• Hedegaard (6/5): A bit run down, but okay value for money - Staff was nice, the gym is one of the better hotel gyms The room showed visible signs of needing upkeep, with a shower door that only moved with difficulty, privacy filter on the window that had almost fallen off and a scent diffuser which seemed suspiciously strong in smell as if to conceal something else.

Had to go out for breakfast to a cafe a few doors away

• Ryan (9/5): Easy, convienient and pleasant - The location was fantastic. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the bar being closed for maintenance and the lift being a bit slow, other than that, no complaints at all.

We'd ordered breakfast, but upon coming down at 7:30am we were told they'd encountered a problem the previous week, so could no longer serve food. We had no advance knowledge of this. The pre-check in email had breakfast times in it, and you could still book a room that included breakfast. Having to wait 72hrs and more for the refund, when I was told I'd get a response from the hotel within 48 hours (working hours, so Mon and Tues).

• Kathryn (7/5): Comfortable room in a reasonable location - shame about the breakfast and communication involved - The room was small, but adequate. The bathroom was good. Breakfast should have been included, but we were told when checking in at the hotel (not at any time before, even though I had checked in online) that the kitchen was closed and breakfast could not be provided. We coped with the change, but it was a considerable disruption to our plans The communication about the breakfast issue was very poor. It could have caused huge problems for our trip, and would have done if we hadn't been able to make adjustments

• Vishaal (5/5): Good central spot if you ok with a tiny baby shower and you get a good rate. - Location is central and close to Euston Station and Euston Square Station. Hotel has a gym which was well equipped. The room size we eventually got was decent. The receptionist that checked us in was really good and accommodating. We arrived at 1am due to delayed train. I had checked in on-line, but when we got to our room there was a continous noise. The receptionist was able to move us to another room and said we could get an upgrade the next day as that was all they had. Spoke to a different receptionist in the morning and she said there was something that will be available. We went out and only got back in the evening and met another receptionist who told us he was not aware of anything. We also needed to book an additional night at the last minute which there was a room available but they guy was very rude and unwelcoming as if he didn't want us to stay there. The bathrooms are tiny. The shower size is a joke. We got a decent size room which was apparently an executive room, but to have a shower size like that is ridiculous. The price for those 2 nights were not worth it. The additional night price was ok. They advertise a whole bunch of food specials but the kitchen wasn't even open.

• Paul (7/5): - Quiet, clean hotel with friendly staff. Room very small but adequate and clean. Definitely did not like the large glass window between the toilet/shower and the bed! Mattress too soft and with a dip in the middle. Restaurant, bar and fitness centre all closed with no advance notice. Very expensive given the very limited facilities.

• Ingrid (8/5): Nice location and clean rooms. No flexible 24 hours cancellation policy. - The location is perfect. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. I did not like that we could not cancel our reservation, even though we tried to cancel 2 to 3 days in advance because our flights were cancelled. Next time I will book a Hotel with free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.

• Jehanaara (5/5): Sleepless - The location was ok as i wanted The room given was small and the worse part was the ac i booked room for five nights first night couldn’t sleep at all because ac was noisy next day complained and they couldn’t fix the problem hiven fan which was not good enough third day they ask us to change room which was not do able due to our luggage so all our stay and nights were not peaceful couldn’t sleep because of Ac and hot room the curtains were very light as soon as sun is up light is in room not even one night i slept peacefully. Extremely expensive on the services which were provided.

You will be aware that we stayed at your property last night and that there were a few issues that fell short of the asking price for the room.. 1: The air conditioning was not working and did not work in our room nor was it working in the alternative room offered, which was also a few square metres smaller. This turned out to be the fact that the presets on the room (unavailable to guest alteration) were set to a minimum value of 30degrees cooling and only at intervals of 30 minutes (see pics) 2: the room was a disabled room where any attempt at having a shower was accompanied by a waterlogged floor, this room was not shown on booking.com.  The mirror in the bathroom was at a height for a wheelchair user with the only other mirror being full length, unlit and inside a wardrobe door. The floor of the bathroom was cracked and grubby, fittings rusty, and again not befitting the £330 price tag, or the room displayed on the booking.com website. 3: The staff are lovely but unhelpful as they are unable to change the hotel infrastructure or amend any issues with the A/c 4: The room was hot all night despite opening the ‘broken windows’ which inadvertently led to the noise of pigeons all night. 5: In the morning there was no hot water whatsoever, from 06.30am to the time of checkout, the reason given was that the hotel is busy!! And clearly the infrastructure does not allow for everyone to have a hot shower. A solution was offered to use a room for a shower on the third floor, where the water was tepid and quite inconvenient. The maintenance guy was again sorry but unhelpful as he could not of course perform miracles. 6: The staff are quite used to these problems, that is clear from conversations with them, one comment being “the rooms are hot aren’t they”.
• Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional. - The hotel is in a good Central location..Very close to Euston Train Station and you can walk to central London. It’s located in a quiet street so the night is very nice and quiet. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable with a bug bathroom. I had an issue with our Shower drain the hotel reception was quick to call in maintenance and sorted out the issue. All staff are lovely and welcoming . The bar and kitchen had great service as well.

• Lee (7/5): - The location was good particularly for access to St Pancras and the Eurostar. Close to many dining spots (highly recommend the Crown and Anchor just around the corner). Did not get a chance to visit the hotel restaurant as we were only there 2 nights. Museums nearby as well as shopping. Close to metro stations as well but we were there during a strike so could not take advantage. All around a great place. It can get a bit noisy. The walls are a little thin and you may hear your neighbors.

Enfin un hôtel où on a un peu de place dans la chambre. Super salle de sport au RDC et eau en bouteille à volonté. Paroi de douche cassée, vue plus que limitée et buit des transports en commun tout proches ou des travaux... Mais franchement très bon rapport qualité prix donc on recommande et on reviendra ! Merci au personnel.

Mirrors dirty, Basics really. Bed had been changed and was clean.

Room very clean and fresh and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Some of the fixtures and fittings missing/scratched/chipped - very minor but easily fixed. Bedrooms at the side overlooked by a building, maybe offices? which was quite close and would look clearly into the bedroom. Biggest disappointment was breakfast, which was lovely and well cooked was at best just tepid for some reason.

They are also very nice to prepare the sofa bed for us before we check in. The executive room is very spacious. Able to accomodate us ( 2 adults and 3 kids - 8, 5 and 1 year old).
