• Kurt (7/5): A decent stay, met my expectations but a bit overly priced. - The room was very spacious, very quiet, good A/C and the cleaners/housekeeping never bothered you when going in or out. Easy check-in, check-out process. The gym was really small with outdated equipment and the pool was as well with pigeons constantly around it. Nowhere I would want to swim. Lastly, the lady working in the restaurant on Sat-Wed mornings for the breakfast buffet was quite miserable and rude. She wants you in and out, rushing to clean up and doesn't want you taking anything outside the restaurant.

Als wir ankamen, hiess es dann,dass wir das Zimmer erst um 11:00 beziehen können. Da Sie unser Zimmer einfach weiter gegeben haben.

• Asa Hershoff (1/5): THE ABSOLUTE WORST - Have been coming to Thailand for 25years.. Might be the worst of any hotel/air bnb I have stayed at.. and that is saying something! 1. Pool is tiny.. maybe for two people.. and if there are children, forget it. 2. Asked for QUIET room.. put on the pool floor, where hours a day of chidren screaming with no sound barrier. 3. Air conditioner dripping and pouring water on to the floor.. maintenance had to come and take apart. 4. Bathroom sink did not drain properly 5. Shower water pours onto bathroom floor.. where there is no drain (needs proper trim) 6. Long way from BTS.. though they have their tuktuk shuttle .... which you will call and wait for on your return. 7. Kitchen "fridge" is a Mini so food storage for cooking is a big problem. 8. Cookware is cheap, scratched up teflon coated aluminum. 9. A cheaply built hotel on all levels.. maybe 2 star.. Super overpriced for what you get by BKK standards.. room is small and very basic.. For a bit more you get 10x the value. 10. Hotel cleaning staff extremely noisey for hours a day.. Walkie talkies at FULL BLAST (why?) and loud conversations and yelling between them. 11. Very noisey class of quests and certainly no notices anywhere to remind people to keep it down. Zero sound insulation at the door. 12. No balcony or place to dry clothes, or openable window. 13. No in-room washing machine 14. No pidgeon barrier.. so they can poop all they want on your window ledge.. how pleasant to see every day.

• Mathieu (8/5): Agréable et bien situé avec un personnel aux petits soins. - Le personnel à été charmant, l'établissement est très bien situé et les chambres extrêmement bien agencées malgré leur taille réduite. J'ai pu recevoir des amies ce qui était vraiment extra. Le quartier trés calme reste à proximité immédiate des points d'interêt du centre de Sukhumvit. Le BTS est à deux pas avec un service de Tuktuk gratuit de l'hôtel qui est trés appréciable. Mes amis étaient à 2 hommes célibataires par chambre et dans ce cas le lit d'apoint ajouté au lit principal est trop exigu et les deux lits trop proches l'un de l'autre.

• Kym (8/5): Great location. - We stayed in a one-bedroom deluxe. It was well appointed with heaps of amenities; well stocked kitchen; lots of cupboard space and heaps of power outlets. It’s located down the Soi in a quite area but within walking distance to a 7-11, restaurants and the nightlife. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Also having a complimentary around the clock Tuk Tuk return service from the Nana BTS was definitely a bonus particularly on those very hot days. Would definitely recommend and stay again. There also only one bed size table.

Due to issues with travel and world event, we had to check out out of room 4 different times only to return due to aircraft cancellation, This had nothing to do with the hotel , but made the trip a bit more hectic, but the good news is we were able to return to the hotel and obtain our room with little effort

Pool und Fitnessstudio sahen auch gut aus. Leider haben wir beides bei zwei Nächten nicht geschafft. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte Druck. Alles top. Wir hatten draußen am Fenster leider einen Generator, der etwas laut war.

Handy location, close to Nana BTS and loads of good food … loved Haven Plus cafe and the pork noodle soup from one of the street stalls. Half-day rate was quite high, especially for off-peak. The neighbourhood is a little seedy from late afternoon - not a reflection on the hotel at all. Didn’t see any seediness at the hotel, but a lot of old, white men paying for attention towards the other end of the street.
• Sara (7/5): Great place to stay if a kitchen is needed, otherwise there are cheaper options - I loved the shuttle system, it was very helpful. I wish that someone at the reception had informed us about the shuttle, instead of us finding out randomly. The cleaning staff Nitav was very kind, and spoke good English, though the other lady whom I dont know the name of was quite persistent and annoying about cleaning our room. The receptionist was very kind for allowing late check in, and to receive my packages. Also, loved the free coffee and tea everyday. Good touch. - The cooking utensils were of plastic (it would have been great if they were wooden or metallic, as that is safer for health) - The fitness center needed a cleaner water dispenser, and a better view from the treadmill. - It would have been great if the reception had a list of information on it, such as shuttle usage, where to refill bottles, how to get laundry done, fitness center timings, etc. - The bathrooms were quite small, and it was difficult to drain water after a shower as there was no slope toward the drain - In the room with twin beds, everything should have been for two people. This includes table for suitcases, and water bottles (should have been 4 daily instead of 2). - Charging extra for breakfast was not a great idea, considering the rent was already toward the higher side
