Pet friendly hotel, had a pet welcome kit included. Although it is pet friendly, the second floor spa area and gym was restricted because of guests complaining. Considering that it is pet friendly, other people should not complain as the hotel permits it.

PAULO (6/5): Precisando de uma reforma urgente!!! - O hotel em si é bom, bonito e bem localizado. O spa do hotel (piscina, sauna e afins) é muito bom. O café da manhã é ok. Não é ruim, mas não é maravilhoso. O hotel precisa de uma reforma URGENTE nos quartos. A cama é HORRIVEL. Tive que pedir dois dias seguimos para que fizessem algo com meu colchão no qual era impossível dormir. Colchão velho, cheio de buracos e barulhento. No segundo dia de reclamação mudaram meu quarto e me deram uma suíte muito melhor. A cama era OK, mas já apresentando sinais de "vencida". Estávamos num grupo de 4 casais, e TODOS com a mesma reclamação. Outra coisa, nos dois quartos que estive e também em dois dos nossos amigos, o registro do chuveiro caia o tempo todo. Manutenção simples que não é executada.

JuanJo (8/5): Perfecto para descansar y conocer la cuidad - La ubicación del hotel es ideal, queda cerca de muchos puntos de interés en Mendoza. La cordialidad y amabilidad del personal es destacable. El tamaño y las vistas de la habitación. La piscina, gimnasio y sauna están excelentes. Nuestra habitación tenía un olor extraño, como a "cerrado" o "polvoriento", llegamos a pensar que estaba fallando la ventilación, al llamar a manteniemiento nos dijeron que estaba "todo correcto", en todo caso no fue algo determinante y disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el hotel, pero si este detalle la estancia habría sido excepcional.

Pedro Henrique (9/5): Ótima opção em Mendoza - A infraestrutura do hotel é muito boa, além de possuir um restaurante/bar no lobby com boas opções, é interligado a outros hotéis da rede e principalmente ao Restaurante La Cabrera, que sem dúvida é uma atração imperdível em Mendoza. No meu quarto o telefone não estava funcionando, somente o viva voz; a internet Wi-Fi também foi difícil conectar, precisei ligar na recepção e acessar via rede pública pois a rede dos hóspedes não estava funcionando. Também achei confusa a forma de pagamento. Fizeram um pré-lançamento no meu cartão, depois queriam estornar pra passar a tarifa no check-out. Ainda estou aguardando o estorno da diferença tarifária inclusive, cujo valor passado foi substancialmente maior do que o preço público acertado no site.

Daniel (9/5): Excelente hotel. Es 5 estrellas pero tiene sus años. Igual muy bien ubicado y gran desayuno - Ubicación y servicios. Excelente Hora de renovar las alfombras. Aunque están limpias se siente el olor de la humedad. Hoy con cerámica tipo madera es eterno y muy higiénico.

Viktor (7/5): - Выбирали этот отель из-за ресторана на крыше. Самый высокий в городе. Но он не работал и, видимо, уже давно. Приехали за час до заселения, но нас попросили подождать до положенного часа. В номере нет ни чая, ни кофе, ни чайника. Только вода. Заказали в номер еду (принесли быстро), но чай так и принесли (тоже заказывали). Ну и ресторан 300 долларов с человека в Новогоднюю ночь нам показался неоправданным. Номера просторные, вид на город красивый. Отель реально находится в центре, до площади независимости 7 минут.
Diniz (6/5): Preocupante a degradação dos ativos e serviços de uma marca tão respeitada como o Sheraton. - Temperatura do quarto, banheira sempre limpa, quarto sempre bem arrumado, muito boa academia, pessoal atendimento gentil. Acredito que já dei o meu reporte pessoal, mas destacaria WIFI MUITO RUIM (tive que descer todas as noites para o BC). Falei com o time da recepção desde o primeiro dia, mas nada adiantou. Para um hotel 5 estrelas alguns itens básicos não estavam disponíveis tais com roupão, chinelo, cheleira eletrica, cafes e chás, itens no frigobar, ducha do chuveiro fraca e outros pequenos detalhes que não deveriam passar despercebidos pela gestão e direção.

Ines (10/5): Sehr gut für ein Wochenende - Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ebenso das Bad. Alles war sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Der Wellnessbereich war gut. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Die Minibar war nicht gefüllt. Etwas hellhörig.
