• fran (9/5): Enjoyable 5 day stay, with good sized room and lovely shower - Public transport to the centre was very good and it was also easy to get to the airport. The hotel had information displayed about the transport which was most useful. We stayed for 5 days and brought a 5 day pass which was reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice with a good choice. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. There was no bar or evening food but there is several restaurants close by.

La proximité des transports en commun Bien qu'il soit extrêmement bien servi par les transports en commun, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel est un petit peu loin du centre d'Amsterdam.

Location was excellent for taking public transport into downtown but also easy to drive to the hotel and other near by destinations. It could’ve been a little cleaner overall. Needs a little bit of a refresh.

• Sanja (2/5): Nicht nochmal! - Leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft – Teppiche und Vorhänge wirkten seit Jahren nicht gereinigt, Staub und Flecken waren deutlich sichtbar. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen und das Bett war unangenehm hart. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel veraltet und nicht zeitgemäß. Für den Preis definitiv kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

• Davide (2/5): citta stupenda hotel da dimenticare. - l'acqua calda della doccia struttura datata, con scarsa illuminazione interna, sporco e tenuto male, la mia stanza aveva la finestra che affacciava sul un terrazzo intermedio, un paio di lampadine non funzionavano proprio come non funzionava l'aeratore nel bagno, le tazze del caffe che ti lasciano per la macchinetta del caffe nella stanza, le ho ritrovate sciacquate frettolosamente e capovolte, con all'interno ancora il caffe che e' colato poi di fianco alla macchinetta. l'hotel e' lontano dal centro e con i mezzi ci vuole circa una mezz'ora per arrivare al centro città, che comunque e' perfettamente collegata, ma consiglio di valutare perché per il prezzo pagato non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Havalimanından da 369 nolu otobüs ile 25 dakikada 2 dakika yürüme mesafesindeki durağa ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Odaları büyük ve temiz, şehir merkezinde böyle büyüklükte odalar bulamazsınız. Erken ulaştığınızda eşyalarınızı bırakabileceğiniz oda var. Resepsiyondan tek kullanımlık terlik isterseniz veriyorlar .

Para quem quer ter um pequeno almoço saudável, não existem grandes opções (fruta por exemplo para colocar no iogurte, só peças de fruta inteiras). Localização do hotel, está num bairro e junto a uma feira aos sábados.

Fasada budynku brzydka, ale to bez znaczenia. Drogi parking hotelowy, choć przed hotelem są miejsca postojowe o wiele tańsze. W niedzielę miejsca te są bezpłatne, więc uwaga na zbędne koszty.

• Charleen (7/5): Ideal for overnight accommodation when flying out of Schiphol - Perfect for an overnight stay when you need to get to Schiphol. My room was big, the mattress on my bed was comfortable and the hotel was fairly reasonable value for money. The self-service check-in is excellent. It is fast and easy to use. I was especially grateful for this when I left the hotel, because I didn't need to stand in an endless queue. It's very easy to reach Schiphol while staying at the hotel. There is a direct bus to the airport, and the bus stop is about 200 metres from the hotel. The carpet in my room was wet and the area is a bit noisy. I would have loved a feather pillow on my bed, instead of one with a lumpy synthetic filling.

• GIANNA (8/5): Βολική και οικονομική για τα δεδομένα του Άμστερνταμ πάντα..... - Πρωινό δεν πήραμε. Η τοποθεσία ήταν σ απόσταση 30-35 λεπτών από το κέντρο αλλά υπήρχε πολύ καλή συγκοινωνία. Στη ρεσεψιόν συναντήσαμε δύο Έλληνες υπαλλήλους, τη Χριστίνα και τον Ανδρέα οι οποίοι ήταν εξαιρετικοί και απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί!! Η καθαριότητα έπασχε κάπως, κυρίως γιατί ξεχνούσαν να αφήσουν τα απαραίτητα πχ χαρτί υγείας, αλλά αν τα ζητούσες σου τα έδιναν αμέσως.

• Vishy281 (7/5): A reasonably-priced good accommodation if you don't mind the (slightly) extra travel time - Our 2nd stay in Amsterdam and our 2nd with XO Hotels too. I accidentally booked this property vs the intended one (Towers) since the room pictures were identical to the one where we stayed earlier. Very friendly & helpful staff, and clean & comfy rooms too - exactly as described. The location is a bit off the centre (esp. the stretch from the bus stop to the hotel isn't the most pleasing) and takes about 40 mins to get to the Centraal Station or the Dam Square (but the bus & tram stops are literally a few mins walking from here). In addition, we could on and off hear people screaming from outside the room - not quite sure if its due to the neighbourhood or just noisy guests. The housekeeping staff also tend to speak quite loudly and is prominent when you're in the room - not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns in allen unterstützt Das Viertel ist nicht das beste. Sehr laut , die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Hotel vorbei und das Parken in der Hotelgarage ist extrem teuer.

• SABRINA (8/5): Déçue par les suppléments pour accéder à la chambre (arrivée et départ) - L'hôtel est près d'une ligne de Tram. Pratique mais l'hôtel reste assez loin du centre-ville (environ 20 arrêts), plus d'1h à pied selon notre GPS. La chambre était propre mais très petite (chambre quadruple). Literie moyenne.. lits très haut avec juste un sur-matelas qui ne faisait que glisser.. et les oreillers très plats, pas très confortable. Il serait bien de mettre une poubelle à mégots à l'extérieur. A notre arrivée, nous avons dû payer 5€ de plus pour accéder à notre chambre car nous sommes arrivés 1h avant le Check-in prévu à 15h (très tardif !). Si nous souhaitions laisser nos 4 valises + sac à l'accueil, au lieu d'accéder à la chambre, pas de bagagerie fermée.. Il sont posés sur le côté du comptoir, accessible à tous car personne ne semble vraiment tenir l'accueil. Et pour notre départ, nous avons fait le Check-out vers 11h20 au lieu de 11h (logistique avec 4 personnes.. valises.. 1 seul ascenseur..) et nos Pass étaient déjà désactivés. Malgré tout, on nous a facturé les 10€ de plus (soit le supplément pour accès chambre jusqu'à 12h, "départ tardif"). Personne à la réception.. Nous avons donc dû payer à la borne mise à disposition pour les check-in/check-out et fermer notre XXXX. Assez décevant, au vu du prix des chambres. Ce n'est pas grand chose en soit (15€ de suppl) mais ce n'est pas justifié et nécessaire. Je voyage beaucoup et ce n'est pas mon 1er séjour à AMSTERDAM mais c'est bien la 1ère fois qu'on me facture autant de suppléments pour accéder à une chambre alors que l'hôtel n'est pas haute gamme.
