• Javier (5/5): El precio lo pone la ubicación porque el resto… - La ubicación es inmejorable la verdad. Es un segundo sin ascensor, es importante saberlo. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, escaso, poca variedad y de calidad limitada. Hay mucho ruido desde las 7 de la mañana ya que el desayuno se encuentra justo a la salida de las habitaciones por lo que descansar se hace bastante complicado. Las camas y almohadas no son de la mejor calidad. Aunque ya lo sabes con antelación, la verdad que el hecho de que la recepción esté en otro edificio no es ideal.

The bed is not great, you can feel all the springs! We did leave some clothes and I tried to contact the property a number of times and they never got back to us
• MARIA (2/5): - Great location and friendly staff. The room we stayed in needs renovation. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and two out of the three beds were folding beds. The mattresses were old and yellow stained. The furniture was worn out and damaged. However, the room itself was spacious and clean. Also, this was not the room we originally booked. The staff told us they were givings us a bigger room so we could be more comfortable, but i m not sure that was actually a good thing because the room was not nice at all.

Es gab nur einen Kaffee , ich wollte einen zweiten, worauf die italienische Angestellte unfreundlich fragte .- DUE ??? so unfreundlich. Wenn eine dunkle Dame für das Frühstück zuständig, war war es angenehmer. Sie war sehr nett, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kaum Auswahl bei Frühstück. lätscherte Paninis und Toastbrot. kein Stück Gemüse, Ich mag es auch nicht wenn es im Bett nur eine riesige Bettdecke gibt. Wenn jeder seine eigene hat , ist das für mich angenehmer.

• Caroline (8/5): - L'emplacement était parfait et les gens à l'accueil très courtois et à l'écoute. Il y a eu un problème d'eau chaude, mais il a été réparé la même journée. Le personnel au déjeuner était peu souriant et la dame avait hâte de fermer. Nous sommes arrivés à 9h50 et elle a dit 3x qu'elle fermait à 10h. Le lieu de l'accueil n'est pas dans la même bâtisse que l'hébergement (300 m). Il pourrait y avoir un accueil autonome avec un code.

• Pludek (6/5): Not as nice as you will expect but the location makes up for it - The location was excellent being easy walking distance to all the main sites. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the breakfast was basic, it was fine and covered most of what people would need. Room was basic but had the main items.. Great communication. Kitchen staff not friendly. Room similar to a hostel. Not easy to find. Not the cleanest. It is hard to rate this place. I think the value is low, location and owners great. If you are not too picky, it is ok.

• Mirko Serafini (5/5): - La posizione ottima A livello generale il rapporto qualità prezzo non vale assolutamente. Tante cose che con poco possono essere migliorate... La camera era abbastanza pulita ma c'era una sedia tutta macchiata, in bagno mancava il porta carta igienica e asciugamani, lo scaldasalviette era arrugginito, la mensola di appoggio scrostata, la rubinetteria arrugginita e ossidata, il battiscopa della porta marcio e mezzo mancante a causa della doccia che bagnava fuori. La colazione era passabile, le brioches deludenti e solo pane in cassetta (con tutti i forni che ci sono a Roma, cosa costa prendere qualcosa di fresco tutti i giorni?) Il personale è sempre stato gentile ed efficiente, ma nel complesso il soggiorno non vale il prezzo che l'abbiamo pagato.

• ΠΑΣΣΑΡΗΣ (7/5): - Perfect location, the room its self was very good for its price, clean. We stayed at the second floor, where the breakfast took place and was right outside of the rooms in that floor so it was pretty noisy in the morning. If you are not a morning person I would not recommend it, we are heavy sleepers so we didn't mind. Also after breakfast was over the staff that were working there were speaking and laughing very loud. So I wouldn't recommend staying at the second floor.

• ESTHER (5/5): Decepcionante pero con buena ubicación - La ubicación. Estás muy cerca de la Fontana di trevi y del metro, lo que te permite moverte tanto a pie como en transporte público. Además, el desayuno estaba incluido en el precio. Además de que hay que subir escaleras y que las camas son pequeñas, la mapara de la ducha estaba rota y no nos avisaron cuando hicimos el check in. Cuando lo vimos, enviamos un mensaje al número de teléfono que nos habían facilitado, adjuntando fotos, y no nos contestaron. A la mañana siguiente, enviamos otro mensaje y tampoco respondieron. Tuvimos que ir por la tarde a la recepción (está en otra dirección) y, tras reconocer que era una cosa de la que tenían conocimiento, la única solución que nos dieron era que fuéramos al día siguiente (cuando nos íbamos) para hablar con el director del hotel o un responsable. Para sorpresa de nadie, al día siguiente no estaba y nos dijeron que enviáramos un correo electrónico a una dirección explicando lo ocurrido (ya se lo habíamos explicado en tres ocasiones). Mientras tanto, nos tuvimos que duchar como pudimos dejando todo el baño mojadísimo ¡Lamentable!

Var usikker på om det ville bli komplisert å hente nøkler i et annet bygg, men dette var veldig enkelt, og bare noen hundre meter unna! Gode vinduer og romslig plass for tre personer. Fornøyde med at alt funket som det skal! Det var dessverre ekstremt lytt. Frokostsalen er i midten av alle inngangene til rommene, og dermed hørte vi alt av prating, kjøkkenredskaper som ble ryddet og så videre. Føltes ut som det var helt inne på rommet, men for oss var ikke dette et problem, bare kjipt å bli vekket tidlig. Dusjdøren hadde falt ut av sporet. Sengene hadde ingen overmadrass og vi lå rett ned på rammemadrassen.

Kahvaltıyı da beğendik. Tekrar Romaya gelsek hiç düşünmeden yine burda konaklarız. Checkin ve check out işlemleri otelin 300 metre ilerisinde rome king suitede yapılıyor. Orda kayıt işlemlerini yaptıktan sonra, anahtarları alıp geliyorsunuz. Bunu bilerek gelmekte fayda var.
• Lilla (7/5): - Great location, Termini was close. The hot water was only availabla after 16:30. In the mornings it was only warm not hot. The wifi kept dropping me off. We had to check-in in a different building. The breakfast table was not re-filled.
• NAFSIKA (8/5): - The location was truly excellent and very convenient for getting around. The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which made carrying our luggage quite difficult. Late at night there was no hot water, which was inconvenient. The bathroom taps also splashed water everywhere, making them uncomfortable to use.

Sklep spożywczy w pobliżu i wiele restauracji. Niedaleko do metra i przystanków autobusowych. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Warto zwrócić uwagę na dużą ilość schodów - brak windy.

Wygodne łóżko. Śniadanie ubogie, acz obok pokoju. To, że rejestracja jest zlokalizowana w innym budynku. Brak warzyw do śniadania.

Pokoje na drugim piętrze znajdują się bezpośrednio przy jadalni – hałas (muzyka, rozmowy) do 1–2 w nocy. Bardzo cienkie ściany - słychać telewizor i chrapanie jakby ktoś był u Was w pokoju. Śniadania bardzo słabe: mały wybór, niska jakość, bardzo słodkie produkty; zdarza się brak jedzenia i miejsc siedzących. Niezbyt miła obsługa śniadań (z wyjątkiem jednego pana). Ciepła woda dopiero po 15–20 minutach odkręcania kranu.

Chambre de taille modeste, un poil moins bien agencé que sur les photos, mais nous ne faisions qu'y dormir. La chambre faite tous les jours, linge de toilette remplacé tous les jours. Un petit coup re rafraîchissement de la sale de bain ne serait pas du luxe. Si nous devions retourner à Rome, nous retournerions sans hésiter dans cet établissement. Nous y étions à 4 (ma femme, mes deux enfants et moi même). Rapport prix / prestation très correct. Donner un coup de jeune à la sale de bain.

• Bravo diaz (8/5): Gran experiencia - El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta y el personal son personas muy amables y atentas En realidad nada, relación calidad-precio estaba súper bien el hotel, incluso había fútbol gratis en la tele, siempre nos encontrábamos las habitaciones limpias, el personal super amable y la habitación mejor de lo que me esperaba. El único inconveniente que tuvimos era que la tetera estaba sucia pero eso es irrelevante todo genial!
