from the housekeeping to the desk staff were all extremely courteous and friendly. Iwas within 500m of the Kremlin, and 3 blocks from Polyanka metro station. I did not have an opportunity to try Cafe Sadu, as I had purchased some food items upon my arrival for quick breakfasts and dinners. An absulutely great hotel in my opinion.

• Nicholas (10/5): I'll return there one day soon! - I loved the Radisson Park Sadu hotel in Moscow. It was centrally located within easy walking distance to the Metro, Kremlin, and Red Square. I didn't need a car because it was so well located with many good restaurants and tourist sites nearby; and doing without a car in Moscow is wonderful because traffic can be brutal. But the hotel was an oasis for me; I loved being there and the staff and service was wonderful.
• Kent (8/5): Great Hotel in downtown Moscow - I had a very nice stay and the Park Inn. The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was great and they had a nice restaurant downstairs with a nice buffet breakfast in the morning with a nice spread of western dishes. My only complaint is that the rooms did not appear to have air conditioning and were very warm when it was only 60 degrees F outside. I had to keep the windows open to cool things off, but then the traffic was very noisy. There was also no exercise room, but not a big deal.
• ELISA (10/5): Great low budget option for seeing central Moscow - The location was great about 15 min walk to red square. Expect to walk in Moscow the metro is a block away. The restaurat is good but pricey. A couple of blocks toward red square is Sallys pub they have an English menu and more reasonable prices.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel Park Inn Sadu - This is a great hotel at a reasonable rate in a very expensive city. The staff speaks English and everything was professional. The only complaint we had was that they had no hotel umbrellas and we could not find an umbrella at any store in Moscow--even though everyone in town seemed to have one! The breakfast buffet was included and much better than the one we had in St. Petersburg at the very nice Comfort Hotel.
