Apesar disto, uma refeição ao dia já ajuda na programação diária dos passeios, pois a maioria dos pontos turísticos é distante. As acomodações são antigas, utilizam carpetes e, na chegada, tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois o carpete estava molhado. Os vidros das janelas não abrem. Apesar de haver área para fumantes, era possível sentir o cheiro de fumo no quarto de não-fumantes. Um outro dia não foi realizada a limpeza, pois só fazem um horário específico por dia.

- Jill (6/5): We we requested for a late check out, it was granted. Thank you! Stay was good. - The location and the price. We requested for a non smoking rooms, 1 for my 2 daughters and 1 for me and my husband. We can smell smoking from the toilets - coming from the other rooms. After checking out, the reception at around 1400H, gave me a feedback form, rating for their rooms, breakfast, etc. When I gave each question, a 6 or 7 rating. She was asking me what was the reason of such a score…I told her, that we were in a hurry. But kinda insisted for me to answer her question. I eventually told her if they (hotel) or booking.com would send me an email to rate AGAIN, then I would reiterate. And guests are not obliged to answer such a question specially upon checking out. I hope Holiday Inn would modify this part. Avoid consuming a lot of time from your guests with these feedback forms if booking.com is doing it already. And vice versa. Upon checking in, there is a part wherein the receptionist that time, gave 2 forms to fill out the part the email, contact numbers, and signature. The 2nd form for a different email address. Again waiting guest’s time.

With special regards to the African guy there, very polite and was patient .Also the driver on the Airport shuttle was nice and went N extra mile to ensure that my bags were in the trolley without me lifting a finger. This is why I choose this hotel all the time. Also the young man responsible for housekeeping deserves a special mention. Thanks. The Asian staff in the reception could do with some professional training on etiquette. Their racial bias is distasteful.

- Marcela (9/5): Hotel je strategicky dobře umístěný, dostupnost do metra. Je napůl cesty mezi Marinou a Starou Dubaj - Snídaně vynikající, bohatá nabídka, od 7:30-10:30 časově skvělé. Večeře jsme si připlatily - slabé, těžko něco vybrat, jakoby zbytky od oběda, polévky barevná voda s nějakými kousky zeleniny, studené pokrmy. Zbytečně předražené, cena neodpovídala nabídce. Úklid výborný, na požádání kdykoliv voda, toaletní papír, výměna osušek. Servis recepce skvělý, objednávání taxíků, nebo řešení dostupnosti lékárny, žádosti o informace k atrakcím. Večeře - jsou navíc, s doplatkem, pokud jsou takto drahé a nabízí se, měly by být přijatelné.

A small incident regarding front staff calling Uber and sent us to the wrong location, but resolved with a bit of efforts on our part. Still ok with no hard feelings.

La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très agréable. J’ai aussi apprécié le calme des lieux ainsi que la qualité du service. L’emplacement est idéal et permet de se déplacer facilement. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
