• Peter (7/5): If price ok will come back - Breakfast is good and enough but every day the same if you stay there more then week it getting boaring . Restaurant have terribel food i ordere spagetti with beef , but after started eating have to give it back half of the meat been only big pieces of fat for that price i can not serve a customer such a meal !
• Melissa (9/5): Great location, great staff - The room was fabulous, comfortable and in a good location for the airport. The staff were excellent and the waiters very friendly and attentive. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed in the dining. The red wine I ordered at the bar tasted off (like vinegar) and I was not offered a refund or alternative drink or anything when I sent it back. Also, the meal I had at the paper restaurant was sadly quite bland compared to what you could get at any restaurant in the city.

Близко к аэропорту, но при этом на такси до центра минут 15. Такси приезжало тоже быстро 3-5 минут. Персонал отличный, всегда идут на встречу. Номер большой и чистый, соседей не слышал, если они были. Матрас широкий и удобный. Лайфхак для высоких: матрас можно подвинуть от стены, а в щель запихать подушку. Больше придирки: требуется подтверждать банковскую карту, что слегка неудобно, особенно когда она виртуальная.

Great breakfast, but be sure to book room "with breakfast", otherwise, use Grab to bring in breakfast due to the cost. Overall, a great facility with a great pool and fitness center. Discount for breakfast if you fail to book a room that includes breakfast. (I thought the room I booked included breakfast.)

The staff could not have been more professional or helpful. They were completely "on top of it"—they moved us to a new room without any hesitation or hassle. The second room was spotless and fresh, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel staff handle a problem so quickly and gracefully. Because of their fast response and great attitudes, we ended up having a fantastic stay. We would definitely return knowing that the management here truly cares about their guests' comfort! And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Molti posti per mangiare (bene) nei dintorni. Dall'hotel è abbastanza impegnativo raggiungere il centro a piadi, ma con 10 minuti di Grab (app simile a Uber) o taxi si arriva bene nella zona più turistica.

• Marcus H. Langston (5/5): Badly trained staff in a mediocre and overpriced airport hotel. - Didnt have time to use the pool but it made for a nice photo. The bed was comfortable and the lights / tv etc easy to use. Very close to the airport. The usual Vietnam lack of training or comprehension. Just basic hospitality norms that are not taught or learnt. Like not providing a jug or glass of water with lunch, just a paid for plastic bottle for such a ridiculously small price it probably came out of the tap. I wanted to leave my key in the power so i could charge my laptop (whilst I went out of the hotel for lunch!) but even getting an extra key couldn't be comprehended and a big fuss about having to give both back at check out etc.
