- Micath (8/5): très bon séjour - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement qui est à 2 minutes de la station de tram qui vient de l'aéroport et qui permet de tout faire à pied pour les principales visites . La literie est excellente ainsi que le linge de lit et le linge de toilette. Shampooing et savonnettes renouvelées tous les jours et les 2 bouteilles d'eau mises dans le réfrigérateur chaque jour est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est correct ,il y a de tout ,charcuterie ,fromage ,fruits ,gâteaux ,laitage, croissants..... Le personnel est très sympa et se fait un plaisir de vous aider . La bagagerie est très pratique à l'arrivée comme au départ. Nous avons été surpris car les chambres sont vieillottes ainsi que les salles de bains .Bien que celles- ci soient bonnes à rénover ,tout est propre.La décoration de la chambre est pratiquement inexistante et assez triste !

- Monique (8/5): Très bel hôtel 3* à Florence très bien placé Gare-Duomo. - L'emplacement est top, 5 mes à pied de la gare et également du Duomo. J'avais une "chambre single", qui était petite mais pour Florence de taille agréable. La chambre était calme, propre, la literie très confortable, salle de bains très petite mais propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit dej est simple mais on y trouve du salé et du sacré et des produits frais. Enfin le personnel est très souriant et aidant. Seul détail: dans la salle de bains, seulement une douche pluie, pas de pommeau de douche.

- Hahn (6/5): Für einen kurzen Städtetrip absolut in Ordnung. Gute Lage, Nähe zum Bahnhof. - Sehr gute Lage für eine Städtetour. Zimmer zur Straße, relativ laut. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sauber. Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl wäre nicht schlecht.

The room is well proportioned with fantastic shower room. We didn't stay for breakfast but the area looked nice enough - Easy walk into the main squares and if you are with children, the Carousel in the square is a must visit. The fridge in the room was hot, rather than cold which wasn't a great use...

- Marianne (5/5): Für eine so begehrte Stadt wie Florenz eine gute Lage, wenn man mit dem Auto durch die Toskana reist - Von diesem Hotel aus erreicht man auch zu Fuß viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es nette Lokale! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit der jungen Dame an der Rezeption, die noch dazu sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen hat, was uns sehr überrascht hat. Sie war eine Retterin beim Einweisen in die Zufahrt des Innenhofes, was auch für routinierte Fahrer eine Herausforderung darstellt. Dass es im Jahr 2026 noch so ein Frühstück gibt, auch, wenn es sich nur um ein 3-Sterne-Hotel handelt. Die Hälfte des Angebotes bestand aus billigstem Kuchen, nur eine Gebäcksorte und nur eine Wurst- u Käsesorte. Keine Tomaten, keine Gurken, kein Obst bis auf 4 Äpfel, die tagelang dort gelegen sind. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war in Ordnung. Man müsste fragen, was sie fürs Frühstück abziehen, da es gleich daneben mehrere Cafès mit günstigen Frühstücksangeboten gibt.

La posizione anche se non bellissima, perché attaccata praticamente alla stazione era anche comoda perché allo stesso tempo vicino al centro storico. Il bagno rispetto alla camera nuovo e con tutti i comfort. La colazione di scarsa qualità e c’era veramente poca scelta. Praticamente non ho fatto la colazione. Ci sono due scale e due ascensori che portano alle camere uno si trova all’interno dove’è la reception e la sala colazione. L’altra (dove avevo la camera io) dovevi uscire nella corte esterna alla reception e diciamo che era un po’ scomoda l’entrata perché non facilissimo l’accesso al primo o secondo piano. Ci sono porte da attraversare con diverse chiavi ecc. fattibile quando c’è qualcuno che ti spiega, ma visto che il check in è entro le 22.00, dopo quell’orario si trovano istruzioni come accedere. A mio avviso non semplicissimo. Io fortunatamente sono riuscita a fare il check in entro le 22.00 La camera un po’ datata necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento.

La ubicació si vens i vas a l’aeroport amb transport públic és immillorable. Si torno a Florència, el consideraré la meva primera opció. L’esmorzar. És la part més fluixa, però ja es veu a les fotos. És un esmorzar correcte.

- PAUL (10/5): Ideally located to visit Firenze - Ideally located - close to the station, to the restaurants; shops and bars. 15mn away by foot from the Duomo The staff is friendly and helpful. Not easy to find the hotel when you come by car. Not well indicated. And the entrance porch is very narrow. Hopefully; the receptionnist help us to get in without damaging our car.

Badkamer is klein maar compleet met een hele fijne douche. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Veel keuze. De receptie was heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van alles. Dichtbij veel restaurants. Prima voor een stedentrip! -

- Ascension (10/5): Hotel magnifico - Su ubicación a unos metros de la estacion de tren y a la plaza del Duomo 5 min , amplitud habitación familiar (4),baño súper nuevo desayuno muy correcto y un gran detalle nos prepararon picnic de desayuno para excursión ya que nos fuimos a las 06 h. Increíble el picni de desayuno súper completo ( Pan, dulces, huevos, zumos, mermeladas etc gracias). Siempre viajo en 4* y alguna vez en 3* para nosotros ha sido el mejor Hotel de 3 Estrellas que hemos estado. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient parfaites. Le lieu du petit déjeuner et l'accueil également parfait. Le bruit des salles de bains des chambres voisines (trop bruyant pour dormir à minuit). A côté de celà le bruit de la rue (malgrè les doubles vitres) était minime. L'absence de bouilloire pour faire du thé ou tisane dans la chambre
