- TawS8 (10/5): Excellent staff and great service - I stayed at ibis budget Singapore Pearl twice during my trip, and I would really like to share my experience. My first stay was from 22–23 March (3 rooms), and my second stay was from 26–28 March (also 3 rooms). Both stays were very pleasant, mainly because of the wonderful staff. During my first stay, I met a front desk staff member named Ten. He was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. When we checked out, I left my child’s stroller at the hotel, and he kept it safely for us. When we came back for the second stay, we met him again, and he was just as kind as before. I really appreciated his help. I would also like to mention two other staff members who made a great impression on me. Qayyum helped me book a Grab after two drivers had already rejected my booking. He even offered to speak directly with the driver to help us, which I found incredibly kind and thoughtful. He also recommended a Thai restaurant for us, which was very helpful. Another staff member I would like to thank is Pang Yi. One of our three rooms had a problem with the air-conditioning, so I called the front desk. In less than 5 minutes, Pang came to check the room and immediately arranged a room change for us. He even upgraded the room, and the whole situation was handled very quickly and professionally. All the staff here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Their service really made our stay much better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. 😊

- Mariel (10/5): This hotel is very affordable and we had a great stay except for the woman staff in front desk in night shift she is not - Very accessible, baggage storage is available before and after checkedin, the staff in morning shift are veey accommodating, the housekeeping are great always have a new towels and trash bag. The woman staff at the graveyard shift not smiling and always in a bad mood. Even though we greet when we arrived from our tour she did not even greet us or smiled at all. I believe if you are in the service industry you should be accommodating but we did not even felt that but thanks to her partner ( the guy in night shift ) we felt welcome and let us know when is the earliest time we can checked in since we arrived earlier than expected.

- Petra (10/5): Tolle, helle Unterkunft, zentral gelegen - Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Betten waren klasse, das DZ war für asiatische Verhältnisse "geräumig". Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten und hat eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Hotel hat draußen eine Raucherzone 👍und liegt eher im arabischen Viertel. Mega viele Restaurants und Supermärkte, teilweise nur 2-3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstr. Würde es sofort wiederbuchen. Nicht gefallen würde ich es nicht nennen, war auch nicht scgmhlimm: es hätte gerne ein weiteres Handtuch pro Person geben können. Hätten wir aber sicherlich an der Rezeption erfragen können. Und ein Lichtschalter am Bett wäre cool. Alles nichts wirklich Schlimmes, ich jammere hier nur rum 😁

It was a good place to get good local food. Just a bit small for three of us. We just have enough room to sit around, but not enough room to open our luggage. We can only opened one luggage at a time. But overall, we were still happy for what we paid.
