Sven (9/5): Ideales Hotel für Bahnreisen von Paris Gare de l'Est - Zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal und trotz Nähe zum bahnhof relativ ruhig, vor allem bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen.

Ekkehard (8/5): Auf Grund der Lage u. Anbindung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist das Hotel perfekt für einen Paris-Trip - Die Lage des Hotels ist bei Anreise mir der Bahn optimal! Der Bahnhof ist ca 150 m entfernt! Haltestellen für Metro u. Bus direkt vor dem Hotel. Zahlreiche Gaststätten in allen Preisklassen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer (14 qm) mit sehr guter Ausstattung ( 2 Sessel, Schreibtisch, LED-TV, Doppelbett, Tresor) und sehr gutem Zimmerservice. Die Aussicht des Zimmers mit Blick auf einen Innenhof war leider nicht optimal. Ein Upgrade auf ein etwas größeres Zimmer mit besserer Aussicht war uns allerdings für einen Mehrpreis von rd. 500 € zu teuer. Ist halt Paris...

399truptis (8/5): NH Paris Gare de l'Est - We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Metro, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring Paris. A special mention to Antoine on front desk, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Overall a great stay in an excellent location.

Sinan (9/5): - Gute Lage mit guter Anbindung, für Paris ein sehr großes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr freundliches Personal. Es gab ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage und war relativ warm im Zimmer.
Dorothee (5/5): Bel endroit mais un rapport qualité prix défavorable. - L’accueil très chaleureux, la qualité de la literie et l’accès à la gare. La chambre très petite, l’absence de machine à café, les éclats de peinture à divers endroits, les supports qui ne tiennent pas, etc. Un rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur de la chaîne, c’est dommage ! Le personnel au petit déjeuner parlent entre eux au lieu de remplacer les plats vides.

PEIRO (7/5): Para ser un NH, normalito. - Me quedaría con las vistas a la fachada de Gare de L´Est que tenía nuestra habitación. Para ser un NH, el desayuno es algo limitado. Nos bloquearon un importe de la tarjeta para cobrar las tasas y un depósito. Tras más de 20 días y tras cobrar la parte correspondiente a las tasas, siguen sin desbloquear el importe del depósito. Para una habitación doble, el baño es muy incómodo, dada su estrechez.

Gerd (9/5): Super Startpunkt zum Erkunden von Paris. - Sehr gute Lage mit Anschluss an alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich mit französischem Flair. Frühstücksraum ist eher eng und immer gut besucht. Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel sorgt für permanenten Betrieb und Verkehr.

Eric (3/5): - Accueil sympatique au moment du checkin. Emplacement pratique si on prend un train a la gare de l'Est. La taille de la chambre !! J'avais la chambre 627, elle faisait la taille du lit...je ne pouvais pas faire le tour du lit tellement la chambre etait etroite. Dans la salle de bains, minuscule, les toilettes sont tellement collés au mur que je ne pouvaos m'assoir sur la cuvette, je devais m'assoir de travers sur le siège. Je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié. Le rapport qualité/prix est TRES mauvais. Je suis d'autant plus déçu que j'ai choisi la chaine NH volontairement car j'apprecie d'habitude cette chaine d'hotel. Lorsque le matin, pour mon check out, on m'a demandé si tout s'etait bien passé j'ai dit ce que j'en pensais. On m'a repondu qu'en effet il.s'agit de la plus petite chambre de l'hotel. Je n'y reviendrai plus. Par ailleurs, chambre sans ame, décoration minimaliste, etat moyen.

ELIANA (5/5): - It was clean and somehow renovated. Staff was very kind. Windows and bathroom door were old and bad quality. We couldn’t sleep after 7:30 in the morning because of the extreme noise of doors opening and closing all the time! It was very annoying. Maybe the room was close enough to the maid’s supplies room… but every time (which was very frequent) a door was opening and closing we were hearing the noise!

Stephan (5/5): - Mit direkter Lage am Gare de L'Est und Zugang zur U-Bahn sowie Bussen hat das Hotel eine sehr gute Lage für Touren in Paris. Leider war das Waschbecken total vergilbt, der Wasserhahn sowie die Dusche undicht. Die aus Holz bestehenden Fenster hatte so gut wie keine Dichtung mehr. Der Lack und das Holz hatten schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen. Eine der U-Bahn-Linien schein direkt unter dem Hotel zu verlaufen, was man im Zimmer auch merkte.

Sabine (10/5): Perfect! - Perfecte locatie om de stad te verkennen. Veel restaurantjes, kleine supermarkten enzovoort in de buurt. Metrohalte meteen voor de deur. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Keuze om elke dag je kamer schoon te laten maken of een dag over te slaan en dan krijg je 2 bonnen om een drankje in de hotelbar te nemen (schone handdoeken mag je dan gewoon bij de receptie halen, maar dan maken ze niet je bed op) De badkamers zijn iets aan de krappe kant. We hadden 2 kamers en op 1 was er geen koelkastje. Dat is wel onhandig, want je wil je flessen water graag koud zetten. En de douche van de andere kamer had niet zo’n goede waterstraal

Da minha varanda ( quarto familia) via a Torre brilhand viata .maravilhosa Fica um pouco distante dos principais pontos turisticos mas tem metrô na porta. Colocaram uma toalha furada/rasgada no quarto da minha amiga. Achei inaceitável para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas

newtotof (9/5): Très bon séjour - L'accueil, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel (merci à Xavier et Cédric). La proximité avec la gare de l'est (juste en face, très pratique). Le petit déjeuner. Côté cour, même si on en a conscience, le vis à vis reste un (petit) bémol.
