• Urszula (10/5): - Mieszkanie świetne. Zadbane, czyste, z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Byliśmy w 6 osób i dla nas było wystarczające. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, duża. Szampon, żel pod prysznic, płyn do naczyń, mydło do rąk w dużych butelkach. Byliśmy 6 dni i niczego nam nie zabrakło. Pościel i ręczniki świeże i czyste. Dostęp do mieszkania bezproblemowy. Kody działały bez problemu. Duży plus za możliwość ogrzewanie mieszkania. Dostępna duża suszarka do włosów. Jedyna uwaga to mógłby być większy czajnik na wodę, bo ten mały wystarczał nam na dwie kawy. Kaucja zwrócona po trzech dniach od opuszczenia mieszkania. Ogólnie rewelacja. Dwa małe minusy. Okna od strony ulicy były mało szczelne i trochę od nich wiało przy dużym wietrze. Mały czajnik.

La ubicación es excelente, está muy bien conectado por transporte público, tiene supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías y bares súper cerca, el piso es bellísimo y súper cómodo, tiene buenas vistas… ¡cero quejas del lugar! Con lo mucho que visito Barcelona sin duda regresaría a este sitio.

• Christoph (6/5): Good value for the price but not excellent - The key handover and the journey to the apartment, as well as the access, were very straightforward. The location was relatively easy to reach by subway and only 15 minutes from the beach by foot. The furniture is exactly like on the photos but already quite worn. The apartment was a bit worn; one of the balcony chairs was already broken upon arrival. The sofa was not very comfortable which was a pity since one person had to sleep on it. Especially the sofa's bed linens were dirty and still had hair from other guests on it. I understand that furniture shows signs of wear, but when I'm worried about breaking chairs and tables when they're already wobbly and loose, and I risk losing a €300 deposit that I only find out about two days before arrival, that doesn't exactly bode well for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the kitchen had a very unpleasant fishy smell which stayed for the whole 4 days. Also the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster. Other then that I would say for the price it is a quite OK place to stay in Barcelona.

Spacious for our family and amenities were great there were some issues with the light in the kitchen that cause an electricity trip, happened once during our 3 day stay but otherwise it was sorted easily enough.

• Du (1/5): Unpleasant sleeping situation. - The apartment is not meant to accomodate 6 people, as advertised. Max 2 adults and 2 small children. The sleeper couch is extremely uncomfortable and no one can be expected to sleep on it. The top bunk-bed is very flimsy and we had to put the matress on the floor for the night. One of the towels were dirty, as well as the drying cloth for the dishes. There was only 5 sleeping pillows for 6 people. There was no bath prop for the tub. The cutlery could not accomodate 6 people.

• Tomasz (9/5): Superb - Everything was as described in the offer. Clean apartment with lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen, so no problem with cooking. Wifi could be a bit better. Great location - close to the beach, metro and Barcelona landmarks. Wifi could be better. The lift in the building probably needs a bit of maintenance.
• Sandra (3/5): Poor - Location and terrace. Furniture in the living room is in very poor condition for sitting.Don't think of sleeping on the same one because of the discomfort. In bathroom you dont have any shelf to put your staff. You have nowhere to hang your towel or something from your wardrobe. Also the wardrobe is very bad in rooms, you have one shelf to put your wardrobe. We stay 6 days, and 4 persons+ baby that is very non comfortable and very expensive apartment with furniture in poor condition. The wi-fi conection is also very bad. I don't recomend this apartment if you stay 3+ days and is not for family in this condition.

• Thanh (7/5): Enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend! - Great location, under 10 minutes to walk to beach, about €10 by taxi to go to La Rambla. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, bathroom functioning, small shampoo/shower gel provided. Kitchen well equipped with basics including Nespresso coffee machine. Washing machine worked well. Air conditioner was good. Relatively quiet. Sofa bed was in bad condition, broken springs in the pull out section so one could only lie on the main part. No hooks on bathroom wall to hang towels or toiletry bags. Wi-Fi was weak. Second room very small, once trundle bed is pulled out there is no floor space left for suitcase.
• Dagny (8/5): Very good - The apartment is bright and feels open due to its location on the 6th floor. It is practical and had everything we needed for our stay. It was easy to get in touch through WhatsApp, and we had a quick response to all questions. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There can be some noise from other guests, but only if they sit outside on the balcony. However, hosts ask to be notified if any issues.
• Viktor (7/5): Good - The Apartment is spacious and the kitchen is big with everything you need for a longer stay. Bathroom is also large enough as well as the living room. The beach is not far away (15 min by foot) and the Barrio Gotic also. WiFi is not very good. It's unstable and you lose the connection quite often. Probably depends on how many other rooms are using it. Also, as of Mai 2023 there is construction work going on in one of the opposite buildings. Its quite loud and starts early so take this into consideration during the week.

• Madina (7/5): Great location and modern apartment - It was in a great location and had enough beds and blankets for us to use (read reviews elsewhere quite a few places don’t). It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I received my damage deposit within the time frame they gave. The lock system on the door. This had stopped working twice during my 4 day stay - the lock just wouldn’t lock! I had to call the owners of the apartment to come fix it and stalled our plans for the evening. Would be great if they could also add a key lock in there too in case instances like this happen.

• Effie S. (10/5): Nice bright apt. - Nice apt, everything worked as supposed to, apparent cosmetic damage of the bottom of doors. Noisy neighbors coming in late, but nice quiet neighborhood. Could use a few more cups and glasses, but what was there was fine. Would stay again.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Una mierda autentica - Llegamos a las 10.00 de la noche y nos hicieron desplazarnos al otro lado de Barcelona, para pedirnos una fianza de 300.-€ y un cargo de 74,88 para darnos las llaves, más dos taxis para los desplazamientos, un robo que no figura por ningún sitio, aparte de no darnos factura por los 74,88 € cobrados. El olor en el apartamento muy malo, las sabanas y las toallas viejas y ajadas. El baño lleno de moho negro y sin luz en la zona del espejo, las puertas rotas en las zonas de las manilla y la puerta de la calle si no cierras con llave se abre sola. Un desastre, el paquistani que nos atendió solo hablaba ingles y no se disculpo en ningún momento.

Rent og fint - veldig bra. manglet røykvarslere, brannslukkingsapparat og info om rømningsveier. vi opplevde også nattebråk; berusede folk som ville inn uten nøkkel ( bodde i bygget) og som ringte på flere ganger ila natten. Også andre personer som bråket i trapper etc

Atenção antes reservar, pois o check in deve ser feito em outro endereço a 15min de carro do local do apartamento. Dica: levem repelente no verão.

• Romain (2/5): Horreur. - Cet hôtel est tout simplement un scandale ! Dans un premier temps vous devez récupérer vos clef de l’autre côté de la ville, la réception est marqué ouverte jusqu’à 1h, mais la réceptionniste vous dit que après 22:30 des coût supplémentaire seront à payer.... De plus, si vous payer votre caution en espèce vous ne pourrez la récupérer que 1 semaine plus tard par virement, ou sinon la réceptionniste vous dit qu’il faut quittez l’appartement à 5h du matin et que quelqu’un nous les apportera, nous nous préparons donc pour partir à 5h et surprise personne ne vient, nous appelons à plusieurs reprise le numéro 24/24 qui ne répondra jamais, nous avons donc perdu nos billet de retour en train ... N’oublions pas non plus les frais caché, vous buvez un café ? Vous devez payer la boîte entière à 10e. Vous utilisez une serviette ? 3euros la grande et 2 euros la petite. Et vous souhaitez dormir dans des draps ? 3euros également en plus des 40 euros payer pour le ménage... D’ailleurs un ménage à 40 euros, mais vous aurez le droit à des tache sur vos draps, des mouche morte au sol, des ustensiles rouillé, l’appartement été dans un état pendable à notre arrivé en plus des toilette bouché... J’en fais également part à “Vicky” la réceptionniste qui me répond que je veux juste récupérer mon argent... Non madame je voulais juste que quelqu’un vienne déboucher les toilettes et m’apporter des draps propre mais votre numéro ne répondez pas. Bref un scandale... n’aurez préférez dormir dans la voiture

• Linda (8/5): Appartement in super Lage - Das Appartement liegt sehr schön und ruhig, einige Cafés und Bars in naher Umgebung, z.B. "Café Mensana" oder "All you eat is love" mit super frischen und leckeren Speisen und Getränken. In ca. 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am schönen Strand "Platja de Barceloneta" und Hafen, wo es einige coole Bars und Restaurant gibt, in denen man den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann. Dort gibt es auch die empfohlenen Clubs "Opium" und "Shoko", in denen man sehr gut tanzen gehen kann. Das Appartment hat einen Balkon und ist zum Innenhof im 5. Stock gelegen. Für 4 Personen ist es ideal, mit 6 Personen müssen 2 auf der Schlafcouch schlafen, was nicht ganz so bequem ist wie die Betten. Ansonsten aber alles was man braucht, nur die Küche könnte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es gibt einen Aufzug und ein Treppenhaus und vom Zentrum in Barcelona "Passeig de Grácia" kostet das Taxi (in Barcelona sehr günstig) ca. 11€.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Decent apartment but key pickup difficult - Apartment had comfortable space for 3, but the AC wasn't working properly. Hot, and difficult to get in touch to get it working. Air flow through apartment not great so it wasn't a comfortable temperature. Key pickup is very frustrating and difficult if driving in Barcelona. Not much around local area, but local restaurant/cafe about 2 blocks towards zoo/university was fantastic for lunch or breakfast. Relatively close to Barceloneta, beaches and boardwalk - very close to zoo. Bus stop close by.
• Jakril (8/5): Ideal weekend getaways - Lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. Clean and tidy rooms with towels provided. The balcony was idea for meals in the evening. Walking distance away from the beach and metro station. A few minor snags with electrical sockets and switches but on the whole a lovely stay - would recommend.
• peter (2/5): Absolute Katastrophe - Von Außen waren wir positiv überrascht das Apartment befindet sich in einem ansehnlichem Gebäudekomplex. Das Apartment selber war unter aller Sau, total verdreckt, ein versifftes kaputtes Schlafsofa nicht einmal die Klimaanlage funktionierte!!! Als wir uns diesbezüglich beschwerten stand eines morgens ein Mitarbeiter ohne Vorwarnung in unserem Apartment!! Ohne zu klingeln eine absolute Frechheit!

• Dimitri (2/5): Location d'appartement n'est pas un appart hotel ! - Appart très bien dans un quartier calme et proche metro MAIS il est inacceptable d'avoir à se rendre en plein centre ville de Bcn (à 4km) pour chercher les clés, inacceptable de payer 40€ pour frais de nettoyage, inacceptable de laisser 200€ de caution. Cette location n'a rien à faire sur un site de réservation d'hôtels car ce n'est pas un appart-hôtel, c'est juste un appartement privé loué par des exploitants quasi injoignables au téléphone de contact ! Un appart-hotel, l'accueil se fait sur place, c'est bien différent. Je déconseille

• Verified traveler (8/5): Lonely chimney apartments - good value - Convenient for what we wanted for a short stay. Some rubbish/mess left by previous occupants missed by cleaners. Some bits need renovated (like ruined door frames and handles). Acceptable for the price. Light, airy, well laid out apartment. Worst bit was having to pick up the keys from a different place, you have to plan ahead - best to get a taxi from the airport, about 45 euros.

• Frank (4/5): Surly, rude staff at desk 3KM from property - My first impression was the 15 foot by 50 foot graffiti painting on the side of the building. My next impression was "there is no entrance or front desk!" 3rd was the desk person answering the phone with "Well, you just should read all the fine print carefully, shouldn't you? It says there that you have to come to this office 3KM away to check in." I therefore trundled all my luggage to a taxi stand a block away (lucky!) and headed there. The office is upstairs, so I wound up paying the taxi to wait during check in. They charge separately for the room night, cleaning fee and deposit, resulting in 3 credit card dips, usually enough to cause Mastercard to implode, and do not take Amex, which has algorithms sufficient to know when to trust, and calls when not clear on this rather than cutting off service. After being scolded again about not reading all directions, I headed to the room, only to find they hadn't given me the full version of its number, so had to call again and again be scolded. After that all went well enough. The desk staff helpfully suggested "I just work here. Complain on Expedia." So there you go!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Family holiday - Lovely apartment. Within walking distance of beaches. Easy access to metro where you can do all of the sightseeing. Restaurants and local shops close by. Great location. Only downside is the fact that the keys have to be collected from a different location. So a taxi to the key collection point and then to the apartment set me back total 30 euros - not great.

Renlighed af lejlighed: vi fandt gamle papirer fra den forrige udlejer under sengen. Alt i alt: UNDER gennemsnittet.
• Louise (2/5): 4 stjernet hotellejlighed :-( - Det var desværre en meget stor skuffelse at ankomme til denne lejlighed. Den var beskidt, der var ikke de 3 soveværelser som lovet, vi rejste med en baby, hvilket frem går tydeligt at vores reservation og der var hverken seng eller stol i lejligheden. Vi bad hotellet om at gøre rent i køkkenet igen, efter vi var ankommet, da der var madrester på køkkenbord og gulv. Sofa og lænestole var meget beskidte, alle vægge var nusede og i loftet i det ene soveværelse var der skoaftryk. Det værste var dog en vandskade, hvor der var tegn på svamp i gulv og paneler ved det ene soveværelse og ved badeværelset. Dertil var man ikke velkommen i bygningen, hvilket de øvrige beboere gjorde opmærksom på på et opslag i opgangen.
• Verified traveler (2/5): hotel parque ciutadella - Premièrement ce n'est pas un hotel mais un appartement ou il n'y a personne dés votre arrivé, grande surprise impossible de rentrer dans l'appart heureusement que l'hotel d'en façe nous a signalé qu'il fallait faire 2 km pour récupérer les clés "VIVE LE GPS", une fois dans l'appart pas de chauffage, dans la chambre un bout de carreaux manquant donc chambre en plein courant d'air en plein mois de décembre, et appart pas propre du tout pour un soit disant 4 etoiles, nous avons signalés ses problèmes le jour même mais apparament ils en avaient rien à faire donc appart à EVITER!!!!!!!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): Oppmøtested - Vi fikk ikke beskjed om at vi skulle møte opp ett annet sted for å få nøkler til leiligheten. Dette medførte flere taxiturer rundt i byen og telefoner til hotels.com. Vi fikk tilslutt hjelp av lokal beboer.

• Åsa (8/5): Parque Ciutadella Apartments - Vi hyrde en lägenhet med två sovrum och den var jättefin, hade stor balkong mot lekplats. Stor säkerhet då det var låst port dygnet runt samt kod till hissen. Minus var att det tanns ej några bra restauranger i närområdet.
• pedro (2/5): NO ES UN HOTEL !!! - lo venden como hotel y es un departamento,hay que ir a buscar las llaves a otra direccion,no hay recepcion,el servicio es muy malo, por telefono y no dentro del edificio, INTERNET se corta, el mantenimiento es muy malo y las personas de contacto para solucionar los problemas, no se molestan en solucionar. La verdad MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA !!!!! no se recomienda
• Johannes (8/5): Appartments liegen günstig und sind gut in Schuß - wirklich empfehlenswert.
• Luca (10/5): Ciutadella apartments: ottima esperienza, pulizia da migliorare - Eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini e non abbiamo avuto nessuna brutta sorpresa, se si eccettua un piccolo appunto sulla pulizia (un pò di polvere per terra, vetrate non pulite), ma per il resto c'è tutto ciò che può servire per un viaggio di alcuni giorni. Per chi non ha un'auto (che peraltro è inutile a Barcellona) sarà un pò scomodo prendere le chiavi all'hotel Butique distante circa 1,5 Km, ma per lo meno non è necessario riportarle al check out. Per l'auto non c'è parcheggio riservato ma solo quelli a pagamento per strada (costo: 5 euro 2 ore!!!) , ma a poche decine di metri dall'appartamento comincia la zona free parking per cui parcheggiare non costa nulla e non si rischia nulla, vista la buona frequentazione del quartiere. A pochi passi c'è un grande supermercato per tutte le necessità e diversi bar, il migliore dei quali nella piazza antistante, un bel locale dove si possono fare ottime colazioni sia dolci che salate ed è possibile pranzare a prezzi ridicoli per un italiano. Al piano terra dell'edificio c'è un Kebab ottimo e molto pulito che consiglio vivamente. Insomma, ottima scelta per chi vuole risparmiare ed avere più libertà rispetto ad un albergo. Infatti il prezzo dell'appartamento non varia in base al numero di occupanti. Consigliatissimo
