- William (9/5): Comfortable, high quality place to stay in Florence with great breakfast! - I loved staying at the Loggiato Dei Serviti hotel in Florence. The staff there are super friendly, professional and helpful. It is a very comfortable, classy place to stay. They have excellent breakfasts, good variety and quality. The location is super close to the Accademia museum for seeing "David". Good variety of restaurants and lunch spots nearby. I would stay there again for sure next time I go to Florence. If you can stay in a room with view of the Duomo. My room overlooked the square, it was comfortable and quiet.

- Martha (9/5): Family fun - Staff was great. Building was lovely, the room was very comfortable. I appreciated the elevator, very close to everything. There were homeless sleeping each night in the piazza. No problems I’m aware of but if I was traveling alone it would make me uncomfortable.
- Paul (5/5): Great location, but poor room, breakfast and facilities left us disappointed. - The location was undoubtedly the highlight — just a 17-minute walk from the main train station and only 7 minutes from the stunning Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, with Michelangelo's David literally around the corner. For sightseeing, you really couldn't ask for better. Unfortunately there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. We were promised a room overlooking the inner courtyard but were given a view over a small service yard instead. When we complained, we were offered an alternative room which turned out to be even worse, so we had no choice but to stay put. Breakfast was underwhelming for the price at €12 each — not good value at all. The room itself was let down by a serious lack of plug sockets for charging devices, and the en-suite was very cramped, particularly the shower, with nowhere to hang a bath towel after use. The walls were also very thin, making it easy to hear other guests, and to top it off we were badly bitten by mosquitoes throughout our stay.

The room had a lot of mosquitoes inside and we ended up getting bitten quite a lot during our stay. Could have been another guest opening a window the day prior and not have been the hotels fault, but overall a great place to stay if you’re coming to florence!

From the moment we checked in, the staff were wonderfully attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even asked. The hotel itself is stunning the beautiful design carried through from the entrance all the way down to the rooms. We especially loved our room and the layout of our room everything was immaculate and high- end between the incredible service, the delicious breakfast, and the verifiable decor, this was a perfect stay!

- Shannon (10/5): Lovely and will be in my choice selection upon next visit - Location was everything - just around the corner from the touristy crowds- but tucked away enough to have peace on the am and pm - room had high ceiling - glorious windows - staff was superior and kind - lines were lovey - felt safe and secure - and the sitting room / lobby was a lovey place to take a breather The only thing I would change would be to have had a “ traditional shower “ I’m not sure what I had in my room and I was not aware of it when booking or would have chose another option - but my shower was basically a drain in the middle of the bathroom with a shower wand on the wall - so after walking more than 10 Miles a days this was not a relaxing way to refresh ie having to have warm arm hold wand and try to wash hair / body at same time - I managed but I would make sure to not have this again especially on a five day stay - there was a slight odor of sewage a couple days thru the hall Way but I just assume that may happen time to time in a building this old - it was immaculate in the cleanliness department

- Marilyn (9/5): A very nice stay in an old building of character - We liked the location and the spacious room with its balcony overlooking the square. It is close to the centre and near to plenty of restaurants. We appreciated that it was less busy than the area around the dome. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. There was nothing to dislike, but just to alert others that the lift does not serve the very top floor, so there is a flight of stairs to climb.

- József (9/5): Csodálatos, egyedi, ódon elegancia, amely visszaröpít a középkori pazar Itáliába. Kiemelten ajánlom. - Fantasztikus helyen található az évszázadokra visszatekintő szakrális múlttal rendelkező épület. Autentikus belső, kellemes butik hoteles ötvözettel a belváros szívében. Mellette a csodás templom. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, és gyorsan reagáltak, ha volt kérésünk, kérdésünk. Autót leparkolják-hozzák napi díj fejében. Reggeli változatos, finom. Bár ez nem a szállásadó hibája, de az épület előtti téren több száz bulizó fiatal tombolt az első éjszaka. Mintha egy discóban próbáltunk volna elaludni a lakosztályunkban.. Viszont azonnal biztosítottak nekünk a túloldali szárnyban egy másik makulátlanul csendes szobát aznap estére. Megértő, és segítőkész volt a Recepción az úriember.

- Serena (9/5): Great place in a wonderful location. - The breakfast was really excellent - varied, plentiful, and fresh. And the coffee was top notch. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. And the location is impossible to beat. I didn't love the pillows, despite the many choices. They were all rather hard.

- franca valeria squitieri (9/5): - La posizione a due passi dal Duomo e in piazza SS Annunziata splendida..struttura antica con soffitti a stelle e cura nei particolari. Letti con buona biancheria e cuscini. Soffitti affrescati. Massima disponibilità del personale che ha provveduto a separare un matrimoniale in due singoli anche senza richiesta alla prenotazione. Colazione varia con frutta verdure formaggi e tanto altro. Torno sicuramente

- Toby (8/5): Good stay overall - A very authentic Italian hotel with beautiful rooms. Would definitely recommend as it is a great price for Florence and a great location. Staff was very lovely. Be aware, if you are staying in the main hotel there is often very loud groups of drunk students playing loud music right outside, luckily we had booked a room in the separate building- I would very much recommend this to avoid being disturbed by noise!!

- Kelly (9/5): - This hotel is in an historic building, in an historic location. This in my view made the experience excellent for the charm, ease of location, and unique setup. They've done a great job making the rooms comfortable, with great beds, showers/baths, refrigerator, coffee/tea. Breakfast was superb, and well attended. The reality is, the hotel is fit into an historic structure. There are stairs involved with just about any room selection, the elevator is small (only holds 2 people w/o bags), and much like all hotels in Italy in winter, the A/C was not available. These factors were part of the charm for us, but are real factors.
- Nicault (9/5): Super séjour ! - L’hôtel était super bien placé pour visiter Florence, 20 min à pied maximum de tous les points de visite. Situé sur une place fréquenté par des étudiants mais plutôt calme. Nous avons été surclassé , super chambre avec vue sur le duomo ! Petit déjeuné top, pour tous les goûts , personnel souriant et literie excellente et hôtel propre, le charme à l’italienne. Merci
