Um dia ficamos 30 min esperando o elevador. O carpete do quarto estava grudando e sujo. Um dia acabou o sabonete e fiquei mais de 1h esperando a reposição

The housekeeping and the people from breakfast are very warm and accommodating. Hopefully the management would do renovation part by part of the building or make some upgrades in the lobby/ rooms.

• Kasturi (8/5): Overall, a really great deal for a good price - The room was small but fairly comfortable, the breakfast was fresh, hot, and tasted good. Everything was clean and we had a good stay. The location is amazing, walking distance from Times Square. The beds were a little too squishy, especially when 2 people slept on them. There were only 2 lifts for 36 floors and one of them stopped working on the second day, but the lifts were fast.

Expect long waits for the elevators, rooms have minimal appliances (e.g., no mini fridge to put away food), and the bathrooms could be better (clean, but the wear and tear over the years is evident). While the property has excellent security, there are suspicious people who loiter outside the hotel, so please be careful when you’re stepping out. Overall, for a few days, this is a good place to stay if you’re looking to save some money.

• Zuzanna (7/5): Good budget option - Room was small and outdated but clean, we stayed on 30th floor so the view was fantastic. Location is good, sometimes we passed suspicious people due to close proximity to Port Authority Bus Terminal but there usually were police patrols on streets so we felt safe. They agreed to keep our luggage free of charge until our flight which was very nice. Breakfast was very underwhelming, we did not expect much from a complimentary breakfast but we were still disappointed. Paper plates and plastic forks, no vegetables and a very cold crowded canteen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The area for breakfast had limited seating and I decided not to stay for breakfast. A nice option would have been to have takeaway boxes for guests who want to get out and about. This is a minor quibble, the rest of the stay was brilliant.

• Michelle (6/5): Good location - The location was good. Close to metro and the main places I had to go. The room was cleaned and bed was confortable. My bath tub was clogged but they fix that. It was impossible to take the elevator in the morning. The breakfast was ok but not great. The staff did a mistake when charging me on the first day - they charge me the full stay on the first day but the CC disappeared from their system and they couldn't do the check-out. Then one of the staff (a woman) tried to fix this mistake at the checkout asking me for the CC but not explaining the reason. I understood I had already paid everything on the first day, my card was already with the charges, so I was not understanding why she needed my CC again. She was rude with me and didn't want to explain the reason she needed the CC again, for something that was their mistake. Another staff was very polite and explained what it had happened and the reason to charge me again.

El hotel estaba a 15 minutos caminando de varias atracciones y super cerca de Times Square y varias estaciones del metro. • Timothy (9/5): Grand time in NYC - Excellent location, walkable to Times Square, plenty of restaurants, Port Authority and Times Square subway stations. Hot and cold breakfast bar items are a great way to start the your busy day. Bed was comfortable, room condition clean, wear was about par. Little bonus perks like free daily water bottles, chips and fresh lemonade and sweet tea made it a notch above. Elevator waits could get long during peak times. Only opted for stairs once. They were a somewhat treacherous due to being steep and having narrow treads.

Os atendentes na sua maioria são cordiais principalmente da recepção. Limpeza diária dos quartos. Era fornecido água em garrafa todos os dias e ajudava muito. O quarto é pequeno mas já esperávamos de uma grande cidade. Porém os quartos precisam de uma reforma, principalmente o colchão, muito mole e um deles estava deformado com buraco justamente aonde fica o quadril, provavelmente ao uso frequente. Com uma pequena reforma ficaria perfeito. Mesmo assim voltaríamos, é compatível ao valor pago e há mais coisas positivas.
