- Francine (8/5): Very enjoyable experience - Did not have breakfast
Happy with location
- Sandra (7/5): A small room, in a great location. - Amazing location. Could walk to all main attractions. Plenty options in area for eating. Quiet location meant a good nights sleep. No problem to leave luggage - staff member was friendly and accommodating. Toilet is in an odd tight space. If you were a larger person you might find it difficult to use comfortably. We were both too tall for the shower. This is not the place for you if you want to spend much time in the room as there is no area to relax.

- gian domenico (6/5): - Ottima posizione Niente bidet

- Lyn (8/5): - Excellent location in the centre of Rome Exceptional service at front desk from taxi booking and extra night accommodation. Hard to find just behind a door up first floor for reception.
- Robbie (2/5): - The property is on terrible condition, super small room with mold everywhere and very poorly maintained. The faucet in the bathroom sink was leaking and at the main entrance of the building there was no lights so I had to let them know the bulbs where out!
There was construction on the building across the street which resulted of workers making loud noise from 6:30am.
The little alley that is located is very dark and not very safe during the night. The reception operates from 7-3 which isn’t a hotel normal reception is just located within the building on the 1st floor.
Very pricey $250/night for 1 person and the room wasn’t even worth $50 dollars. Very disappointing overall.
There was room service cleaning daily and clean towels. As for the breakfast they give a piece of paper to order on the day coffee and croissants to bring to the room.
- egle (10/5): - The location is amazing! Very easy to access and you can leave bags before and after stay.
Staff very friendly.
Contact them early to get instructions for early bag drop- my instruction came just before 2pm.
Highly recommend
- Neil (9/5): Fantastic location, great value and wonderful service for a weekend break to Rome - Location was wonderful, room comfortable with air conditioning (very much needed), and Errol, the staff member was simply wonderful! So friendly and always wanting to do all he could to make our stay the best it could be.
- clairesG9853UE (10/5): Super comfortable and great staff! - A comfy stay in a great location! The receptionist (Errol) was so kind and did all he could to assist us in any way possible! Clean sheets, amazing aircon and super comfortable! We will definitely be returning on our next visit to this beautiful city!
- Mieyeon (8/5): Very good - Perfect location but outdated building
- Adrian (9/5): Superb - Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything I could need. Very comfortable. Great price. Was fine for me but if someone couldn't use stairs then just to be aware of this.
- Beata (8/5): Very good - Great localisation, very helpful personnel
- Faustine (8/5): Very good - This hotel exceeded my expectations and was even better than I had anticipated. I’m not sure if we were given an upgraded room, but it certainly felt like it!
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and soft pillows—perfect for our five-night stay. The bathroom was also impressively clean and roomy, complete with a bathtub and a well-functioning water heater. However, a few more hooks for hanging clothes would have been a nice addition.
Breakfast was good, though the selection remained the same each day. If you’re staying for several nights, expect a consistent spread of breads, spreads, and other basics. For us, it was sufficient, but those looking for variety might find it repetitive.
The reception staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, and the daily cleaning service was thorough. There’s also a nearby laundry service, though it is on the pricier side since they handle everything from washing to folding.
The rooms are located on the second floor, and while there is a lift, it’s quite small—only fitting two people at a time. It can accommodate luggage, but if you’re traveling with a baby stroller, wheelchair, or bulky items, navigating the stairs might be a challenge.
I was initially concerned about noise and safety since the hotel is near Piazza Navona, but it was surprisingly quiet, and we loved the neighborhood. The location was fantastic—just steps away from great dining spots, a 15-minute walk to the Pantheon, a bit further to the Trevi Fountain, and less than 20 minutes to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. We hardly needed transportation, choosing instead to walk everywhere or use Lime scooters, which was a huge plus!
Overall, this hotel was a wonderful find, offering comfort, convenience, and a prime location. Highly recommended! The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find, as it’s tucked away in a back alley with no obvious signage. We only confirmed we were in the right place by checking the label on the doorbell. Due to the tight space and parked vehicles, our taxi couldn't drop us off right at the entrance. Getting a taxi via FREENOW from the hotel was also challenging, as drivers had trouble locating us and often had to circle the area multiple times. Tip: For easier pickups and drop-offs, head to the main street or use a nearby restaurant as a meeting point.
Inside the room, the heating system was a bit noisy, so we only turned it on before bed. Fortunately, the room temperature was comfortable enough that we didn’t need to keep it running overnight. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, light sleepers who are sensitive to noise or easily get cold might find it bothersome.
The room itself was decent, but it could use more comfortable chairs. Sometimes, you just want to lounge instead of lying in bed, and better seating would have made the space feel even cozier.
- Antony (10/5): Lovely rooms - Room was very clean and in a great location. Breakfast was served promptly every morning and the staff were very friendly
- Panagiota (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at Imperium Suite Navona in the center of Rome, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The location was absolutely perfect – just a short walk from all the major attractions like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Trevi Fountain. Being so centrally located made it easy to explore the city on foot.
The hotel itself was charming and well-maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and classic Italian style. I particularly appreciated the cozy bed and the spacious bathroom with its luxurious amenities.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and arranging transportation when needed.
Breakfast was another highlight – a delicious spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and Italian coffee that was the perfect start to my day.
Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone visiting Rome. Its combination of excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made my trip truly memorable. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to the Eternal City!
- Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel's ideal location allowed for quick and quick access to Rome's main attractions I want to note the high professionalism of the reception staff. They're very helpful. Room cleaning every day, customer support 24/7. Before checking in, please consult us in detail how to get from the airport to the hotel, how to check into the room (night check-in) I really liked the Breakfast in Bed option. Every morning, we'd get breakfast, fresh and hot coffee, warm buns, and croisants! Moreover, breakfast was brought at the specified and convenient time for us.
Andrei & Hanna 👍👌
- Anthea (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (10/5): Enjoyed our stay in a lovely apt. And a perfect area. - Breakfast served in room was delicious. The sign on the door. Had trouble finding it.
- Cameron (6/5): - Room was ok, not like the pictures on the website ,
There was no tv channels at all , but the bed was comfy
The kettle didn’t work properly , but overall was ok
- Jack (2/5): Worst service I have ever experienced - Booked a one-night stay. When I got there, there was no one at reception, just 2 envelopes with other guests' names taped to a locked door. Tried calling numerous times, no answer. Another couple--one of the two envelopes--showed up, but the key-code they were given didn't work and we were all waiting around for an hour. Eventually, I gave up and booked another hotel nearby. The single most atrocious service I have ever experienced from a hotel.
- Joe (10/5): Best hotel for short stay visir. - Outstanding host was super friendly nothing was to much trouble, location amazing 15 mintue walk to trevi fountain 5 mins from bars and restaurants, room was lovely sky tv great shower and comfy bed. Nothing really wish I had stayed longer.
- CASSIE (10/5): - Love the location. Many options to eat. Excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Adam (8/5): - Great location in Piazza Navona!!
- Martin (7/5): Good -
- AHMED (6/5): - Nice staff, great location - door itself is a little hard to find, no lobby/reception. Self serve check in - shower could use a curtain, water will go all over the bathroom.
- Alejandro (10/5): - Our stay was amazing, the receptionist was beyond helpful and very nice, I will definitely return anytime I'm in Rome. Breakfast was included which was a nice addition.
- Siamak (9/5): Superb -
- Aristoteles (10/5): - Great location can walk to all the best place in Center of Rome food all the attractions great time and every morning was brought breakfast the best time there
- N8266BGryang (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing stay, has everything you need, clean on arrival and cleaned daily. Reception not 24/7 but the owner is only a whats app message away and they answer right away. The breakfast in bed is a great touch, we only had it the one day due to being up and out first thing sightseeing. It's in the perfect location, 15 min walk to the Vatican, 5 min walk to trevi fountain and a 20 min walk to the colosseum. Would highly recommend this as a good place to stay. My only criticism I have was like most others, not a big sign post to the building and you would miss it, if they invest in a neon sign to place above the door it would look and finish it off perfectly. We are already planning on a return and will be stopping again. Keep up the good work Lucia. See you all again soon.
- Kay (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable for a nights stay in Rome. The location was very good. The layout of the bathroom was a little strange and the shower was over a bath. I would stay again as it wasn't too expensive and the aircon was good.
- Lourdes (10/5): Friendly and comfortable room with a big bathroom and yummy pasteries to go with my coffees - Everything was amazing! Property was amazing and host too! She made is feel at home and brought us breakfast at the time requested. She even heated up our food for us, she went above and beyond!
- Fielding (8/5): very good stay -
- Diana (8/5): Very good - Location is very good - all most popular objects are near. Bed is confortable, AC worked perfectly. Breakfast to the room at the time we wanted. Our room was near registration post, so it was noisy at the early morning (7-8 a.m). Breakfast was late every day about 10-15 minutes. And we did not liked cleaning services - cleaning lady throwed up our drink (was open, but almost full) and one day we received dirty and ripped towels.
- Patricia (10/5): - I am very pleased... thank you Lucia!!!
- Popovic (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - We've stayed here several times. The rooms are in a great location. Lucia is warm, personable, and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast is included,
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicolle (10/5): Perfect location, great amenities - Perfect position
Big bed (perfect for tall people - my boyfriend is over 2m)
Big shower
Air conditioning
Very punctual stuff - the breakfast come in the room I would have liked the breakfast to also have something salty - prosciutto, salami etc. but it was good as it was.
- Zhamilya (8/5): Location is a strong side - The location is very good, The bathroom is spacious. Everything is clean. The Internet is good. The reception guy is very helpful and polite. The price was very high for our stay because it was a hot season and also the days of the Italian Tennis Cup (as I realized in Rome).
It is not a real hotel, it's a residence, so I missed the hotel spirit because I like hotels more.
- Alex (10/5): Fantastic location and great value - Location was excellent and breakfast was good , delivered to room daily. Lovely bathroom and maid service.
Owner was very kind, highly recommend this hotel , such good value and very central. Nothing! It was fabulous
- Jorge (8/5): - Nice room, good value, and great location. Staff very nice and helpful.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Bob (8/5): - Location is great and our host was very friendly and helpful. Our actual room was small and up stairs but you pay for the location. So close to everywhere we wanted to be.
- Kellie (9/5): Superb - This is located in my favorite neighborhood in Rome. It is walking distance to everything you can want to see. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast delivered to the room was amazing!
- Robert (10/5): Great location - Staff was friendly, helpful. Hotel is located near all the famous tourist places to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Coliseum. Great places to eat within short walking distance.
- Alexis (10/5): - Amazing staff! Beautiful rooms and in a great area.
- Mr (8/5): Very good -
- Virginie (8/5): - Perfect location!!!!! It was the best. A few steps away from castel san Angelo, piazza navona, pantheon and trevi. Everything was so close. Lots of cute restaurants around. We went to Lagana restaurant 2 times cause food was great. Went to 2 rooftops, Borromini and the best one was 9hotel Cesari.
Staff of the hotel was super friendly, but check-in was confusing. Breakfast is included, it was great, i just feel i needed some fruits though.... bread everyone morning. It was really good and great coffee.
My only downfall for this place: the very strong perfum smell when we checked in. I had to have the windows and ac open to aerate. And still. Took days to get rid of. Plus, the hotel burns incent, probably to get rid of bad odours and people smoking. If you like incent you'll be happy. But even my partner made comments on it. It was quite intense.
Would definitely stay again anyways!!!! Because of how the location and conveniency of the place.
Thank you again !
- Angela (8/5): Comfortable and welcoming. Only issue occurred when trying to check out and no one was around but called contact who adv - Location and ease of access Nothing
- George (8/5): - I found all of Rome not as clean as I remembered the last time I was here,2018. A lot of car traffic, people and many electric bikes, but what big city in not?
- Viktoriia (7/5): It’s a perfect value for money if you are travelling for both work and leisure - It’s in the very heart of Rome as well as close to pivotal tourist destinations. The location was just excellent as well as breakfast There was no elevator for me to bring up the suitcase and there was no assistance for me to help.
- David (8/5): Serviced bedrooms. - We had a lovely stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is not what I call a hotel more serviced bedrooms. That was not a problem for us but I was expecting more facilities. The signage is not great. Just a really small wall plaque. Luckily the buildings are numbered too and that helped.
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Catalina (8/5): Good - Location. Close to everything. Very small apartament
- Quentin (9/5): Clean, friendly staff and modern bathroom and bed. - Clean, friendly staff and modern bathroom and bed.
- kelly (10/5): - Outstanding stay Imperium suite Navona. Lucia and team made the stay superb. It is a stone's throw from both the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. As central as you can get without the noise.
Delicious coffee and pastries are served each morning with a smile. I will return. Cheers, Kelly
- Albu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irina (9/5): Superb - Wonderful location. The sights of Rome are within walking distance.
Friendly staff. Good bed linen and towels. Delicious croissants and good coffee for breakfast.
- Ahmad (10/5): Perfect - Clean, comfortable, very spacious room and well hosted

- Zeynab (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent
- Theodosis (7/5): Good -
- Andreas (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Great value and great location - Breakfast was included and served in the room. The room was very clean and kept that way even though we only stayed two nights. The location was perfect. The host was pleasant and helpful.
- Karin (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff, great location and comfortable room.
- Domenico (8/5): Very good -
- Michele (8/5): Good choice if you want to be handy to everything - Location was fantastic. Lovely, helpful manager. Breakfast delivered to the room
- Suzanne (2/5): - So the hotel it was dirty ,walking around in white socks and they got very dirty, it had been a long time since they mopped the floors. They ran out of hot water several times, some had to take cold showers. The Stubbs bathroom floor flooded. I have to say the beds were very comfortable.
- Maria (8/5): Great location and vibe! - A great location and suite was very good but needs much better lighting especially in bathroom. Pillows could use a refresh as they were flat. Location is perfect as you can walk to all the key sights and attractions, and very good local restaurants in the area.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lighting in the suite and pillows could be replaced.
- Brenda Lee (10/5): - It's a perfect location near so many thing's. Aron was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected and very good.
- Douglas (8/5): - Front desk does not have someone on call all the time. I had a vault issue which was addressed the next morning but was not successfully addressed when I needed it...because the only dialogue could occur through WhatsApp and not in person. Anyway, the front desk gentleman that was there in the morning was very helpful. Also the Navona room is in the lobby, so it can be noisy. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.
- Claudia (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent
Sheets and towels were good Internal access was awkward
Walls were tatty and need painting
No breakfast room
- Verified traveler (8/5): Basic but good - The hotel was hard to find, I looked on trip advisor and someone kindly posted a picture of the door.
The hotel was quite small and relatively quiet. I slept well, the bed was reasonably comfortable, didn’t love the big thick hard pillows but that is my personal preference!
Helpful staff, though not always present but a WhatsApp number was available to contact if needed.
Breakfast was unexpected but delightful of fresh coffee, croissants and bread.
Location was the real winner with a short 3 minute walk to Navona
- Kelly (9/5): Superb - Lovely friendly host.
Perfect location
- linda (8/5): - Very comfortable, cozy and local to all places you want to visit. Lovely continental breakfast. All you need for a busy trip to Rome
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Nicolai (7/5): Great staff, average place - The staff were absolutely amazing. Although the place isn't the best, the staff surely make up for it. I've never seen such caring staff and very welcoming. The bath tub had a hole and the bathroom had a nasty smell.
