The location is fantastic—very close to the Metro and the Mall of the Emirates, which made getting around super convenient. The building has all the essentials downstairs including eateries and a supermarket, which was a huge plus. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with a large lounge area that made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Dubai!
- cavin0f (10/5): Graceful Stay - Very Spacious Hotel Apartments. Nice welcome with a welcome drink. The Check-in was fast and the reception staff always friendly. We had booked two bedrooms which includes 2 attached bathrooms and I sperate washroom, with nice big cupboards, the kitchen was nice and big with all amenities available. The Sitting room was also good and spacious with Smart TV. Swimming Pool on top was cool for the kids. We had a very nice and good stay. We will obviously come back here. Hotel highlights Great value, Rooms are Big and Spacious, Nearest is Mall of the Emirates, 5 mins walk to Insurance Metro Station, Lots of Restaurants and grocery stores around, Very Awarding Experience Hotel.

The staff was very friendly. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay! It’s easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road and within walking distance from the Mall of Emirates. This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with your friends, family, or loved ones. Highly recommended!
- Clewsclan (10/5): Loved it! - We stayed four nights in a two bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom apartment. The rooms were very large, bathrooms spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the street and there is a sparkling clean pool and spa on the roof top. The location was excellent with tour pick ups from the lobby, shops and restaurants on the street and the Metro station a very short walk away. By far the greatest asset this place has is the staff. - 585d_vidk (2/5): Misled About My Refund - I had a very bad experience at this hotel, even though I stayed for more than 55 nights. Due to personal reasons, I had to check out 5 days early. I read the hotel’s refund rules and spoke with the staff to ask if they could make an exception because of my long stay. I asked about the refund three times because I know the usual rules and wanted to be 100% sure it would be approved. Each time, the employees, (Genezis, Yossef Ahmed), told me there would be no problem. He even said the hotel manager had approved the refund. I asked for a written confirmation, but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that I could trust them. Because of this, I rebooked my flight and checked out early. But when I returned to Europe, I saw that no refund had been sent. I emailed the hotel, and they told me no refund would be given. It’s a shame that someone can stay for so many nights, make an honest agreement because they trust the staff, and then be cheated like this. This cost me €440 and made me feel cheated. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful if you expect them to keep their promises.

Swimming pool timing from early morning till 11 pm is very rare to find in the city. This is absolutely superb! We are very happy with beach bus service reservations. Whenever we reserve the space we were getting whats app confirmation msgs very promptly. Such a nice tandem of Rose park and Garden in Barsha. The location is marvelous! 2 min away from Mashreq metro station. 5-10 min walk to MOE. The Exchange with good rates is just nearby. Hotels are surrounded by lots of supermarkets and groceries. The hotel is very clean as well. Housekeeping does their job perfectly, they went extra mile to make us happy! Very soft bed linen) Big respect to management. I never saw any manager pressing on their staff or observing them strictly. Atmosphere is very friendly and staff do their work from heart which really means a lot to customers. I took advantage of the hotel's fitness center, which had a good selection of cardio and strength training equipment. It was never too crowded, and I was able to get in a great workout each morning. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of hot and cold options, from made-to-order omelets to fresh fruit and pastries. The food was delicious and I never left feeling hungry. But over all it was a nice quiet place. I was able to cook in my nice kitchen which was a bonus. But the stove top was was to small for the pots.

The cbannels on the television were mainly in arabic with only 2 english speaking news channels and one for star movies ! Overall the stay was enjoyable staff were very polite and helpful and we loved being near metro which saved a lot on taxi fares.

The room sizes are bigger then most of the hotel apartments I have stayed in Dubai. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils, most of hotel apartments only have few utensils for the sake of it. This one had pretty much everything that you would need.
- Peter (10/5): Great Hotel - I was travelling alone and this Hotel was in a perfect position for me as it was only 5 minutes walk from the metro which I used a lot to travel around. I also used the Metro to get to and from the Airport. The Hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates and on the way there are a couple of restaurants. The Hotel reception is small but the staff are all friendly. I arrived early, but they made up a room for me and gave me drinks while I was waiting. The room was perfect for me it was cleaned every day and the facilities in the room were good. I cooked breakfast before going out. I did not use the café so I cannot comment on that. The pool area was clean and large perfect for relaxing or swimming.

The next day they changed it to a much better one. The place is in a great location for those who know Dubai or new to Dubai. I will definitely stay there again.

There are no decent restaurants around the hotel, just local cuisine though cheaper than downtown. The hotel is situated in al Barsha, close to a metro station and a shopping mall which is not easy to walk to it as they are many road works and constructions. Dubai has many ongoing constructions so it was very noisy as opposite the hotel yet more hotels/flats are being built.

The bed was comfy and the washing machine worked well. There's a mini mart across the road and we bought laundry detergent there. It's walking distance to the train station and only one stop away from Mall of the Emirates. There's no alcohol allowed in the hotel to we headed to the nearby hotel bars for drinks.

The bedroom had smelled,the washing machine when opened was an eye sore,we actually didn't have the courage to open it the 2nd time. The bed was rather simple and a bit too hard for us,had only two unfriendly pillows on it. Promised my family to get something better the next time. Overall,I must say it's a typical 3 star without anything special to show.

Cost of the transportation was very reasonable. Located close to the train station, and across the street from a grocery store which gave us the option of getting some breakfast type food and relaxing in the morning. There are restaurants next door and in the hotel itself, but we never got the opportunity to try them, smelt delicious! This is truly an apartment! Living room, dinning room, full kitchen (with laundry facilities - worked great, ran a load thru the washer and put them on the drying rack on the patio - after being gone from home for 14 day it was a great surprise!) we had two bedrooms and two full baths - VERY spacious! Our only complaint is - the 1st room they took us to was obviously a smoking room, and none of us are smokers, so the smell was over-whelming. The bellman called down and took us to new room to look at, it did not smell like smoke, but whatever cleaning agent they use does have a different smell to it - not awful - just different, got use to it before we left..... For the price this was a great option! Highly recommend!

It is not fancy, but clean and nice sized (for 2 people). Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There were a few problems with the wireless internet...but it was included in the price and worked most of the time. I would definitely stay here again.

- mark (8/5): Good hotel with excellent location. - I went to Dubai with my two daughters (15 & 9) for new year break (dec 2013).This is an ideal hotel for anyone going to Dubai on a modest budget and looking for a location that enables you to see dubai main attractions with ease. The hotel is very clean with regular house keeping and a kitchen which is especially handy for families. The hotels location is excellent with easy access to the palm, both Aqua parks, ski Dubai and the mall of the emirates and with a metro station approx 400m from the hotel it's also very convenient for traveling further to the burj kalifa and deira etc. would be happy to stay here again if visiting Dubai again
- Lorna (6/5): Adequate but nothing special - We enjoyed our 8 night stay and the staff was quite helpful. This is clearly a budget hotel. We had a "cheap" room booked through Expedia and I think that influenced the room selection for us. We had a window that faced inward and down into the parking garage below. Any noise from the garage echoed into our room. While the ceilings were high and the tile was pretty, it was rather cold and noise carried terribly. Our room was non-smoking but partway through our stay, we got new neighbors. They smoked and we could smell every cigarette.

Good value for money & nice pool on the roof but no bar. Not near the beach if that's what you are looking for though. Also, don't eat at the cafe. Food is terrible.
