• Thomas (3/5): Günstig für Mailand aber auch sehr alt. - Das Frühstück ist ok, etwas mehr als nur das typisch Italienische Frühstück. Zimmer sind sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind etwas klein.

• Helmi (6/5): - De hotel location is perfect and the building from outside looks decent The food quality was not the best there was hair inside of the omlet and greek yoghurt also the rooms halways has very bad smell and the cartes they use for room number and parking is piece of paper writing by hand they could make bit effort to print it out or make abadge or hand bracelet there is a luck of creativity in many details also wifi is a qr code that does not work i can not consider this hotel more than 3 stars .

Die Einrichtung ist mega heruntergekommen . Die Terrassentür quitschte beim Öffnen und zugehen . Sehr schnuckelig in den Ecken der Zimmer . Steckdose im Badezimmer hing halb heraus . L' unica pecca è che se non sei automunito e alloggi per andare al San siro a vedere la partita, il servizio navetta viene sospeso! Peccato perché ci sarei ritornata volentieri!

Shuttle service from the hotel was out of commission on the morning we wanted to be moving early so our plans were affected. No early morning service from public transport had us booking another hotel just to be closer to the airport.

Bit far from Milan central station where we need to travel back and forth. AC wasn’t on in the rooms though it was very hot and humid at night. Though it was mentioned in the booking that ac is available it was not provided even on request.

• Marcello (1/5): Da dimenticare - Camera sporca e maltenuta, I corridoi adiacenti alle camere, con il pavimento in moquette, erano molto sporchi. servizio ristorante inesistente e poco professionale. Camere rumorose a causa della scarsissima insonorizzazione. Schiamazzi nel corridoio ogni sera fino a tarda notte. Le 4 stelle non sono assolutamente adeguate al servizio ricevuto. Ragazzini che correvano nei corridoi urlando fino a mezzanotte. Un albergo che sconsiglio vivamente.

• ANDREA (4/5): Soggiorno deludente. - La comodità del parcheggio L’albergo necessita di un’importante manutenzione generale. In riferimento agli spazi comuni, ci sono moquette macchiate e rovinate ai piani, muri dei corridoi graffiati con parte della tinteggiatura mancante, ascensori con gli interni graffiati, angoli dei muri sbeccati e potrei continuare. In riferimento alla stanza, e temo sia cosa comune, gli interni non sono curati. Muri sporchi in diversi punti, materasso probabilmente da sostituire, telecomando TV danneggiato senza sportello chiusura vano batterie, box doccia con ante danneggiate sul fondo e sporche, alcune piastrelle bagno sfondate… un mezzo disastro.

Douche was kapot en airco werkte niet. Spullen van vorige gast lagen nog in de douchecabine. Vergane glorie waren al jaren niets meer aan wordt gedaan.

• Sana Dilawar (4/5): Not good - It was average. Breakfast was ok. We had booked a suite with mini bar upon our arrival (as we were coming to this hotel after a long drive in Italy). But we found out they there was no mini bar or even any water bottles in the room. In fact the mini fridge wasn't operational. On top of that the locker was not working. We tried to reach out to the staff at the reception and found out that the phone was also not working. When we wen't downstairs to register our complaint so they could help us, the staff was not even willing to help us and the manager kept saying " I will tell my manager" instead of fixing the issue and the staff seemed quite unprofessional. Also, we paid EUR 10/night for parking and EUR10 p.p per night separately. We were there only for a night so we managed to spend the night and to reiterate despite of our complaint, the staff and the manager didn't bother to fix any single issue. So, overall it was a bad experience!!

Arredi da rivedere e posizione non ottimale . Devi usare un taxi . Il servizio navetta non sempre puntuale per riportarti in hotel . Attese anche di 40 min .
