La piscine et le spa sont de vrais atouts, très agréables pour se détendre après une journée de visite. La propreté laisse à désirer sur la durée. J’ai dû réclamer explicitement le changement des draps car, visiblement ce n'est pas systématique si vous prenez plusieurs nuits chez eux. Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un tel établissement. Très déçus par le service, nous n'avons pas entendu un seul "bonjour" de la part du personnel. On vous demande de laisser une caution à l'arrivée, ce qui n'est pas toujours annoncé clairement et s'avère assez contraignant. Très désagréable de trouver de nombreux articles (snacks, boissons) disposés partout dans la chambre avec les prix affichés directement dessus. Cela donne une impression de magasin de proximité plutôt que d'une chambre d'hôtel accueillante ; c'est assez déplacé pour ce standing.

- ANTONIA (9/5): Ξεκούραστη διαμονή με πολλές ανέσεις - Πλούσιο και ποιοτικό πρωινό. Προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και φιλικό. Όμορφα, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Εξαιρετικό το spa center με δωρεάν σάουνα και εσωτερική πισίνα, ό,τι έπρεπε μετά από μια κουραστική μέρα στην πόλη. Δοκιμάσαμε και φαγητό από το room service, που ήταν αρκετά καλό και όχι ακριβό. Δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο από τη διαμονή. Θα προτιμούσα το κουδούνι του ασανσερ να μην ακουγόταν τόσο δυνατά γιατί καμμιά φορά ενοχλούσε στο δωμάτιο, αλλά αυτό είναι λεπτομέρεια.

I think this is the most important to me. You should not waiste a lot if time waiting. - Features/Amenities: Execellent I should say, spacious rooms and modern conveniences. Breakfast was Fantastic with a lots of Varieties. Thanks To Mr. Mustafa. Wonderful Greeted Smile. Very Polite and well mannered. - Atmosphere/Comfort: Bed were comfortable to sleep, Ambiance were perfectly amazing. Cleanliness were outstanding. Thanks to Nilay Geribas. She's amazing, greeted you always with a Smile and very polite manners. - Service/Staff: 0 "Zero" Had an experience to odered a wine at the evening reception, answered and made your oder. But the Service man brought an invoice without a Ballpen to sign. Took longer time. And brought the Wine without a corkscrew to open the Wine Bottle. Called the evening reception many times "no answering" went to the reception very Frustrated. Imagine doing this was a bad Service. - Efficiency: 0 "Zero" This is the Highlights of the Hotel. I made a 0 "zero" Evaluation because of the reception. He's a Bald guy from Iran. First and foremost the Check-in. This is the most crucial way of welcoming the Guest. He keep us Waiting qnd called suddenly asking immediately the Deposit which is like that you can't afford to pay. No further good explanations about the Wifi, and time for Breakfast. As in Nothing! Very disappointed. - All the Receptionist are well kind ,very helpful and well mannered. Except this Iranian Guy. Because of this mistook the whole Team were involved. This management would implies "Actions " because he's ruining/damaging the Hotel's Image.

- Mohammad Mehran (10/5): Great hotel to stay with nice gym, spa, & swimming pool etc ,located only 5 mins walk from Taksim - The location of the hotel was amazing as its 5 minutes walk to Taksim square. The staff was super friendly and helpful, great stay overall thank you. My wife used the SPA facility which was great and she really enjoyed it. My 3 year old son also enjoyed the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, the Gym was really good and supply of drinking water in the gym was a nice touch. The room had all the amenities needed to a comfortable stay. Thanks to the staff for making our stay wonderful. A restaurant menu in the room would have been nice, we didn’t try the hotel restaurant and we’re not sure about what it offered. Next time if we stay we would also like to try the restaurant. The room was great but it felt slightly less lit, however, the massive windows compensated which allowed a lot of natural sunlight.
- Emal (1/5): Very disappointing experience, not recommended. - I did not like anything about this property. I was charged significantly more than what was originally agreed, which felt unfair and misleading. There was a lack of transparency in pricing, and I felt taken advantage of.
- Yulia (9/5): - I spent quite some time looking for a hotel for our trip and eventually settled on Titanic City Taksim. I’m satisfied with my choice. The hotel and rooms are well-maintained and kept clean, with housekeeping coming by every day. The breakfast is good and offers a decent variety of food. The staff is polite and helpful. It is also worth noting that the hotel has a pool and spa area included in the price. Just a heads-up: a swimming cap is required to use the pool. The location is a big plus — it’s just a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square, providing easy access to the metro, funicular, and the red tram on Istiklal Street. I would consider staying here again in the future. The room felt quite small for three people (two adults and a child); it was very cramped with the extra bed. Another thing to note is that housekeeping starts very early in the morning, which can be bothersome if you prefer to sleep in. Regarding breakfast, the staff tries so hard to keep everything perfect that it can feel a bit rushed — they sometimes clear your plate away literally the moment you finish your last bite.

- Inna (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff were helpful and working great! - The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to Taksim square and Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room is big enough for 2 people with new furniture and excellent shower! Breakfast is good but not as great as in Titanic Hotel in Berlin (Germany). The bar is closed quite early ( at 10pm ). So instead of spending time and money at the hotel bar we had to go out.

En særlig tak til Horn og Con, som var utroligt hjælpsomme under hele vores ophold. De gik virkelig den ekstra mil for at sikre, at vi havde det godt – det gjorde en stor forskel for vores oplevelse. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet og kommer meget gerne igen!

Die Putzfrau hat nur frische hanttücher gebracht .der kleine schminkspiegel wahr dreckig von schminke er wurde in der 6 tage auffenthalt nicht geputzt wahren 2 paare im hotel bei denen das gleiche klopapier wurde nicht nach gefühlt. Es gibt tee u kaffe zucker im preis inbegriffen wurde nicht nachgefühlt tage lang. Bis wir uns am info beschwerten wurde sofort alles ins zimmer gebracht. 2 orangen im teller mit folie wurde in den tagen schlecht schimmel wurde nicht entfernt .poll sehr kalt ohne schwimmmütze nicht rein also bringt welches mit ansonsten bei denen kaufen ,wirpool bluppert nur so in mitte :-) sauna haben wir nicht genützt. Für den preis was wir zahlten zu teuer frühstück mit 20€person pro tag:-(

- arif (10/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber ist in einer sehr guter Lage und Familien freundlich , Zimmer Services ist gut vor allem ist Frau Reyhan sehr freundlich nett und ist sehr Professionell , ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt ohne Probleme Zimmer sind sauber man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

- Irina (6/5): Gute Lage und Service, aber deutliche Abstriche bei Komfort und Ausstattung - Zentrale Lage, nur etwa 5 Gehminuten zu den nächsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den allgemeinen Bereichen. Im Zimmer gab es viele Extras wie täglich frisches Wasser, Hygieneartikel, Bademantel, Rasierer, Zahnbürsten und sogar Waschschwämme. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Für türkische Verhältnisse etwas wenig Auswahl und täglich sehr ähnlich, dafür war aber immer alles vollständig aufgefüllt und es hat nie etwas gefehlt. Der Service war durchgehend schnell und freundlich. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders durch die Sauberkeit und den guten Service. Einige Punkte haben den Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt. Die Kissen waren für mich nicht besonders bequem, wobei das natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war enttäuschend, man blickte direkt auf das gegenüberliegende Hotel. Dadurch kam kaum Tageslicht rein und man konnte weder das Wetter noch richtig erkennen, ob es Tag oder Nacht ist. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen war nicht möglich, da sich draußen Klimaanlagen befanden, die sehr laut waren. Der vom Hotel angebotene Flughafentransfer war deutlich teurer als ein Taxi direkt vor der Tür, was sich unnötig und etwas ärgerlich angefühlt hat. Beim Frühstück gab es zudem nur Filterkaffee und keine Kaffeemaschine, was ich persönlich als Minuspunkt empfunden habe.

- Pavel (10/5): Perfekt!!! wir haben uns Sehr wohl gefühlt - Uns hat alles gut gefallen von Eingang und Aufnahme , Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, Frühstück alles was man braucht, Zimmer sehr sauber und schön. Vielen Dank !!! Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt!!! 100% kommen noch mal wieder

- Stephany (8/5): - Alles was man braucht war da. Leider hatten wir eine Zimmer direkt neben einer Lüftungsanlage was sehr laut und dunkel war.
- Alla (9/5): - Super friendly staff, excellent service during breakfast, nice spa and very comfy room! Location near taksim square, good access to transport, eateries nearby. Will definitely stay again if returning to Istanbul Choice of food at breakfast was nice but the same, got boring after a few days.
