Long corridors to room and breakfast, a challenge for seniors. High walled bathtub/shower unusable for seniors. Seniors need to be very specific about acceptable location of room and the type of tub/shower.

Trus111G (10/5): A few days away for a birthday treat. - A beautiful clean hotel. With a warm welcome from lovely staff throughout, ideally situated in the old town. A quiet side street with a police station opposite. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance . Recommend.

haroldv919 (10/5): Fantastic location and rooms. - The hotel has a great location in Prague's Old Town, but is on a quiet street. The rooms are very spacious with lots of space for luggage and seating. The reception staff was fabulously helpful in every respect.

Rita_VR (9/5): - Hotel in ottima posizione sia per i mezzi di trasporto (quindi è possibile e facilissimo da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici - ca. 50' dal terminal 2) sia per i vari luoghi da visitare (a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i principali monumenti della Città Vecchia fino a ponte Carlo e, dall'altro lato, della Città Nuova; per Malastrana / Castello, basta prendere il tram 22 a pochi passi dall'hotel). Colazione super abbondante e ricca. Stanza spaziosa e ben organizzata. Personale in reception, di servizio alla colazione estremamente disponibile e gentile Una signora delle pulizie (già segnalata al front office) molto attenta e brava.

Chrystalla (10/5): Amazing place to stay in heart of Prague! - The hotel is close to everything, within walking distance! You can go everywhere just walking! The area is very quiet and safe! The hotel is very clean and organised! The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and polite. It has long corridors but that’s not actually a big problem! Nothing really!
lharrison321 (10/5): Lovely hotel, great location - Got back from 3 days at this hotel and it was lovely. Firstly, although down a 'side street' it's got the benefit of having the Police as their neighbour so safe as houses and no street noise noticed. Couple of little bars just up the road, then a little further and you're within easy reach of what I'd say was the main road through with 'shopping' shops but lots of cafes/bars all dotted wherever you walk. Room was nice and spacious, vaulted ceilings and huge windows let in lots of light and make the place feel airy - our windows also opened which we did need as our fan/air con did not want to switch on, we just wanted a breeze more than to be stone cold. Bed was nice and big (2 singles put together which i don't have a problem with but Mrs isn't a fan, just a heads up). All sheets/towels changed daily and cleaned throughout to a nice standard. Fridge in room was handy, not the coldest but perfect for a pint of milk as the little pods just don't cut it. Ample wardrobe space too. Two downsides.....towels, smallish hand towel and main towel each but the main towel was small - I'm big but even the Mrs said it was tiny and she is very slim. Secondly, the iron, it's ok if you've already ironed your clothes but if you've got some additional creases, not a hope - but these are VERY minor, probably not an issue to others. On to breakfast, really nice, lots of cold choice (fruit, pastries, salad etc), some hot food; sausage, scrambled egg, bacon and some other bits but plenty to fill a hole. Nice coffee and also some Prosecco if you fancy it - we had a glass each when we checked in (nice little touch by the staff), not usually a bubbles drinker but went for it and will say it was lovely, not too sharp and didn't give the instant heartburn regret. If the hotel read this can you please let me know the name of it, s would like to try and get some. Check in (and out), nice and easy and were allowed to leave our cases prior to departure. Staff very pleasant and excellent English too. Really nice hotel, lovely stay, close enough to everything without being 'in the heart', oh and non hotel related but if using Uber (Bolt is also popular) it's cheap as anything!! Thank you all staff, a lovely stay was had.

The staff was more than helpful and accommodating with someone at the front desk 24 hours. The room was spotless, large and comfortable. Unitas Hotel is also just steps away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants. If you are worried about safety there is a Police Headquarters right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Il manquait un pan de rideau pour que la chambre soit totalement sombre
